I always go to JCP salon for my hair and get highlights. I just wanted to say the stylists do a good job when they listen and do what I’m asking for. But sometimes there is a stylist who thinks they know what’s best for me and is afraid if they bleach my hair it will damage it so I get swindled into doing what they want and end up paying for something I didn’t want and don’t like. Just know to stick to your guns. If you want your hair bleached don’t let the stylist talk you out of it, no matter how many years experience they have. I give 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences with the ones who have listened and bleached my hair as I asked.

This place has ZERO customer service! I ordered something online to pick up in store. They said I had to stand in the returns line to pick up my item. ABSURD PROCESS. Will never do this again

They always try to get you to buy something you dont want. And its too expensive. Let me list all of the things wrong with my visit:1. They stylists dont listen and think they know your hair better than you.2. They try to sale you services you didnt come in for, and will KEEP asking after you say no thank you!3. They dont know how to cut or trim hair. A trim will be a hair cut (3 inches is a hair cut, a trim is an inch or less - youre just nipping the ends, not going for blunt cut). Why do all stylists do this ugly hair style?4. There is no consistency in hair stylists (constant turnover).5. Your hair will not be thoroughly cleaned or conditioned.6. They are totally distracted with too much talking and not paying attention to what they are doing to your hair.7. They have non caring, bad attitudes and will over charge you.If none of this bothers you then by all means go there. However, I will never go back again.
