I think I perhaps do not need hearing aids yet. I do not like the pair I have. john K does not do a good job of checking the hearing aids . He turns up his computer up and reads words that I an supposed to repeat. The problem is that the music is far lower than the music in a restaurant. I have told him but he dismisses it. It would be better to have an electric item to test my hearing. I am 83 years old, I do not drive anymore so I must ask my daughter to drive me and the nearly 1 hour drive is not worth the 10 minute appointment. I like John as he has a great personality.

Rick was very professional and helped me find hearing aids that made me feel good about myself, was worried about people knowing I wore them but even my doctor didnt notice them. Will recommend him to others. Thanks again Rick

I have been very satisfied with the hearing aides and the service.

They cant hear when someone says they cant afford the hearing aids and never explain the process of purchase or billing. They charged thousands of dollars for something you cant use or afford and cant return. They are cunning, manipulative and sales driven than customer satisfaction
