So I don’t really know much about cars and the things it entails. When I went into Autozone I had excellent customer service. The employees helped me find what I was looking for and did it quickly. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the store was extremely clean and tidy.

Bobby has been so incredibly helpful in helping me straighten out an issue with a part. I truly appreciate all the help and quick responses I’ve received.

In this time of covid-19 michigan is still under a health emergency. We are ordered by the governor to wear masks. I feel this is important in order to feel safe. I wear a mask to protect others from me. I expect the same treatment. This is not a matter of civil rights. But the right thing to do. I will not be doing any further business with autozone Alpena michigan

Bought a few thing tonight and paid with my card and the claimed they lost connection with the card so they tried it again and the 2nd time it said declined so i ended up paying cash then after getting back home i check my account and it turns out it did go through and they still took the cash and went back to the store to find out why they did that and even the manager had no explanation on how or why that happened and will definitely not be going back there as there was no apology or anything
