Brought my car in for a small repair (or so I thought). The job ended up being MUCH more than I had anticipated. These guys walked me through every step and gave me confidence they were doing what was necessary. Highly recommend Bryan and his team.

I rarely post reviews good or bad but I did want to write one for this Midas location. I recently bought a used car and given the shortage of used cars, I really wanted to make sure I made a good decision with my purchase. I took my car here for a pre purchase inspection and had the rear suspension and alignment fixed after my purchase. The two managers that helped me were so professional. I felt they gave me an honest opinion on the car. Never once did I feel pressured to do any unnecessary repairs. They also called before starting the work to make sure I understand what was being done and the cost. This isn’t just the treatment I received but it was a super busy day and I saw them treat everyone with respect. Thanks Midas!

Matt is amazing! We took our car in to have it looked at and Matt superseded our expectations with his personality, professionalism and knowledge of what is happening with our vehicle. He gave us 2 different options and explained the difference. I recommend this Midas and Matt!

The time the repair took was decent, the brake and rotor repair seems to be of good quality. The vast majority of the staff is good. Matthew is awesome. The supervisor/manager guy (I dont know his name) upcharged me /added things in on a repair that I didnt need(wheel bearings). I also wasnt given much info as to why the wheel bearings were bad or needed replacing, it wasnt cheap to replace them either.

Ive been getting my standard oil change for over 3 years at this location within 60 days or less of each visit and had a Great rapport with Luke as the mngr...Luke knew who I am and what my usual is on my way thru the door.On the other hand; Bryan was so rude and confrontational with Me, today. He knows I come there for my oil changes (3) in the last 120 days, but this time...he wanted to overcharge Me by Not looking up My past history for instance; how many quarts of oil my vehicle actually takes. He was charging Me for 8 quarts of oil when it only took 6.2...then I usually get a $5 Military discount...but I have to remind him, every time...then, I told Bryan, I want the price I normally get....he says prices change and if I didnt like what I was charged ...I should go to another location! Are U Serious!? I know when, where to go if Im displeased! I just wanted Bryan, as the Store Mngr to give Me the Fair Price and Appreciation for consistently giving My business, there....If it wasnt for the fact that the service techs are proficient and fast, I would Not come back. Bryan, even told Me that if I do come back, he can deny Me, service. So, when I asked for his boss number, he tells Me I can look it up on the website!I hope the Owner sees this and looks up how many oil services Ive done at this Main Street location ...Ive serviced 3 Nissan Armadas as an Uber Driver and I average more than 5k miles any 45 days or less....and I cant believe how Your Store Mngr treated Me! He needs to be retrained as a manager or let go and I expect an apology!Lee

If you think you need help from these people, just go. Get in touch with Luke and he will take care of everything. I needed a small work done, Luke explained very nicely and did it quickly. I will definitely recommend this place for your car’s need. I would go back when I am in need. Because I live nearby and also, it is easy access on highway 9.

Got my truck in for a new muffler replacement same day! They were fair with the price and very kind to everyone who came through the doorway! Very pleased with the service and honesty this establishment has to offer.

Midas has been awesome,My uncle always takes his truck here and they do a brilliant job on the work done.The prices are fair, they gladly inspect everything so that the car is in the best shape when it’s returned.I dropped my Ford Fusion for an oil change and check up, and they let me leave the car overnight and worked with me to ensure that I got it back at the proper time

Way, way, way overpriced. I took my car in for a single broken coil, and they tried to get me to replace five coils + spark plugs (my spark plugs were fine) for extremely overpriced labor. They also tried to tell me lots of other things wrong with my car and made it sound seriously catastrophic, and then totaled the price at a whopping $1900, or $900 to even get it up and running again. I went to another place 9 minutes away, and got every single issue listed in the diagnostic scan fixed for $250 (really, really good work too). Also, diagnostic scans here are $90 for anyone wondering, and they dont come out of your total cost if you decide to get your car fixed with them.

I have used them for repairs on my Mercedes GL550 for 2 years now. Always quality work and always a competitive price. Far less expensive than the dealer and have always used OEM parts. They have fixed everything from O2 sensors to air ride suspension to the AC compressor and have always done quality work.

Call that 9 came in at 10 very quick service have no complaints so far

We are new to the area, and this is my second time having my 12 year old car serviced at this location. I must say that I am very impressed with this Midas team. They did a thorough check on my car, and given how old it is, I felt they did not try to get over and up charge me on unnecessary work. Justin worked on my car, and along with Luke and Brian was Very courteous and professional. I will definitely continue to use them.

I’ve never been to a Midas before. I normally take my vehicles back to the dealership for maintenance. I only came here because of Luke! He is the Epiphany of customer service. He is confident and straight forward about the work they do. I went twice in one week for normal maintenance! I’m talking oil change,brake fluid flush and tire balancing! And I found coupons online that I was able to use! I’ll definitely will be bringing all of my vehicles here.Ps.Waiting room is pretty big and clean. With WiFi.

Awesome staff awesome prices. Iv worked in the industry before and this shop is everything you could want in a garage. Im yet yo have a bad experience or even a complaint. Maybe best of all is that they are trustworthy. If you dont know anything about cars this a great place to go with no fear of getting ripped off or taken advantage of.

Great service, their went above and beyond for my BMW X5 battery replacement. It was replaced at another state 1.5 year back but was not working properly, Manager Bryan worked out all details with the owner of that Midas and replaced with a new battery, happy with the service provided and efforts put in; this was bit challenging due to out of state situation and suppliers not available for the same brand.

Bryan is Grade A. Recommended tune ups for me but completely left it up to the customer. Treated everyone that walked through the door the same way. Would gladly pay a little more to get quality customer service.

The staff are amazing and highly competent. I have gone to several locations for balance and rotate and all failed. This team did a great job and 7k miles on all is still perfect. Highly recommend this Midas location!

I just got a car and love it but have had nothing but trouble with it and the dealership so far. Less than a month in and I’ve had to take it in for service four times. I just put a new battery in it and was coming back from vacation when the check engine light came on. The dealership wasn’t returning my calls and I was getting frustrated. I called in to Midas and spoke to Luke. He was able to book an appointment for me right away. I pulled in and he was able to diagnose my issue right away. The service here is amazing! As a female, I expect to be taken advantage of in any car place but these guys are professional, courteous, and fast! Screw my dealership. I don’t care if maintenance is free. I’m going to come back here for everything. Thank you Luke!!!

This Midas provides excellent service. Also the folks are honest. Got front and read brake pads and rotors replaced for my Honda odyssey at a very reasonable cost. Also the brakes were bled. The persons I dealt with were Seamus and Luke and both of them were very professional. I would highly recommend this Midas.

A different location couldnt lift my F250 for replacement of pads under warranty. That location dumped me on this location and even though they have the same challenges they were able to figure it out and replaced my front brake pads. The manager took a bad situation and made it great

Really appreciated the professional advice my assigned mechanic provided. He did his homework and his diagnostic led me to make a better decision about my car maintenance He was not pushy at all and explained the pros and cons of each option. I ended up repairing something that needed to be addressed and not repairing the thing I came for. Net saving versus other quotes from other shops $1,200. Thanks guys, it is hard to trust mechanics these days especially the ones who claim to be the Honest-1., but Midas gives me hope.

I had a tire emergency & had to replace my tire late in the afternoon. The manager, Luke, was able to get my new tire to the store & on my car by the time they closed. Other family members have been using them, which was why I went there. Fantastic customer service. Ill definitely use them again & recommend it to others!

Tony is the best mechanic in all of Georgia! Anytime I am having trouble with my vehicle he is there for me. He is super efficient and knows exactly what to do. I have an older van and I have had nothing but great experiences with the care of my vehicle at this location. Everyone at this location is top notch fair through and honest. All locations are not the same I pass 2 location to go to the location in Alpharetta.

This Midas location is the best kept secret in town. If you are looking for a trusted mechanic with fair pricing look no further! Matt provided hands down the best customer service I have yet to receive, and the master tech Tony is the best in the area. Tony Silva has been my car mechanic for over 5 years. Even though this location is over an hour away from my home, its worth the drive because I have 100% trust in him. Ive never been able to say that about a mechanic. He explains to me what services my car needs and why. The customer service at this location is superb and the prices are always fair and transparent. I cant say enough good things about this location and its staff!

William took care of my car and made sure he gave me the best deal. Also Tony is an amazing Mechanic! I got my oil, brakes, rotors, and check engine cleared on my Porsche Cayenne S and my car drives like new!!

Leo (manager) was very friendly and prices were best in town for full synthetic plus a free tire rotation. All other places are 10-15 dollars more for the oil change and then added charge for tote rotation. Midas included both for 59.99 full synthetic! Definitely will be returning back to this Midas for both my cars in the future.

I had the pleasure of leaving my M5 with Luke, Shamus and the team at Midas for a muffler delete job. Although it took a bit longer than expected they worked to make sure the car came out perfect and that my OEM exhaust tips were installed on the car to make it look the way I wanted. The car looks and sounds perfect thanks to their effort, I highly recommend these guys.

I just went by to get advice on my exhaust on m my f650. Before I make a decision. These guys had no hesitation to come out and look at my truck and give me some options for my truck. Thanks guys. When I decide on what type I like I will be sure to go by and have them install it.

I somehow got the feeling that service should have been more better. I got the free oil change though, but somehow not convinced with their services. They charge very high for auto parts. I wanted to get some more work done but their inventory is expensive. Manager Lue is very helpful and polite.

Midas helped my wife and me with a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and were incredibly helpful. This Alpharreta location alerted us to concerns with one of the vehicles we were considering while the Buford Highway location gave us the green light on the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Weve always had great luck with Midas.In total, the two inspections on cost us $20 and helped us with a major purchase.

As always, this Midas location does a great job with both my vehicles.I know that some of the other reviews are negative, but in all my experiences at this location, I cannot complain.If you take decent care of your car to begin with and maintain it on a regular basis the likelihood of you spending a lot to fix your vehicle will be minimal.Take the time to get to know the staff and you will see that this location if very good at respecting you and taking care of your needs.

Girlfriend got her pads and rotors done and they put the old rotors back on and charged her for it. Months later when the pads gave out again we learned of this problem and because we took the rotors off to make the car safe again they won’t refund her. When I talked to the district manager about this he insulted my knowledge by saying “I must not know how cars work” in regards to breaks being .009in out of spec after 8 months. He said he’d provide video evidence that it happened. That was three weeks ago. Never go here.

Its a huge relief to enter an establishment that is welcoming. The guys here are friendly and polite. They kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely return if I need servicing. Thank you!

Just relo’d from Nor Cal and was in an urgent need for brakes all the way around on my Audi S4 that just arrived on a car carrier. I called and said I need a price and I need it done today. Luke handled my need on the spot, with good service and a competitive price. I hope the rest of Alpharetta business operates like Luke operates his Midas shop.Also, his shop guys, were real car guys and appreciated the work. They did a nice job and cared about their work for sure.I strongly recommend and I know I will see them again when my wife’s car needs brakes.

Was planning on taking my car up to NC but encountered a problem before leaving for a Saturday day trip. They pulled a code and were able to diagnose it. Mechanic worked on it all day (even 1and 1/2 hrs after closing so I could have my car for Sunday). Great folks who kept me apprised throughout the day. Car runs smoothly now. Very Happy!

Came in to get brake pads and oil change done. First they want me to choose the oil they wanted which was the more expensive oil. I told them dont worry about the oil change and to just do the brake pads. We did the estimate and I waited almost an hour for them to take care of the pads. Then they sent a female worker to explain that the whole time they were doing an inspection and they came up with $1300.00 worth of repairs they showed me on their workup. I didnt ask for the other things they came up with.

Great to have a local repair shop in Alpharetta that is fair and honest. I have had all 3 of my cars serviced and repaired here and happily refer others. I had my A/C repaired in the summer and was very happy, it cost me less then half what the dealer wanted. Adam is one of the managers and is very helpful and honest. They have never suggested any repairs I did not ask for. Really no need to go anywhere else.

Great customer service and follow up. Recently I had a performance exhaust system installed by Luke. About 3,000 miles later the the muffler came loose. I called Luke and he told me to come in within the hour. He even tack welded it so it would be secure. No charge and he did with a smile. Doesnt get much better than that...!!

Was kind of nervous when I heard they were under staffed today but despite that they still got my car done before the estimated time they first told me. Master machanics at its finest and truly honest professionals didnt have to deal with any up charge or hidden things that come up during normal car fixes . Great service from Darius Smith. Picked up a nail in tire on way home from work and stopped by near closing time to get a tire repaired. The Team stayed late to make sure the tire was repaired--appreciate the awesome service!

Booked appointments for emissions tests a few days prior to the appointment. Showed up and was told the employee who does these is out for the next few days. No call to notify me, waste of a trip. Don’t you have more than one employee who can do this?

Took my girlfriend’s car to get a oil change, and started talking to Tony in regards to my breaks and how I was not looking forward to changing them. He asked if he could take a look at it and pointed out that I really need it new rotors. I ended up getting a diagnosis and paid to get new breaks. Tony actually did it and did an excellent job! I got Brand new breaks, no headache and at a really affordable price!

My husband and I always went to the one on Holcomb Bridge and Luke would always take care of us. Found out Luke had been transferred to this one and sure enough Luke was there to take care of us as usual great service!

I took my husband’s car to have the oil changed here Friday, June 28th. About a week ago the check engine light came on and we took it in to our usual mechanic shop and were told the oil plug was stripped. This has caused the oil to slowly leak out and there was almost no oil left! Our engine could have been completely ruined by this. Luckily we caught it in time. Seems like instead of telling us what happened during the oil change they tried to hide it. We are paying hundreds of dollars in repairs now rather than having a small simple part replaced.

Went with a friend to get her oil changed right before they closed. They had a bomb special for synthetic oil and were quick with the service!

Booked an appointment online for 11:30.Get to the place, only to be told that they have issues and the online booking process doesn’t work as it doesn’t know how busy the shop is and that they will try to fit us in.Fast forward 2 hours later and we are still waiting while they are finally working on our car.If the online booking system does not work why on earth is it even an option, probably need to fix that out so you don’t have customers waiting hours.The staff however were friendly which is always nice. Just never fun to have to wait for hours due to a faulty system.

I brought my old(er) Jeep Wrangler into this location last week without a clue as to what was wrong with it. After careful inspection and diagnostics, Midas went above and beyond in helping me solve my issue. Id like to give a big shout-out to Jason, Nathan, Tony, and all of the guys at this location that treated me better than any other auto shop Ive ever been to. These guys rock!

Came to have engine checked, was told that the engine oil was toped up and car was good to drive. However, went the following week to Jiffy lube and told that oil was completely empty and engine was smoking, engine was still dirty with leftover oil, will never use Midas again!

I came in from out of town to purchase a used vehicle to find out that the previous owner had removed the mufflers. The dealer failed to disclose this, but let me take the car to a shop to see how much it would cost to reverse. I ended up at Midas in Alpharetta and had a great experience. All of the staff were super friendly, and gave me their honest opinion that the car would be extremely expensive to restore to stock. I was sad to walk away from the car, but very grateful of how professional the employees at this location are!

I needed an oil change and my front rotars replaced two days ago. I drove into Midas and they worked on my car till after closing time. Thanks to Wayne and David for great customer service. Also, just now I drove to work with a nail in my tire and I didnt know it (said no man ever). Justin and William took care of the tire and checked the air pressure in all tires as well. Great place and I recommend!!
