Great furniture. Everything else poor.We bought a sectional and paid for delivery & set-up. The delivery guys were terrible. It had rained the night before and was wet outside; the delivery guys didnt bother to wear shoe covers and tracked wet leaves, grass, and mud through the house the entire way from front door to living room (I literally mopped the entire foyer once they left). They also set one portion of the sectional down outside and got it wet on the back and a black smudge on the cushion seat. They were also really rough with the furniture (literally tossing it on its top to attach the feet and opening the plastic wrap with the blade on the cushion side). After set-up the sections were not attached (just shoved next to each other across our hardwood floor) and the cushions were disheveled. The photo shows the condition once they left.When I called Rooms to Go to complain, they only agreed to refund 1/2 of the delivery & set-up fee. OK; I agreed they did indeed get it to the house.The saga continues: the sales lady stressed the importance of thier protection plan as we have kids. We were certainly led to believe it covers everything so you dont have to worry.Utterly false: our 5-year old got sick on the cushion. Claim denied. In fact they only cover 4 or 5 specific perils (food, drink, cigarette burns, pen, and pet biological). No coverage for odors, human stains, etc.So I have a $2k 1-month-old sectional (which is indeed very nice and we like it) with a slight water stain on the rear from delivery, a noxious odor from my young son, and a protection plan thats a waste of money.So no, Ill not be referring anyone to Rooms-to-Go.
Ask for Muhammad he is amazing! He made sure we felt welcomed and not only that, he made us his priority. We visited another furniture store (not rooms to Go) and we left out feeling prejudged. Nobody in that establishment approached us nor did anyone offer any type of help. So, we decided to take our money elsewhere and that’s where we me Muhammad, thank God!!! The manager ( manager from New York) is Awesome as well.
I can’t begin to explain how wonderful our experience was! We worked with Ralph, who was very patient and understood everything we wanted! He was not pushy and made sure we were 100% satisfied before we purchased our furniture for our new home. Ralph made sure we got the best deal, so we saved a lot of money! He was even able to get our furniture delivered within 1 week!!! I highly recommend Rooms To Go, and ask for Ralph! He truly is great at what he does!!

We went to Rooms to Go in Alpharetta, Ga and had the pleasure of working with Chris McLean. We were already somewhat stressed about the process and selection. Chris was VERY attentive from the moment we walked in…but it was how he helped us. He wasn’t pushy at ALL - guided us to each and every living room set we looked at and took the time to price out each and every one. When we finally found the one we wanted, Chris accommodated us again by getting our delivery date moved up to meet our family’s specific needs. I have had the pleasure of corresponding with Chris AFTER our sale to coordinate the changes in our delivery - each time, Chris was instantaneously responsive and took care of the only issue we had immediately. To have someone that exhibited (not only) that kind of customer at the store but AFTER our living room set was purchased - speaks volumes about him as an associate and as a person. Retail can be a thankless job as I had worked in retail for several years…Chris deserves all thanks on his customer service and people skills. I will, for sure, ask for him if/when we need any sort of furniture in the future and would HIGHLY recommend anyone shop with Rooms to Go.Job well done - Chris is an excellent representation of your company and exemplifies outstanding customer service. Overall, I had a very good experience with the purchase process. While I don’t like the company’s style of pouncing on a customer upon arrival, I was fortunate to get Tom Seitz at the Alpharetta store. He was extremely personable and it was obvious he knew his products well.The sofa I bought was not on the floor at Alpharetta so I went all the way to the Buford store where one was located. I told the sales person I was just looking and was already working with someone at another store. While there, I decided to look at end tables and asked a person to help me find a specific model. They told me it wasn’t in the store. I thanked them and found the table about 5 minutes later. This happened twice. Once in Alpharetta for an accent chair ( Tom was out sick) and the table in Buford.Seems as though once you tell a person you’re working with someone, they want nothing to do with the customer. But Tom made everything easy and pleasant and should be commended. I would have bought elsewhere had it not been for him.

A very nice showroom that has almost every piece of furniture that you are looking for. We were fortunate to associate with Sherry. Whether, you eventually buy the furniture or not, Sherry came along as a patient person whos ready to hear everything you have to say and also contribute along to ensure your room looks the best. She was detail oriented, provided us with every option possible. All the while, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase the furniture. As a customer, I was given that freedom to either purchase or walkaway, no questions asked.

We went in the store looking for a new living room couch and a first big boy bed set for our first born. We had been shopping for a few weeks at other furniture stores with zero luck, but the whole experience here was awesome and the team we worked with, Sherry in the Kids furniture area and Doris in the main furniture area, were super helpful and friendly! The prices were great and the selection was as well. They both walked us through several options and explained details that we had not thought of. The whole process was a breeze and we will be back!

Doris Lewis is an amazing Sales Associate! My wife and I visited twice at this location, shopping for new living room furniture. Doris assisted us during both visits and was extremely helpful. She offered solid advice and was very knowledgeable about their inventory. We placed an order but the next day decided to make a last minute change. She was patient and very supportive during the order change process. The entire shopping experience from beginning to end was relaxed, simple and easy. Doris knows how to take care of her customers. Tom is a real asset to Rooms To Go. He is always friendly, and willing to help, and has great ideas on furniture design. We have used Tom for our personal house and he has also helped decorate our 3 rental condos. If you are at Rooms to Go in Alpharetta, definitely go find Tom for the best help!
Tammy helped my fiancé and I purchase our furniture for our new home. We walked in and we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted. We ended up falling in love with a floor sale couch, and she was able to good it for us. Since we found our couch we decided to look at the bedroom sets and dining roomTables. We found our bedroom set that we fell in love with, and she helped us customize the pieces that we wanted. Once we found that, she asked how we liked our current mattress (we don’t like it very much) she suggested we lay on a therapeutic mattress, and my fiancé and I both agreed on how comfortable this bed was. She made our experience effortless and amazing, 10/10 highly recommend this location and if you go ask for Tammy!!
Furniture is good, but service could be better. Manager was not interested to talk when we wanted to buy sofa and dining table. Sofa arrived within a week which is good. Dining table arrived after month(which was scheduled) but is little different then we booked. When called to the customer service they say sales person did a mistake and sent a different version. The price we confirmed was for the one we saw the store and then sent smaller one to which they say is the right price. Nice!
Matt the manager is fantastic! He basically showed us the entire showroom and was very informative and patient. I like how he knew when the items were and weren’t in stock. As it is normal right now, a lot of things are not available at the moment.

When it comes to buying furniture. You are not paying only for a piece of furniture, you also have to keep in mind the customer support that comes with it. And when it comes to that I don’t think anyone can beat RTG. I met Yolonda as my sales associate, she impressed me. Then i met Michelle and she impressed me more. Same happens when i met the manager Tino, i was impressed but then I met John and he impressed me more. They will go miles ahead to solve any issue you have to make you happy. Definitely best shop in town.

I purchased a sofa at this location. My sales associate Tammy Buckus was extremely helpful and provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I have had with a Sales Associate. She helped me feel very welcome, was able to answer all of my questions, and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. She was very sincere and warm and I felt like she genuinely cared about my wellbeing.I was a little nervous coming into the furniture showroom at first but that was quickly alleviated.Only negative was the location manager was a little too pushy towards the end trying to get me to sign up for the protection plan which I was not interested in.
I bought new furniture for the first time at this store and I was helped by Doris.She was fantastic! She carefully explained every detail of my purchase, and helped me to find the exact furniture I was looking for, even when it would have negatively affected her own commission. I cannot recommend her enough.I’ll definitely be coming back to this location the next time I purchase furniture.
Sherry was great today. Our daughter wanted a bunk bed and she showed us all of the available options. The process was quick and easy.
Placed 2 orders, waiting over 2 months for both. When 1st order arrived, our headboard was damaged in 3 different places (chips, scratching, and paint damage). Called and the replacement will not be ready for another month! When the truck for our 2nd order (dining set) arrived, they looked in the back of the truck and our furniture was not there... So now we have waited over 2 months for absolute garbage service and damaged furniture. Customer service seemed careless and offered nothing to correct the issues. Never using Rooms to Go again. Do yourself a favor and go to Ashley furniture.

If you are looking for furniture, I suggest you stop in to Rooms To Go at Northpoint Mall and ask for Muhammad Rahman. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was not an aggressive pushy salesman but was around to answer all my questions.

Spent $2500 on a bed set and the legs constantly fall off the frame because they decided to use 1/4” screws directly into wood with no support. Roomstogo won’t repair. Installation was also done terribly. Third set and LAST set I’ll ever buy from them. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible company. Embarrassing, for them.
I have been trying to get a bedroom set from rooms to go for about three weeks now, the sales associate was great however when we get to the part of delivery... horrible. The first delivery they did not attempt to bring in my items stating that it’s not going to fit. They did not even attempt, also I did not receive other items I ordered.Second time they did attempt however got all sorts of scratches on my wood flooring, item did not fit like first delivery people stated. The scratches that happened he tried to say it was the chalk from furniture?Third delivery I had to change the bed, it was put together however it was not put together correctly which could be a hazard. Photos attached.I called rooms to go, the delivery person said he put the notes in that he did not have the materials for the bed to hang the ladder, when I talked to rooms to go they stated there were no notes.Rooms to go said they can get someone out to check on the bed however they scheduled it two weeks out, I told them the bed was rocky and there are things not put together properly is two weeks a sufficient time frame because this seems like a hazard? Rooms to go stated this this the earliest. See photos

Took a day off from work to receive delivery of an item that was *purchased a month ago*. Delivery drivers never showed up and nobody ever received a call from them. The drivers were dishonest and told their superior that they called me and had my apartment complex office try to contact me to no avail. My apartment office confirmed that they never arrived and did not speak to them. Customer service was (obviously) unsympathetic and told me that I had to reschedule due to the fact that the situation was my fault. That’s just a brief recap. Great job fellas.

Sadly you have to give one star to leave a review. All I can tell you is to go somewhere else to buy your furniture. Sales people are worse than used car salesman. Once they have your money, they forgot all about you. And don’t expect them to deliver your furniture when they promise, because it’s not going to happen. Worst most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time or money.

So, they said delivery between 10:00 a - 2:00 p… and finally after not showing by 4:30 p I went to target to grab some things.At 4:53 p I received a text message stating they were 9 minutes away, followed by a text at 4:54 p that they had arrived. Their was no call nor could I text the number back they texted me on, and at 5:04 p when I arrived back they were gone. So I lost an entire day of work and now have no where to sleep and was given “well will reschedule” without a firm date and I most likely will miss another days work. The significant incompetence that the rooms to go employees have is astonishing.
Worst customer service. They keep chasing you not giving privacy and time to select the item we want. And once sold, they never mind. They say they can do price match, but customer service ask us go to store, store person tell us that they will call back when manager is there to match the price, but u will never receive a call. Again we need to call and we will put on hold for hours and this keeps going.. soooo all they want is sell the product and never match price and never mind again about our concerns too….
Positive shopping experience on black Friday Eve.Visited this Rooms To Go furniture shopping center which is across North Point Mall on Haynes Bridge Rd. Well lit shop with stretched parking and quickly noticeable from the intersection.Great stylish collection of furniture from living room to bed room and anything in between.Price range is from moderate to high. The do delivery as well as advise on pickup of old furniture.I have been helped by Karlos during my shopping Thanks to Karlos for his patience, knowledge, willingness to help answer questions and to make shopping easier. Actually we walked in Kids bedroom section and Rooms to go associate (missed her name) kindly and cheerfully volunteer to help find Rooms to go associate for living room furniture. And we been tagged along with Karlos rest of shopping experience. We have helped on various choices of colors, features, leather quality, warranty etc items on different furniture item and could satisfactorily able to purchase items of our choice. Thanks to Rooms to go and thanks to Rooms to go Kids Bedroom associate, Mr. Karlos and Mr. Manager ( to promptly help with pickup list for various agencies ). Great experience. Professional courteous sales service and wide variety of reasonably priced furniture and accessories.Will buy again from here. And would recommend for Black Friday shopping and beyond.

Very bad customer service.. We bought a couch from them and they will add insurance without asking you but after some convincing we decided to keep cause we were promised stress-free and no questions asked type of service.. Lemme tell you, what a big headache is to deal with rooms to go and the insurance company. After many claims and finally getting one of them approved we were given a authorization number for the claim that rooms to go said doesnt exist and they cant do anything about it.. Manager was extremely rude over the phone to my wife and said she cant do anything about it, about replacing the couch or fixing it.. So yourself a favor and go next door
My salesman was Duwayne great guy, great energy, & vibe. I highly recommend him you won’t be disappointed. The other salespeople are probably cool, but definitely go to Duwayne & listen to him he’ll hook you up. I don’t even write reviews but I had to he took care of us.
I had a terrible experience with this location. It started off well, however. I utilized the chat feature on the website, which connected me to an associate at this store. Due to COVID, she was able to video chat with me and show me the pieces I liked. She was friendly and helpful. Some of my furniture was on back order, causing my order to be delivered into two deliveries a month apart, but I was ok with that.In order to get the pieces into my home, I have to reserve the elevator at my building. The sales associate put in a COD so that the delivery men would be notified and adjust their route accordingly (at least thats what I assumed). I called her a week before my delivery to make sure everything was set, and she confirmed that it was.The first delivery was awful. The furniture was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon, which is what me and the associate discussed. I received a call from the delivery drivers at 9am, stating that they were 10 minutes away. I explained the COD situation, and they said they didnt see one, and that I would have to reschedule by calling customer service. Frustrated, I called them 3 separate times--I was hung up on the first time after waiting 20 minutes, and I was on hold for an hour for the following 2.Long story short, this turned into a back and forth between this locations store manager and the delivery manager. THEY RESCHEDULED THE DELIVERY AND STILL DIDNT SHOW UP THE SECOND TIME. By the third time, I was livid, but I was able to get a hold of the regional managers assistant. He was helpful but I was still very upset.The second delivery was not as awful, but still bad. They have an online system that tells you the delivery window 2 days in advance. I made my elevator reservation around the time they gave me. Long story short, the delivery kept getting pushed back an hour every hour, and they didnt end up coming until 6:45 pm. I didnt even think they were still coming because I had such low expectations. One of the delivery guys was clearly very young and a bit reckless with handling the furniture, and the other was very standoffish--he didnt speak to me at all.Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone to this Rooms To Go location. Not sure if my experience was indicative of how the company operates as a whole, but I didnt feel like my issue was resolved properly, and they have not made a customer out of me.
Ordered a bed and paid for delivery & never received the bed on the scheduled delivery date. Spoke to the delivery manager the next date & she was extremely rude. I requested a refund & after 2 weeks of not receiving my money back, my bank had to launch an investigation to obtain my funds. I called the store at least 5 times requesting to speak to the store manager. He never got on the phone & I never received a call back.
The store manager, Tino, Michelle, and London gave my family excellent service when we were shopping for furniture for our daughter’s apartment. They were very patient, informative, and knowledgeable. 5 STARS to the whole team at Rooms To Go!
Tom was my Sales Associate. He was amazing. He showed me how to check the sofa variations before I set off to browse and that was very helpful. When I needed him, he was prompt even when he had other customers to assist. I ended up leaving to check on another furniture store but I came right back. Tom was ready to assist and set me up with everything I needed to know about my sectional before we finished with my purchase. I would refer anyone to him. Such a nice guy.

My wife and I worked with Ralph C and when I say we had the best shopping experience I can’t say it any better. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we went through so many mix and match options and he was there the entire way. Once we had picked a living room and dining room the color Scheme changed and we had to redo an entire room, Ralph was right there with an entire new set of options and freshly charged tablet ready to go. We will be going back to furnish two more rooms next week and will only work with Ralph.

Good service, but beware the quality of their product is not good. We bought a leather couch and put it in a secondary room we hardly use 2 years ago. Recently I noticed it is very uncomfortable. Flipped it over to see what is going on. Notice how cheaply its made. Cheap felt is holding in the foam and is falling apart. Would have been better off going to a higher quality furniture dealer. Of course its been more than one year so Im screwed.
Duwayne Graham assisted me with an online purchase with accessories and scheduled delivery. He also corrected my transaction, which was stuck in a pending status putting my funds in a frozen state. Transaction was cleared and processed efficiently. Great customer service, he went above and beyond!
Please be careful ordering anything from Rooms to Go, specifically the Alpharetta store. We have had several issues including being charged interest by Synchrony after using a Rooms to Go card when it was supposed to be interest free for a period of time because the store processed the sale wrong. We started being charged interest in January of 2021 and we are still waiting to get the interest we were charged back. We ordered a sofa for our son’s playroom and it showed up damaged so we rejected it and had to wait a few weeks for a new one to be delivered. This morning the new sofa was delivered and this situation put the nail in the coffin for us, as we will never order anything from them again. When they showed up, one crew member came to the door with the sofa on a dolly. He reeked like weed and said unfortunately his partner wasn’t feeling well today. So we had one guy to carry a sofa up a flight of stairs. He managed to pull the dolly all the way up the stairs and ended up ripping up the lip of our top step, in our less than 2 month old brand new home when he pulled the dolly up. We will never purchase anything from them again.
I had a worst experience today at this location. I ordered Sofa set at this location and got it delivered on July 14th, but they did not assemble it. The delivery guy said he will come back and assemble it, but he didnt show up and stopped lifting our calls from next day.I have tried contacting customer service and I was on hold for more than hour, so tried using chat option. I have requested to send the technician to assemble the sofa set asap as there were 2 huge boxes sitting in Living room, then he scheduled it for July 29th and he ended up the conversation even though I was requesting to arrange it earlier. I was very disappointed with the customer service.Today, I went to the store to explain our situation and request for help, a person took us to a lady who was sitting in her office near Kids section, she came out after 10 minutes and she took my phone number to look up the order details without listening to our problem, she came back and told us that the technician would be coming on July 29th, she was very rude and not ready to listen to our problem, I was very upset and requested to cancel the order. She then told us that they can cancel it and pick up guys will come tomorrow to pick it up, later she went inside and came back with a different pick up date, which is Aug 12th saying thats the latest available date for pick up. We purchased furniture from Rooms to go thinking that we would be getting better customer service, but we had a terrible experience.I was very upset with the Customer Service, delivery guys negligence and ladys rude behavior at the store made us cancel the order and return all the items. I would never recommend to buy any furniture from Rooms to go. Better go to Ashley, they have provided better service.
I needed to purchase a sectional today and i just got the best customer service that i have ever experienced in my life!.OVER THE PHONE!.Not only Dwayne got on the phone with me and showed me different sectionals and coffee tables for over an hour and a half with his camera being so patient and kind with me, he also made me feel safe and secure that im getting quality even though i wasnt really there to see what im getting in person..from the beggining of the phone call till the end never once i doubted that i was in good hands..He went above and beyond for me and i can not thank him enough!!.I would give him 10 stars if i could!.😊

I’m normally a Macy’s furniture shopper but because Macy’s doesn’t ship to the city that I was moving I decided to try Rooms to Go. I will say that the initial experience was quite pleasant. I went in, picked my furniture out and had really good customer service.My furniture was to be delivered two months out and I was ok with that considering the fact that I was aware of Covid delays.Fast forward two months, I’m excited to get my furniture but I’ve had no word about the time of day it is to come. So I call. Well, as it turns out they have no information on my delivery time because 4 of the items have been discontinued and the other two have been pushed back for a delivery of October.I received no call, no text, no email, absolutely no one gave me the common curtesy of informing me that after sitting in a new apartment, in a new city where I know no one that I would still not have a comfortable home to come to until October.I will NEVER make this mistake again. Rooms to Go will NOT be getting my business.BEWARE YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE FOR MONTHS AND MAKE SURE YOU STAY IN TOUCH WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WONT STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOU! !!!
Recently I needed a copy of an old receipt from a previous order I placed with RTG in Alpharetta, GA in the past. I spoke with with a salesperson named Sara and she sent me this information via email in a timely manner. She was also polite, professional and friendly over the phone. I still have my furniture from RTG now and it is still in good condition. Thank you for your help Sara!

Duwayne Graham made my furniture shopping one of the most pleasant sales experiences I’ve ever had. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with my online shopping experience and took the time to understand my furniture needs. I have always liked the furniture at Rooms To Go, it’s good quality furniture at great prices and terms and now in Duwayne Graham they’ve added some excellent customer service to their arsenal.
Went shopping today at about 6 o’clock. One customer was clearly not wearing a mask, this person was even being assisted by staff without ever asking him to don a mask. When we then asked the same staff member if they required and enforced mask regulations to be inside the building the staff member told us “oh it’s fine, some people worry about it but” and waved her hand dismissively. We quickly left. I can assure RTG that many do “worry about it” and that not upholding their clearly posted mask regulations is abhorrent. I can confidently say I will never be shopping at this location again. There’s a Mattress Firm right down the road and an Ashley Furniture Home Store next door if you’re looking for people who “worry” about your health.

I had a great experience buying my first couple pieces of nice furniture from here. I believe it was Doris who helped me out. She was extremely nice, explained everything to me clearly and it didn’t feel like she was trying to “sell” me at all. I told her what I needed and she took care of it. Delivery took a couple weeks, but I’d say it was worth the wait. When R2G delivered, they were in and out within 30 minutes and it was a smooth process. I have no complaints whatsoever and I feel like I got a great value for the money I spent. I will definitely be going back here. Great people work at this store. Seriously, they were all so nice. If you’re furniture shopping, I highly recommend you to at least stop by. You probably won’t want to go anywhere else.

DO NOT buy from this place! Read their return policy i.e. all the small print! Their 3rd party delivery people could not get our new sofa in the door, so they had to take it back. If I hadnt called the store myself, I would have never heard from them. That was on July 7th, I have called and went to the store to get my refund and they are giving me the run around and having staff pretend to be managers. I should have read the reviews before shopping or ordering furniture from them as they are Horrible!

We ordered our furniture on March 6th we have had a delivery scheduled since then for June 30th (ya almost 4 months out) but we knew everything has been running slow through the pandemic. So we have patiently waited almost 4 months. We got notice our furniture was going to be delivered between 7 and 11am so we prepared and disposed of our old furniture the night before. We get a message from a blocked number that our order is rescheduled for Saturday the 3rd. Normally not a problem but we arent available Saturday for delivery so we called up the store and they said ok well we can get it out on July 14-16th ummmm, no! We dont have furniture now since they called us after the order was already late! We got bumped on the truck for another order. They just keep telling us we can send it out on Saturday( we have work on Saturday the 3rd and stuff going on with the kids, so they say the 14-16. We spent over $6,000 on furniture and they said well if you dont take the delivery date offered then we will lose the pieces or in other words give them to someone else and we wont get our order until August. Just seems spiteful to me...so we said we are canceling our order and leaving a bad review detailing our experience her response I dont care. So this is for you Rebecca at rooms ro go.Update: we had the furniture delivered today July 5th. Which was perfect since they didnt deliver it last Wednesday and Saturday was no good for us and waiting two weeks without furniture was no good too. We are happy they got here today. The delivery men were awesome!!! They were very careful and respectful and professional. These guys redeemed rooms to go. Thank you, you guys were great. The furniture is as expected and all the pieces are in perfect condition we are happy with our purchase.Because the furniture is nice and the delivery men were amazing i have upgraded this review from 1 star to 3 stars. I only wish the ladies we talked with on the phone were as considerate and respectful as the young men that delivered our order. If they had been even with the early delivery issues we experienced wouldnt have been so bad. Those women just werent professional or kind.

Not only is this place overpriced but the furniture is cheap and the customer service is awful. I purchased a leather sofa set for over $2000 and thats including the warranty. My sofa is peeling, the stitch came out and after speaking with customer service, they informed me theres nothing they can do about it.
Yolanda is the best, she made the whole experience and transaction quick and easy. I had an idea what I wanted when I went in and she made the process a breeze. I would definitely recommend coming in to the store and ask for her. Would definitely buy another couch from her.

We bought a couch and love seat and couldnt be happier. But mostly with the amazing service from Ralph, the sales person. Ralph is friendly, not pushy at all, had all the facts, just wonderful. Our couches were delivered on time and were able to track where the delivery was that day. If you can, ask for Ralph!!!

Today my family and I walk into rooms to go in Alpharetta to look at sectionals for our living room. We walk through the store for around 25 minutes and pass by 12 employees that totally ignored us. We went to rooms to go first because we purchased furniture from that location before and the furniture appear to be of good quality. Interestingly we did see the sales reps greeting other customers as they entered the store but no one spoke with us for the duration of our visit.Consequently we went to Ashley furniture and spent $5000 on a sectional.
Would 100% recommend Doris, I had a problem with the insurance of my couch and she was able to resolve the problem and was very nice and professional about it. We were able to also purchase some new furniture for our home and she was able to help us out and was very attentive!!
