Was out of town fishing. Needed some things for the boat. They helped right away and got us back out on the water fishing right away. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic service desk staff!! I went there looking for a wire harness for an older mercury out board,They spent about an hour looking for this part and at one time they even had 3 people looking at once WOW!After the resurch the young lady said that she would contact mercury and she found the part and even had it in stock, They were just plain OUTSTANDING!!! This is my new Boat house and I will never go any where else. Thank You

I bought a boat from a gentleman that had his boat stored there. When I went there for the pick up of said vessel, the staff was very courteous, professional, and the extras that were needed, were very reasonably priced. I drove just over 2 hours to pick this boat up. They uncovered it, fired it up, and went over the basics, making sure it was up to par before I took it. They even greased the trailer bearings to ensure I had a safe trip home. 10/10 recommend this place. Based on the way they took care of my wife and i (and we werent even customers of theirs) that if you go through this place for storage, maintenance, etc... your definitely in good hands.

I bought a used boat and the Boat House & Storage had some history with the boat so I continued to use them as for service. I live in Wisconsin, (GO BLUE), and had a list of items that the boat needed since it sat mostly for years. The Boat House took the time to go through this boat letting me know what should be replaced and costs. Im looking forward to getting it out on the water in the next week. Good honest people that work hard to get your business and keep it.

The lady that was working on the day I was here was simply amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to work, I believe her name was Lindsey she was one of the most helpful people and for that reason I would highly recommend The Boat House.

They didnt have what I needed but they ordered it and was here in a few days. Great place, very helpful, glad there in town!

They were working on my boat for a couple weeks I asked them to check some things out. When I picked it up they said that wasn’t on the work order when I called three times and asked them to check it over. Trim pump leaked all fluid.

Horrible experience had my boat 3 weeks longer than expected and had more issues after I got it back than when I took it in and wont go good for the work they did wrong and they are very over priced for the quality of work they do
