The staff at the Alpena, MI location are top notch. They are extremely accurate and I feel my best interest is top of mind. I have prescriptions filled in two unrelated pharmacies and they consistently catch drug interactions; its rare to find a pharmacist that is paying attention to all of your prescriptions, not just the ones they personally fill. The staff is also very friendly and consistently go the extra mile for my best care and convenience.

Very helpful love the text alert option they provide and anytime I have questions about my medication they are there to help.

Terrible. Pharmacist couldnt get my prescriptions correct, when I came back it still wasnt done, then they left the prescription out & spilt the prescription so they had to redo it. Very rude as well. After my 3rd time coming back to get my prescriptions I stayed & waited at the counter. Im sick, in pain, & I just wanted to go home. The pharmacist didnt like that & I could hear them commenting about me waiting for my prescriptions. The pharmacist didnt seem to understand why I was waiting for my prescriptions when they were supposed to be done with them 3x earlier! Craziness & plain out rude. When transaction was finished the assistant tossed my bags onto the counter & walked over to the next customer. Ill be switching pharmacies

I quit going when kid in front wanted money and was rude when I didnt give him money for candy. Happened again today.

Will never come back to this pharmacy unless my life depends on it.
