I took my computer in to Joe and he not only figured out wwhat the problem was but he explained things to me so that I could try things on my own. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Joe. (Iobviously followed your advice and it worked!)

Brought in a Gateway NV52L06u laptop for a simple internal hardware clean out of the dust, which ended up with me having to take it back at least two time right now, the first time i had to return it was due to the computer repair man, not hooking the power core back up properly and the laptop was only able to run off battery power, and could not draw any for the power brick. Upon getting it back after the second time, I found that the wireless card was not properly hooked up and now Im having to wait till tuesday Nov. 10th 2015 to take it back in. Wonder what condition i will get it back then.
