The sales rep text me saying he had fixed the system to show the colors I wanted. I placed the order and had it embossed. Being used to ordering custom things Im used to waiting. To my surprise 3 days later when I came home from vacation my belt was waiting for me! I opened it and it was exactly what I wanted. It came out perfect and appears extremely durable. Ordered a belt, got it in 4 days with a personalized embossing. The customer service helped me pick the right size and let me ask for a specific place for the embossing. The packaging was great and it came with a letter. Really great experience.
