Do they have every battery you will ever need...yup. Are you going to pay out the ear for it...yup. Will you save time from not having to go to multiple stores...yup. Am I complaining...nope.

The staff member there today has absolutely no customer service skills. This gentleman I would never hire in any service oriented organization. He was rude, surly, disinterested. He appeared to be irritated that he had to work and barely engaged with the guests. Some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen.

It was super easy to order online and then do curbside pickup. You had exactly what I needed which is an apparently hard to find battery size. The person I dealt with was friendly.

Went in today to replace my girlfriends car battery after the consistent need to jump it off. I walked in and Devon was very helpful. I showed him the battery I was interested in and walked out front to change it out. We worked on changing it quickly and he helped tremendously. Glad to have such a nice guy like Devon to help me out so I didnt have to search for my tools. I went into get my iPhone 6 screen replaced. Overall the customer experience was satisfactory and my repair took only 35 minutes. Horrible product which they don’t stand behind. Had a new battery installed in my iPhone and it lasted 2 months before exploding. Could not return it in time before there weak 6 month warranty expired because I was away and couldn’t return because of the virus. Tried calling them several times and they never answered the call or returned my voice mail.

I was told that it would take 2 days to complete the service on my battery packs, however; it took three weeks. The store refused to service one of the battery pack after I was told by the manger they would service it. But the employee did not do the requested service.

I had a 12pm appointment to have my iphone 7 screen and battery replaced. there were 2 employees there at the time, a manager and a technician. i was told that the service would only take about 1.5 hours. i had to be back at work and told the manager that i will be back around 5pm to pick it up and he said that this wasnt an issue. when i arrived at around 5:10pm, my phone was still not done and was told that it would be another 30-45 minutes. there was only 1 employee there, the technician, because the manager had gone home for an unknown reason. I had to wait until 5:53pm in order to get my phone back. It took almost 6 hours to do a fix that was quoted at only being 1.5 hours tops. since the manager was gone for the day and was not going to be there on 7/3/19, the technician was not able to apply any sort of discount so i still paid full price for bad service. the technician was great, honest, and did all that he could, but the lack of management and customer service resolution is disappointing. not to mention that upon getting stuck in traffic for 2 extra hours, i discovered that the force touch feature does not work on the new screen. I will be returning to the store to talk with management personally in order to resolve this issue.

Went in to have a new battery installed on my iPhone. After I got phone home things were not working correctly. I wrote a bad experience to them. Received a phone call and was asked to bring phone back in within 45 minutes my phone was working properly. Very nice gentleman named Sawyer and technician Robert. They warrant their work. Highly recommend.

Today I was having problems with my car battery, I had to get a jump twice by roadside assistance. After work I took my car to Batteries Plus to check if the battery was good. The man on staff, I do not remember his name, I believe he was bald with a mustache. He listened to what was going on with my car and logically thought about what the issue may be. He quickly discovered the problem and it was a quick fix. The fact that he took the time to think it through and assist me and save me $$ trying to find the problem, means the world to me. He did more than just his job and i appreciate good, efficient workers! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Why I would not bother to use online in the future:1) I did order an expensive (8 bay AAA battery charger) item;; online, only to receive a call from your company notifying me that they no longer stocked the item. I purchased a 12-bay @ Frys for $45 the next day.2) On November 2nd I tried again!a) The 10% incentive and easy pickup was enough for me to try and spend the $26.38 online instead of a walk-in to #39.Unfortunately, I could not find enough information online to ensure that I would get the right products.b) One of your two store employees was able to quickly (less than 3 min)solve my purchase needs.

Batteries Plus Bulbs was great! I ordered a battery for our waverunner online and picked it up at the store. Saved me a trip to the marine store. I never realized they would have had what I needed. It was so easy and convenient. Will definitely be using them again!

Incredibly unimpressed. Wasted 15 minutes waiting for a sales associate who couldnt or wouldnt multitask while helping another customer. But I get it. Retail can drain ya. Wasnt a big deal until after waiting that long to simply ask for simple car key batteries and being met with a refusal to open the key (takes 10 seconds) unless i paid $14 for battery install (takes 5 seconds). Im sure its not this young mans fault as he is most likely following orders. The point is that this store is supposed to do ONE THING and it absolutely dropped the ball on the absolute simplest of needs.

Today I went in to get batteries changed for two watches. The employee told me there was only one option for $18. I have been several times before for the same service that was $10. I ended up driving to the other side of town to get the $10 option. She said the “price went up and there was only one option”. I knew the lifetime option was that much. This was very frustrating.

Worst experience EVER!!! Bought a car battery 14 months ago for my daughters car and battery would not hold a charge. The sales manager was extremely rude told me it was user error even though it was still under warranty. This is the second time I have been told by this individual that basically I am an idiot and it’s user error. No customer service, no willingness to help, and just flat out had a chip on his shoulders when dealing with females!!!Also, he informed me he would get back to me and I had to follow up with him on 3 occasions!!!Do not patron this retail store unless you want no help!!!

Very poor experience. I scheduled a battery replacement for my iPhone online. When I got to the location, there were two techs there. One was trying to figure out how to re-enter customer information for another customer and the other was trying to help. The first thing the rep said to me was that he was in the middle of a job and my battery replacement would take longer than expected and would likely cost more than what the website said. He then told me that I had identified my phone as an iPhone 6 when it was an iPhone 7 (it is a 6). He then told me that they didnt have the battery in the store and that it would be 4 hours before my phone was ready. At that point I took my phone back and left. Big waste of my time. Ill find another vendor

Great service. The employee that worked there was very helpful in telling me what was wrong with my smartphone, he also told me what I could do to repair it and gave me alternative options. I would definitely recommend going there for device repair.

The worst experience Ive had at a retail outlet. Andy was rude, contentious and mad very unprofessional remarks. My understanding is these are franchise run. I would suggest you find another location or a different store to address your needs

The employee was very professional and explained what the plan was for my battery replacement and what the end result would be.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!Rude, unprofessional, and inept. Could NOT fix phone said they did, charged me for fixing it;but, did NOT fix it. When showed it still did not work they took my phone to the back and refused to give it back to me. When I asked for my phone back they threatened to call the police. I said good call them because you are refusing to give me my phone. So, they bring my phone from the back and slammed it on the counter breaking it more.

Courteous quick and inexpensive

Terrible experience at the Windward Parkway store. In order to utilize an availabile discount for a car battery, I had to stand at the counter in front of the battery and the only employee in the store and purchase it on my phone. And then the coupon code wouldnt work. The employee did not resolve the issue and I did not receive the discount.

They have good collection for car batteries, but good at bulbs and lights.

All types of unusual batteries and gloves make sure you bring the old core to save paying core charges and save the environment

Worst experience I have ever had, I went to replace my Gshock watchs battery. The guy replaced the battery, took 10 mins, handed over to me then I saw my watch stopped working. Watchs minutes hand got stuck. I guess, the guy was not trained to replace the battery and messed with my watch. I told him that It stopped working. He started accusing me that watch was not working when I gave it to him to replace the battery and started yelling at me. I told him that battery was dead how it is supposed to work and I bought it just 1 year ago nobody opened it before. He then opened the watch again fixed hands of the watch. When I got home saw the youtube video about how to replace the battery of Gshock watch. The video taught me about the safety measures to take when replacing batteries. I checked my watch to see what went wrong and saw the guy messed with the battery case when replacing the battery that caused the issue and made the dial to not fit into the case of the watch.

Worst iPhone screen fix!!!! I had my iPhone’s screen changed and my phone got worse. They use extremely cheap materials that my screen got broken from holding it two days later.
