We love stopping by Einstein Bagels especially during breakfast time! They have some interesting and tasty meals including this brisket breakfast sandwich thats amazing. My kids love the Asiago bagel with one of their variety of cream cheeses. Very nice if you like good bagels

This place is never super impressive with their microwaved bacon and inability to get orders correct, but my husband picked up breakfast here last Friday and it was terrible. He ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. He was told they were out of bacon. When he got the food home we saw that they also didn’t put cheese on them. It was just sad little pieces of egg on bagels. There was also everything bagel seasoning all over our cinnamon toast bagels. This has happened a few times and it’s disgusting. The sandwiches were absolutely inedible. They were happy to charge us full price when they didn’t even have bacon or cheese on them, but the end result was garbage. Won’t be eating here anymore.Update in response to the owner who left a comment: I did contact Einstein Brothers the day of my visit. No one ever responded. Yet another reason I won’t dine there anymore.

Good luck here. Waited 7 minutes with no line and 4 employees walking around didn’t even acknowledge me. Wow - incredibly bad service. Hungry but walked out. Super disappointed.

The ladies staffing this location this afternoon were great in every possible way. I drove all the way from Blue Ridge -about 75 miles - to bring some bagels back for a friend. I am so happy that I’m not going home empty-handed and that it was such a pleasant experience. WooHoo 🙌

On a Sunday at9amBagels are great. Loved the chorizo bagel. Coffee drinks are alright, can’t really think in here to even ask for how many pumps of sweetener I want. (it’s all crazy from the moment you get in)It’s not welcoming, the communication with the employees isn’t great either.They take 20min to start your bagel order, and they looked stressed out making them.Everyone in there’s uncomfortable, not a place I’d want to wait for my microwave bagels at.PLEASE, if you’re gonna get bagels -order them and take that 20min to do something else before you get there.

What happened? Egg sandwiches tastes so bad now, and theyre soggy 😫 and bland, eggs looked like they were watered down and not fried. Just disppointing.This location is going down the hill, I gave them too many chances already.Go to the johns creek location, its so good there.

I’ve been here a couple times for curbside pickup only. It’s always been pretty quick and food has been pretty good. I will say definitely one of the better Einstein’s I’ve been to. The staff member that brought the food out all the times I’ve been there has been really nice and friendly.

I specifically told before paying bill to toast my 7 bagels to cut and toast it. They told not toasting bagel for order of 6 bagels. Saying busy, 2min of effort.. really upset my today’s order. I have bill printout that’s specified. I won’t recommend going this place.

Excellent breakfast/brunch destination in Alpharetta. Fast service so that you dont have to wait for the great food. One good thing is all the bagels are vegan. Other breakfast options are good too. Very nice ambiance and outside seating is also available. They have great coffee as well.

Visited einsteins and noticed right away most of the bagels were sold out. not sure if they only bake once in the morning and thats it. very disappointing when you compare them to goldbergs who always bakes and never runs out.the sweet tea is weak like it is too diluted.i used to visit this location almost daily pre-pandemic but noticed a big drop in food availability and sweet tea quality. unfortunately will go back to goldbergs.

Sooo yummy and fresh! The bagels were fresh that morning and the SMELL of fresh bagels when you walk in... so good! I got a breakfast sandwich with a mac n cheese bagel- so worth it and highly recommend. It was filling and delicious.

Been getting Bagels here from years. All time favorite bagel place for the sheer variety of bagels and schmears and they are sized just right too and always fresh and fluffy (not overly huge, hard and chewy like a lot of other bagel places). Also this is the only place I know that makes the jalapeno salsa schmear, the best spread in the world!

Two days in a row with our order fulfilled incorrectly. Today was a mobile order so there shouldn’t have been an issue but both my bagels were ordered toasted and they were not. Tough to each a cold bagel with cold butter.Yesterday we were given the wrong muffin. If we ate on site it could be corrected but as a Togo order it’s a lose when we are miles away.Be sure to confirm your order before leaving.

Deprioritizes pickup and delivery if the Green haired heavyset manager is working. Completely unprofessional.The only issues Ive had picking up food here have been when she is working.Saw another review where she was pictured sitting on the counter barking orders at staff. Staff was amazingly helpful and nice when we all discovered that everything I ordered had fresh garlic, which Im massively allergic too. They were very accommodating to make changes. Would give more than three stars if so much didnt have fresh garlic included.

The only thing ok about this place is the cashier that rang me up. Took 25 min for a mediocre “toasted” bagel that was soft and my other sandwich was missing the meat. I’ll never be back to any Einstein’s after this.

No ice for our beverages and too understaffed to take care of it. Then, they took my order wrong even though I lowered my mask to order. Took so long to get my food that I couldnt wait for them to fix it, nor for them to get around to getting ice. They were sorry, but not enough to do anything other than hold us up even longer by having us wait on another order.Interesting note -- the receipt doesnt even say what I ordered on my bagel, so there was no way for me to catch their error before they made my food.My dry bagel went into the trash, heading to McDonalds, I guess.All Covid restrictions have been lifted but you still cant eat in here.

Curbside was little slow even after calling to let them know I was there.Food was really good. Coffees were on the strong side so plan for extra cream and/or sugar if desired.

I absolutely love their customer service. It was the one thing that gave me hope after my very complicated experience. Their store doesnt deserve a poor rating but I certainly feel corporate should be aware of the fact that their curbside process is very complicated.Bagels are very yummy and they have unique bagels like pretzel bagels, cinnamon bagels, a six cheese bagel, with add ons like honey butter or a smoked salmon spread which I found absolutely yummy. They also have locks or smoked salmon that you can add to the bagel that is not in cream cheese form which I found to be a cool option. Also their hot chocolate is made with steamed milk which I find rare these days but makes it soo rich and creamy. the app which is what you have to download to do curbside the correct way, all of their menu items are not listed. Since all of their menu items are not listed you have to then call into the store to order the food but theres no way to prepay for the food still leaving you to have to go in and not engage in curbside service. This store was very thoughtful and did their best to work with me even though they could not accommodate my need for curbside.also when in the app you are not able to really customize your order being it only leaves you one option when youre trying to maneuver through ordering your bagel.You can call in and be able to place your order but you do have to still go in and pay. If youre looking for a true curbside experience this cannot offer you that so be prepared to still go in but once you do their staff will take amazing care of you.

I ordered some bagels and donuts from here this morning on DoorDash. The food was super awesome but I didn’t get the donuts I ordered. Instead I got muffins which was ok because they were delicious but one of them had a staple in it and sum paper

We ordered some bagels for my daughters school and added 12 coffee in for the teachers. I guess the lady who brought the stuff out to our car didnt like it. Her attitude was quite rude. We rolled down the windown but took abit to look at our phone to see if they have any confirmation number that she might need(first time order on the app). Then, she said so you want me to give it to you or what? With an annoyance in her voice. We were quite taken back thinking maybe we supposed to come in. She gave us the coffee and said this is not a good idea. We left feeling like we were bothering them or something. The bagel and wrapping was great though but will pobably will go to another store next time.

Super clean store. Great location off of 400. Also a super friendly staff serving great food and coffee. Highly recommended ☕👍

They will never give your order correctly. Take a whole lot of time to understand your order and finally you order something and get something else. Tried couple of times and gave up. Not a great taste as well. Never had such a bad experience at other Einsteen bagels

The coffee was very good, completely recommended. The service and food was cold. We ordered for four, got our drinks, and sat down at the patio in sight of the counter. After 20 minutes, I went inside to see if our order was, it was, and they had placed behind the counter. I asked why they did not tell us, and the lady replied ( I called your name ) . We were the only customers. She promptly went back to her phone, I guess I had inconvenience her enough. We ate our cold meal and left.

Dont come here within an hour of closing time if you want a good selection. The bagel selection is all picked over and theres barely any good ones left, and they wont make any for you even if you ask. 2 stars only because Einstein Bros bagels themselves are good from past experience at other locations.

Wonderful breakfast restaurant. Sean, Johnny, and Justine are the absolute best. They always go above and beyond to make sure Im happy. They have such positive attitudes no matter how bad their day is going. I recommend this location to anyone. Thank you guys so much for being the amazing people that you are.

Good place for coffee and breakfast. You cant sit inside, which is a good precaution. They have outdoor seating for your eating needs.

I come here quite a bit. I would have given it a higher rating but there was a chunk of eggshell in my Farmhouse egg sandwich. I would have returned but I had eaten most of it when I felt the eggshell, and I didnt want to be that guy. Nice ambience and good service though.

Whats up with the Cream Cheese??? Why is it so differently great than other places? Wanted to eat another cream cheese bagle, and another one. Too bad I dont live here. But if this review helps you decide to go there, good for you.😁

I got the avocado toast was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted, so I got a Nova Lox and was beyond good and no weird brown pieces in the salmon. Just depends what you get I guess. Was really good the Nova though.

Service was lousy, cashier was not personable. Ordered a sandwich to stay and eat there. Ordered a dozen bagels, asked if we wanted them cut, politely responded “no thank you” and was then handed the box with bagels sliced. Did not have any more of the bagels we requested and had to take the precut bagels. Sandwich was in a to-go bag. Totally unacceptable service. Not up to the standards of the Einstein’s we visited in the past.

Rude staff and horrible customer service.I came in and ordered a customized sandwich with no meat I requested exactly what I want in my sandwich!!They put bacon and I don’t eat meat so I went back and kindly asked them to correct the order.The service I got and the response were horrible, the lady that made my sandwich rolled her eyes on me and the guy asked me do you want me to remove the bacon or remake it I told him please remake it. He throw the sandwich in very aggressive way in the trash like it’s my faultI was like what’s wrong with you!!!

Catering order was over 90 min late with no contact from the store. Truly unacceptable. Will never consider buying your product again.

Einstein Bagels is full of many varieties of flavors and breakfast lunch favorites avocado toast, eggs and cheese tomatoes you imagine it they have it. It is a cool atmosphere to dine in very hip!I was there four months ago the same thing was wrong all coffee containers were empty again its a common thing they are out of coffee by early afternoon I had to ask the Manager again if they were going to brew more coffee I waited for fifteen minutes before I could drink a cup of coffee by then I was close to finished with my bagel which had a thin layer of cream cheese I had to ask for more creme cheese so I could eat my bagel!! This happens all the time the cashier in between customers was on her phone sharing videos with the manager often when I walked in she glanced at her phone often which was annoying to me. The bathroom was very dimly light I couldnt touch up because of the low lighting and I felt I better not touch anything with my bare hands it was that dingy its too bad that this store is poorly managed!!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by a young lady I believe Latreall was her name. She told me about a item on the menu and expressed how popular the item was. I tried the Farmhouse egg sandwich lets just say thats added onto my favorite list. Thanks so much for your patience and assistance.

Dont know if it was just today, but they didnt have a lot of choices. Service was great and food was delicious. Definitely recommend this place. Try the hazelnut flavored coffee (free refill).

I love Einstein bagels and they are usually my go to place. The last time I was there to pick up bagels the service was kind of rude-ish. I will still return because the bagels are good and so is the Shmeer. Overall the four stars are for the food and the coffee but definitely not the service.

Eh. Not my choice to go to but if I’m in the area it’s the only one. Went in on a Sunday morning and almost ALL the bagels were undercooked. After someone finally greeted us and asked us were we ready to order we get to the cash register and then get attitude. Leaving two because I have been here once before and actually had a pleasant experience.

Ive never had a bad experience at an Einsteins and this location is no exception. The staff is super friendly, the food is always wonderful, and the location is very clean. I wish there were a location closer to my home so I could visit more frequently.

Go on mondays to the advantage of their bakers dozen for 7 bucks! For a few bucks more ($5) you can choose 2 tubs of whipped cream cheese. Place is clean and respectable. Would recommend!

The bagels are amazing and the cream cheese spread are even better!! I always get the apple bagel with the honey almond spread. OMG. They are a little on the expensive side though, and they run out really fast, so get there early.

Food is always good. Staff is now good. The old manager had a bit of an attitude toward his staff and customers. The new crew is much more professional and service has improved 1000%.

Stop in around 10:00 on a Sunday. Very clean, helpful staff, food was prepared and served quickly, and they gave my Service Dog a nice treat free of charge. Prices were very reasonable and the food was great. Definitely worth the stop.

Good veggie hummus bagel sandwich. Just wished they had more vegetarian options. Only customer at mid-afternoon so got to head LOTS of employee banter/chatter. Free entertainment! 😃

The bagels are better than average for Georgia but are still missing that special something you get with real New York bagels. The wait varies from day to day. Be prepared for your bagel to be ready before youre done paying on some days and to wait for five minutes or more on other days.

I love the egg White, bacon and avocado breakfast bagel on asiago. Great customer service and the store has a very nice atmosphere.

I just came in for a quick meeting and had coffee. Biggest issue is the lack of outlets to plug in computers. It would be a great place eat, drink, and get work done if there were enough places to access electricity.

Great atmosphere and great staff. The tables and floors are kept clean and service is fast. Their Vanilla Hazelnut coffee is truly to die for.

Total disorganization causing massive lines. One lady takes an order but then you have to stand in line again to pay. Makes no sense. Iced vanilla hazelnut latte was made but my name was never called so I didnt get it until I got annoyed and asked. Food was pretty good which is the only saving grace this place has.

Coffee area was not stock area was sticky drips stains. Work area in front for guess need to be more polished.

Waited 45 minutes for a bagel and the manager could not have cared less. Gave me my money back but made zero effort to make it right. The worst customer experience I think Ive ever had in my life. If you get in line and see alot of people waiting. Beware.

Great bagels and sandwiches. The Mushrooms, spinach, and eggs sandwich a must have. Coffee is pretty good specially the medium Java roast.

Twice they got my order wrong. I have my breakfast at office and it would be almost impossible to take what I was given, back to them to get it changed. Next time I was there, I told them to be a little careful when taking order. In return, I got lots of attitude. The staff do not have the basic courtesy to even apologize/acknowledge for the goof up they did. Having said that, not all of them working there have this attitude. Hence, the 2 stars.Start respecting the paying customer, your business would prosper. If not, youre spelling your own doom as there are tonnes of options in Alpharetta.Good luck!

Crew members are friendly and hopeful but the general manager; tall, skinny and bald man runs around like a crazy person and deals with situations more like they are a matter than life or death rather than with pose, professionalism and tact. Service seems to always be lacking here. Some employees are working hard and doing a good job there, but others not so much. I was disappointed today when my boyfriend came home with breakfast only to find the employees gave him one single bagel cluster in a bag. Are you serious? One little bite of a bagel for an order that is supposed to come with like 6 clusters? Thats just rude and I dont know how you toss that one item in a bag and send someone on their way and not feel like a jerk.Every time I come here I hope the experience will be better and I always seem to be disappointed.

This location has gotten my order wrong a total of 6 times. I will continue going here because its close to where I work, but I hope I will finally start to remember to check my order before I leave, because I know for certain that they dont. They have given me Swiss when I asked for Cheddar about 3 times, charged me for 2 eggs when I only wanted one, forgotten to put maple shmear on my french toast egg sandwich, and forgotten to put any cheese on my sandwich.

This particular store is the worst! Its seems to only be the female staff that has zero professionalism and tons of attitude. Management needs to get a lot better!

I stopped today with my friend. The food service was good but all the tables were dirty and the floor too. We told one of the employees about it and nothing happened, We ended up sitting out side.

Good Bagels, poor customer service skills displayed to multiple customers including us.

I arrived last Sunday around noon time to grab a few bagels to go. The service was lazy, 2 unmotivated employees were serving the guests without much desire to serve. The whole kitchen and the preparation process looked filthy to me. They run out of plain bagel (seriously ? this is the basic bagel everyone buys) and made couple of errors in my order. Also, its a shame that the chain doesnt offer any gluten free alternative.

While the food is good, the cleanliness of this location is seriously lacking. I visit this store fairly often and its almost impossible to find a clean table. Nine times out of ten my order is screwed up in some way. The employees seem more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers or cleaning. I dont think the carpet has ever seen a vaccum. On this visit, business was slow, only one table was clean in the entire business and one employee was sleeping at one of the tables while the manager was at the next table loudly (what sounded like) disciplining another worker.

Throughout the course of our meal, my mom and I had to go up to the counter repeatedly because they did not give us a water cup or the coffee that we ordered, they also forgot to put avocado on my order when there should have been some in the first place. The floors need to be swept up and countertops wiped down. Although my bagel was good; I doubt we will be coming back.

The food is normally pretty good here, but I always feel like its expensive for what it is.
