Both Justin’s here at the shop are the only people I will ever have the pleasure of working on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator.After a fender bender on I-75 during a storm, I immediately knew I had to crutch her the rest of the way to Justin. He got right to work on her fixing everything involved in my Claim. Responded and kept me very informed on what was going on and where parts were at. Kept me up to date with the timeline and communicated any small defect he found and needed to fix.I would typically add all my extras on myself soon, but I would rather give these guys the business and know and trust it’ll be done to perfection. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences here with the shop!

My wife’s car was shaking at highway speeds, so we had a front end alignment done. The car was still shaking a bit, so we took it back in and they discovered that the the rear wheel bearings were making noise. My wife had to drive downstate the next day and was prepared to get a rental car, but the owner said that they would stay late and get it fixed the same day. Everyone in the shop was very nice and super helpful. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know and using them exclusively for future work.

Very nice shop. I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado in for new tires and an alignment. They found several front end parts that needed to be replaced. Justin brought me out in the shop and showed me everything that was wrong so I didn’t just have to take their word for it. I had them replace everything needed my truck drives like new again alignment is perfect. I Just had a brand new 6.7 Diesel motor installed in my 2014 Ford F-350 they did an amazing job looks like it was never worked on and it runs perfect. 2 year unlimited mile part and labor warranty. Just had my 2019 Ford F-350 platinum repaired here from hitting one deer and two running into the side. I had just over $20,000 in damage. I am very impressed with this repair this truck looks absolutely amazing you can’t even tell. I took it to the dealer to have it inspected after the repairs done they said it was an outstanding repair job. I will be back this fall for a new Boss V plow. We have been taking our vehicles to Northern Collision for several years. They are a full service shop. We have had everything done here from an oil change to changing a transmission. We have also had body work completed by Northern Collision. They are definitely a one stop shop! I recommend them to all my family and friends. We have found them to be professional, knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy. Their prices are very reasonable also. I took my Tahoe in thinking I had a mechanical issue; turns out a couple of my tires were under inflated. Justin took care of it and didn’t charge me a dime! They were great. Great customer service and very polite. Took great care of everything. The owner and his employee that I dealt with were both polite and respectful. Had a full alignment done and they showed me on the screen that it was aligned correctly before even taking it off the rack. The steering wheel was a little off center afterwards and they fixed it no problems. I would recommend them to anyone. My parents took their vehicle here as well and were well taken care of too.

I Have been around the shop now known as Northern Collision for over 40 years. I have worked for Justin, and was his first employee when he bought the shop. He has always been fair to his employees and his customers. For some one to even suggest he would charge for parts not replaced is slanderous at the very least. All vehicles are inspected, and customers are shown what is wrong before an estimate is written up. When the job is finished, the customer is shown the old parts that are replaced. If something were to go wrong with any work done at his shop, he would be the first to make it right any way he can. He has proven that to be a fact already. As far as this supposed customer saying there are a bunch of false reviews here, these names are linkable. It is very easy for one to prove that these are in fact, real customers. I would and have sent many family, and friends to Northern collision, and will continue to do so. I know for a fact they will get treated fairly there, and will get the best price in town!

I took a chance a switched from another mechanic I have been going to here In town for many years that I thought I could trust based on a friends recommendation and I am happy I came here. I got an estimate from the shop I used to go to and took it in to see if they would beat it. The owner gave me an estimate before I showed him my estimate and he was over $200 cheaper without even seeing my estimate first with all the exact same parts with a lifetime warranty on the parts and 2 year/24,000 mile labor warranty. Justin inspected my van and found that several parts listed on my estimate from the other shop were not needed. Makes me wonder how much stuff has been replaced that I never needed over the years. Justin looked over invoices from prior repairs I had done at the other shop and I was getting ripped off. I thought I could trust my other shop and I was wrong. Makes me sick. I had them put a rebuilt transmission in my Cobalt two years ago and it all went well. Recently returned with my Ford Escape which had a check engine light on. Nobody likes auto repairs, I try to fix my own stuff but sometimes it dosent pay. The guy who runs Northern is trustworthy and fair. He called and said it was nothing more than a broken wire. I could have spent a lot of time replacing good parts to no avail. Northern fixed it same day just for the cost of labor. Thank you. I deffinately would not hesitate to trust them with my repairs again!

Took my truck to this shop for a front end alignment that another shop in alpena messed up. I ended up needing ball joints the other shop didn’t even check them im questioning if they even did the alignment as it was obvious my ball joints were bad the owner Justin took me out and showed them to me. I had them replace my ball joints and My alignment is now perfect they have a top of the line alignment machine all brand new stuff. Great bunch of guys very friendly and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back.

I must apologize for my review I left a few weeks ago regarding my wife’s 01 dodge dakota. I tried to remove it but I can no longer log into that account. This was not the shop that did the work on her truck it was another shop near this one I have already talked to the owner justin and everything is ok between us. I am actually going to have them do some work for me on my truck. Justin has a very good attitude and a very nice shop. Again I am very sorry for the confusion and the bad review I will continue to try and get the prior review removed.

Bought a used vehicle from the Chevy dealer and had leaking tires brought it back to the dealer and they said they resealed all of the tires. Not even a week later the bead was leaking on 2 of them so I brought it to northern collision and they fixed everything the right way even kept the shop open late on a saturday to get it done for me since I showed up as they were locking up. Hands down best shop in alpena these guys do it all and do it well. I Bought my first BOSS snowplow from these guys for my 2017 Ford F-250 the installation was perfect very professional. I also had my 2016 Chevrolet fixed after I hit a deer and that turned out perfect. I had an alignment done 3 times at another shop on my 1970 chevelle and it still wasn’t correct I had these guys do it and it was perfect the first time. The office and shop is clean and organized and the owner Justin is very friendly,knowledgeable and honest he knows what he is doing and the quality of the work he dose is amazing. I will never go to another shop and I send all my friends and family to these guys.

Just had a new boss V plow installed on my 2020 Chevrolet 2500 everything works perfectly and the installation is top notch looks factory. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to snow plows and installations of plows.

Ive been going to northern collision for a few years now, and everytime I get great service, my vehicle gets fix right and at a reasonable price. The owner Justin Druffee once gave me a ride to a appointment and back because my car broke down on my way to it, then he came and got me when my car was done. 5 star all the way

I had them do some work on my truck 01 Dakota had front end work done and front end alignment done. Will after my new tries that was put and 4 weeks of driving witch is the weekend is when I used it. I noticed that the tires was makeing making noises and I had to go for another alignment. I had to take my truck to a different alignment shop get the alignment done and thats what they told me the driver side was out by three quarters of an inch to driver or passenger side was out by 1/2 inch out of alignment and that wasnt the only thing that was wrong I would not recommend them for any kind of front-end work some of the other work I have done they warranty their work but Im not impressed with their work and doing front end or doing tires when they did my tires they did not change out my valve stems and did not put bead sealer on aluminum rims I had to take it to a different shop to get the beadlock and put on a new valve stems just sold the tires quit leaking. Chucks get two new tires its going to be $300 just for Cheney Tires for the ones that are junk on front of my truck I would not recommend them at all. I like how they say they can find the info on my truck. So lets see they did a rack and pinion upper and lower ball joints tie rod ends and they did a heater cord that they had to go back in twice they somehow cracking the original one that I brought in to them. The boots on the rack and pinion was twisted up from doing alignment so called they did not loosen them up. the boots twisted to the point of being about to ripped boots, and they over tighten my lug nuts with torque stick to the point where I had to come back in just to have them losen enough so I can get the tires off. And there is other stuff they did. Maybe if they looked up the the books a 01 dodge dakota 4x4 maybe they can find me and not a name that is a handle on the internet.

This shop is absolutely amazing it’s so clean and nice all New waiting area and bathrooms. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable as a woman it is easy to get taken advantage of I am so happy I listened to my friend and stoped here to have my car inspected. I had went to another shop in alpena and got an estimate. Justin inspected my car and I only needed half of what the other shop told me I needed he even showed me what I needed it was nice to not be treated like I didn’t know anything and believe me I know nothing about cars now I actually know something. Thank you Justin i will never go to another shop you have a customer for life.

These guys do excellent work I just had New rockers and cab corners put in and my whole truck repainted. Turned out perfect. Justin beat 3 other collision shop estimates by atleast $1500.00 and went above and beyond by fixing some other problems at no charge so when they say they beat any estimate that’s what they do and the quality of work is not affected one bit. They took photos of the whole job and showed me everything they did. Awesome job I will never go to another shop. They also replaced the ball joints and did an alignment I love that this is a one stop shop for all auto repair. Drove up to alpena from Saginaw and bought 2 BOSS v plows a BOSS drag pro and a BOSS vbx8000 salt spreader. This place has the best prices in the state from what I have found and the owner justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful. All the installations were perfect and looked professional. Extremely happy with this shop had my 2016 GMC Sierra fixed Truck had $18,000 in damage and these guys fixed it like it never happened.
