October 16, 2021. Sales person Kayla, #AvalonAlpharetta was not very helpful - and actually off brand: for what I have ever experienced @Williams-Sonoma. I had an issue with a faulty Cuisinart Coffee maker. Instead of offering some WS customer support - Kayla quickly dismissed the issue as not being WS issue and directly said WS could not help in any way. I truly thought when you spent several hundreds of $ on the WS merchandise, that indicates there is an endorsement and customer support for that product. I am very disappointed that this is not the case. I was not offered any solution. I am on my own to contact Cuisinart. I really thought Kaylas behavior was strange for WS. I expected better from Williams-Sonoma.
Great selection, staff was very helpful, got me exactly what I wanted.
Went in to buy a gift and was greeted by a rude employee. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to look at a particular knife and feel the handle (needed to know if the handle was comfortable or not). I told her which knife I wanted and she kept repeating which one? 5 times Instead of explaining that there were 2 models (even though I literally said the name of the one particular model just as it is on the webpage).Her attitude made me not want to buy the knife and when told thank you, she seemed even more annoyed as I wasted her time. I ended up buying the knife online but I am really disappointed with the costumer service at this store.
Kayla was a pleasure to work with! She quickly assisted us with what we came in for and then allowed us time to walk around the store and window shop a bit. Felt like we were the only ones in the store. Thanks Kayla
The staff at the Avalon store are very rude and seem bothered that you need help. We are residents at Avalon, but will drive to another location rather than going back to that store.
Went to the store to pick an online purchase of an All-Clad cookware. I was brought a box that was busted up and the tape that says Do not open entire set enclosed had been cut. I figured the box got damaged and they verified all was well since the sales associate had no clue why the box was in such condition. Regardless, I get home and pieces have residue of sales stickers that had been removed. Went back to the store for an unopened box and they explained that yeah it hasnt been used just been on the sales floor. So what, not what I agreed to buy and didnt appreciate that to them its no big deal. One star for getting what I paid for on the second trip to the store.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for kitchen knifes at Williams-Sonoma. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well organized.
Rude! No drinking in the store?!?!?!?! Really, I cant drink a coffee inside. Really?!?!?!? And the staff couldnt even ask nicely. Thanks bye

No acknowledgement from 3 employees with an empty store. They were busy talking to one another. I asked if I could buy a stove top pan similar to the one that another employee sold me. The employee asked if i had a receipt. When I said no and that i didnt bring it with me but it would be on our credit card receipt. She started with the Nos and the why nots of being able to help me. I told her she shouldnt be so negative without trying to find solutions which resulted in what seemed to be more of an argument. After a few minutes she pulled up the account on the computer and found out what i was looking for within a minute.Fast forward to the following week and the employee didnt use the reward certificate correctly and the online customer service cant tell what you ordered so they send you to the store. Andrea, at the store told me to call Comenity Bank. I questioned why i would call the bank when the store didnt credit my account properly. She said well, we are really busy and if you had your receipt i could help you but you dont. So, I had to call back to customer service, look up the prices online and then file a dispute for the reward that i wasnt credited. This process isnt simple because after i get the dispute in the mail then i have to follow up with them in a written explanation. IM DONE... the card will be closed and i wont be goin back.
There were fantastic sales going on for Christmas here!! I wish we hadnt flown to Atlanta from Baltimore so I could have brought back all my favorite cookware!! But really, this store is huge and has so much to choose from. Its a fantastic place

The employee’s name is Nicole.Our encounter started off with a poor taste in our mouth because while having a full hand of items, Nicole told us, while pointing way up high that, “we need to get in line behind the sign,” even though there was no line and we were not standing near any other customers. Personally, this came off very rude and unnecessary.Our experience continued to worsen when Nicole was unfriendly, rude, and seeming as if our need for help was a burden. We understand that there are policies in place and that she must abide by the policies, but the manor in which she explained those policies were abrupt, argumentative and not very customer service-like. In addition to our sour experience and lack of customer service, we were told varying and differing information about the return policy, which left us feeling confused and mislead.I have always had great experiences here that i even had my wedding registry at this location with this store. I recommend not buying from Williams Sonoma, as they have unfriendly customer policys and rude employees.
Nice little store. Went in to look at Nespresso machine. No acknowledgement from salesman who is talking to another customer, or anyone on the floor even when I was standing next to him. Left after 20 minutes of waiting.
