I wanted to go with a cheaper option on tires, but he professionally explained why its unsafe and why the particular tire we chose for our car was better and would last longer. We are very happy with the service provided. I have a Tahoe and they were the only ones that had a tire at a reasonable price with road hazard. They had (2) sets in stock, both 70k Mille tire .. Michelin or Yokohama‘s P275 -55 R20. I went with the Michelin‘s because I thought they were better tires.The next day the staff discovered the Michelin tires I bought qualified for a $70.00 mail in rebate, so they called me to tell me about it, and told me how to apply.Very honest ! Great quality ! Great staff!

I came in for a routine oil change as I have before at this location but for another car. I was greeted by Mario as soon as he got off the phone in a pleasant matter. I told him what I needed and showed him my coupon and he told me the price and that he would take the amount off but I showed him the coupon again and he said he was the Assistant Manager and needed to speak with the Manager to make sure how to enter it. Once he did, they honored my coupon. In addition, he gave a good estimate of the amount of time I would have to wait and it was in the ballpark for the time I had today. Overall, Mario was helpful and honest and his boss, Dave, did his best to make it happen for me as a returning customer.

Came home from work this evening to find a flat tire on my daughters car (large nail between the treads. Couldn’t afford to be without a car for the day so I aired it up and ran over to Mr Tire at closing time to see if I could get it patched. Despite trying to finish another car and close up shop, the guys squeezed me in. Top notch service!

I was happy with my experience with Mr. Tire. They were knowledgeable about my car and the warrenty it came with and made it really easy for me to get the necessary repair done.Also, just as an aside, I enjoyed watching true crime TV in the waiting area and appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area.

Love my experience here! David was great to work with and the service was quick. I needed 2 new tires after hitting a curb and the whole process was quick and easy. Plus he explained everything that needed to happen to get my tires fixed and he explained it in a way that I can understand as I don’t know anything about cars or tires.

Brought two cars in for general maintenance today before taking a long trip. Everything was ok until my son drove our Honda pilot away and one of the wheels had not been put back on correctly after a tire rotation. Was not happy as it could have damaged the car and wheel, not to mention hurt my son. I called and spoke to Mario who said he would talk to the technician and give me a free oil change next visit. Not sure there will be a next one. Pretty basic job for a tire store. We have been coming here since it was Goodyear over 20 years, and for the past year or so the staff changes have been pretty frequent. Used to have the same people for long periods of time and you could form a trusting relationship. Not sure I feel the same trust/loyalty anymore.

2nd Visit and Satisfied Each Time! First time I visited, I purchased new tires and purchased insurance for said tires because this is Atlanta. Potholes everywhere. I had a slow leak in a tire and took the car back. First, the other Mr. Tires locations having a long wait time on Saturdays, but this location is always flexible on the weekends. William (the Manager) was super nice and made sure I was taken care of. I got my tire repaired and even got a replaceable tire pressure valve cap! Thanks again. Even you live in the city, this place is worth the drive IMO. PRO TIP: While you wait, just walk to Favors and Flavors Cajun Twist for food and drinks. Its a great place to hang while your car gets serviced and very short distance.

I came in because my check engine light was on and I had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. Fitzgerald was pleasant and respectful when he acknowledged me. He assured me that I would be taken care of to put my mind at ease. Long story short, no major repair was needed for my car. Thank goodness! Had I went anywhere else I mightve been taken advantage of and lied to about unnecessary repairs. So I would say the people here work with integrity and only charge you for work that needs to be done. If I have any future issues I will definitely be back to have my car serviced. Came in to get my tires filled since my tire pressure low light came on. Mitch noticed one of my tires had a leak and Fitzgerald got me ready to go back on the road! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Found my new go-to tire shop in Roswell!

While working on my brakes in spring of 2019, THEY SENT ME HOME WITHOUT BLEEDING THE BRAKE LINES. I left and the brakes were still soft. I took it to another service provider and have since spent about $1300 in addition to the $800 they charged to try to fix the brake issue. Some of it is undoubtedly not their fault as the car has been a lemon, but once again, THEY SENT ME HOME WITH AIR IN MY BRAKE LINES.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE here. I drive 30 minutes over to these guys to get work on my car because they do outstanding work. Not only that, but they are honest. They don’t pressure you to buy what you don’t need, and they’ll call you once they find the problem BEFORE THEY start working on it. Meaning, no unexpected charges once you walk up to pay, and they make it all as painless as possible. Let’s face it, it’s never fun taking your car in, but when was the last time you left an auto shop with a smile? Because I just did. If others have let you down or made you feel like an inconvenience, go see my bromigos David and Fitzgerald. They will show you how the experience SHOULD be, and will happily explain everything to you. Wouldn’t trust my car I rely on for my job with anyone else.This is my place from now on.

The gentlemen that work here are absolutely wonderful. They take great care of their customers and really care about them. I had a tire with a leak and I came in ever 5 days for air for months. They always took care of me until I could afford a new tire. Their prices are very competitive and I love the employees!

Had a great experience today from start to finish they were able to change my oil same day with very little wait time. Glenn was incredible, i have two young children and he was happy to change the tv for them and got them some water, which was very sweet. They had my car in and being worked in less then 10 minutes after arrival and included a tire rotation in with my oil change coupon. To top the visit they noticed my battery wasnt installed properly when i replaced it recently and fixed it for me out of kindness. I highly recommend this location and will be returning for future services! THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!!
