Went in and spoke with Austin. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Made our buying experience fantastic. Everything was very clean and even had us using disposable pads to rest our heads on when we laid in each bed. He didn’t try to up sell us at all, just armed us with information we needed to make the right decision for our family. We will definitely return and make sure Austin is the one who helps us!

We had the best experience with Steve and Jason. They were incredibly funny and entertaining (something we never expected). They were experienced and very knowledgeable about the different models of sleep number beds and didnt push us toward the most expensive. They gave us space and information as well as a top notch comedy act. We highly recommend them.

I initially bought my split king size Sleep Number bed from this location almost 5 years ago. We finally sold it!The Sales Associates at this location are friendly, but to be honest the bed is overrated! Most of the time when we went to the store they had to order what we were looking for. The bed is too overpriced. The sheets are expensive. Because my spouse and I sleep in different positions and was able to operate our sides of the beds differently it didnt allow us to cuddle very much because of the split in the middle.Financing the bed was a nightmare! You can make additional payments on your account; however, you still had to pay the minimum payment every month regardless of any extra monies you put towards the balance. For the first year they required us to stay on automatic payments. So happy its gone!

Jason did a fine job of explaining and demonstrating the features of the sleep number bed. I liked the leg raised and head raised features.

Be forewarned that this store is NOT TRUTHFUL in explaining their return policy. Take your business somewhere that is up-front and honest!I bought a memory foam pillow at this store. I was hesitant to purchase it, as I couldnt decide if I liked it when I tried it out in the store. The saleswoman said that there was a 30 day return policy if I didnt like it.I tried it out for a few weeks, but found I woke up more during the night wrestling with the pillow, so I decided to return it. My son took it back and was told that there was a one time return policy, meaning that he had to purchase something in exchange. He purchased a pillow cover that was 30% off for $12.00 - the cheapest item in the store.This store policy just cost them a sleep number bed sale! While I was there for the pillow, I tried out a bed since I need to replace my mattress. I was considering a tempurpedic mattress, but found that I loved the sleep number mattress better. NOW that I was told a 1/2 truth about the return policy, and FORCED to purchase something in exchange, I WILL NOT GIVE THIS STORE MY MATTRESS BUSINESS. They got a $12.00 sale, but lost a large mattress sale in the process! I am surprised that the owner/manager thinks this is a good policy.Understand that I have never stopped and taken the time to write a negative review, but when hesitant to purchase, and the selling factor was that there was a 30 day return policy if I was not satisfied, which was not the WHOLE TRUTH about the return policy, is cause for telling others of a less than satisfying experience.

Brett is awesome!!! He was more than helpful, and assisted in helping me through the financing conversion. I had an issue when purchasing my iLE from them because my credit was frozen; so I had to put it on a credit card. He was awesome to help me convert the payment to 24 months 0% interest financing during their promotional offer after a demo once my credit was unfrozen from Equifax. Great people, and they definitely look out for you!!!

The store has great sincere sales people. However, the corporate support and delivery is absolutely atrocious. I am in the process of cancelling a $7,500 order. We got a call at 6 pm last night confirming for the fourth time that the bed and adjustable frame would be delivered today. I just spoke to the delivery people at 11:30 am and now they say delivery will not be for another 16 days! That is ridiculous! Too many other places sell beds for us to wait on these incompetent people.
