I ordered my mom edible arrangements fruit basket for her birthday on 7-23-2021. The basket was beautiful. My mother called me stating that the melons were very hard and not sweet. I’ve called for a week and no response back from the owner. The owner has been avoiding my calls! I’m not asking for a full refund or another basket. I was requesting to replace the melons for pineapples. I don’t want the replacement since the owner will not return my calls. I will not order from this store again! Poor customer service!

Could not be more pleased! I was downstairs and didnt hear the doorbell. It was cold and rainy outside and Im not sure how long Samuel was waiting but he sent me a text so I was able to receive my delivery.He was so patient and polite.. I was impressed with the efforts he made to make sure I received the delivery. Very pleased!!

Always a fresh basket of fruit! I never pre order my baskets and just pop in and there is always at least one fruit basket. The staff here is always so lovely and helpful and often redo the fruit so it looks perfect. This is where everyone should come for little Thank Yous. Everyone loves fresh fruit?

We have been using edible arrangements every year for special events they were never cheap but it was always worth it, this year I ordered a 80$ worth of arrangement and received something that shouldn’t be more than 40$ very disappointing. I wish I could add pictures of what I ordered and what was received.

I was travelling to Georgia and needed a last minute hostess gift. I literally pulled my car over, ordered a fruit basket w/chocolate online and then called them to confirm. Within a few hours I swung by and they had the basket ready to go for me! I appreciated their willingness to help me on the run, they were a pleasure to work with and the basket was fabulous! It looked so pretty and the fruit was arranged so nicely, tasted wonderful, super fresh and my host LOVED it! We enjoyed eating from it for the next two+ days. Ive received fruit baskets before but this was the first time Id ordered one. It is now by go to gift. Highly recommend the gifts and service from these nice folks!

The woman that worked with me on the phone was absolutely amazing! So helpful and understanding when I didn’t know what I wanted exactly she stayed in my price range and my friend in the hospital was WOWed and so happy! You can count on them for service and a delicious arrangement the nurses were tempted to keep for themselves 😉!!

The most recent order I had from Edible Arrangements was for a funeral in West Virginia. Because I could not attend it was important that my family be represented. My daughter did go and she said everyone really enjoyed the arrangement. It had doves in it which were cut out from Pineapple I guess but that was very beautiful and nicely received. I place an order to sent to my boyfriend for his special day this is the anniversary of him suffering from a major stroke and he made it through the storm healthy and back to work. So the problem is that they could not deliver it to him on his special day, they wanted him to pick it up. Or have me come get it, mind you I live an hour and a half way...very memorable day ruined....smh😭😭😭😭

Beyond disappointed. I ordered something beautiful for my mother in law and she recieved 1 ITEM OUT IF THE 4 items. The most important and her favorite item wasnt even delivered.

I have received two beautiful arrangements from this location and just love the fresh fruit!! Our Thanksgiving arrangement was a showstopper & equally as tasty. I will be ordering future arrangements from them only!! Thank you :)

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my friends birthday. When ordering, it was not clear that they only deliver until 5pm and they also specifically dont take instructions on the time of delivery. So they tried to deliver mid-day when no one was home and when they failed to deliver, decided that they wont try again. They didnt try over the weekend, either, so, four days later I had to call the HQ to get a refund.The local lady I dealt with was very stand-offish on the phone, saying things like, If you order a delivery, you need to make sure that your friend is at home the whole day, which makes no sense, since this was a birthday surprise.

Overpriced and inflexible. Made the mistake of putting in the Friday after Mothers day instead of the Friday before for an arrangement for my 92 year old mother who lives alone across the country. They said they were all out of the container I ordered and could only deliver it on the following Monday- a day after Mothers Day for the same price or I would have to add an additional $25 dollars! I couldnt afford $65 for a small mug of fruit so I had to decline. It was delivered on Monday and of all the nerve it was in one of their own advertising mugs- really special -eh?! Not exactly what I ordered and never will order from them again.

Ensure you check your order, all items not delivered and management will insult your intelligence despite your Masters in Business.

The fruit is sweet and delicious. The chocolate covered strawberries are scrumptious! You can’t go wrong!

My husband ordered a big pretty arrangement for my birthday and requested for it to be delivered in the morning for me (I got to work a half day on my birthday). They said they would try but couldnt guarantee delivery even though he ordered it well before my birthday. He spent quite a bit of money and he thought the no guarantee this was pretty ridiculous (the store was like 5 mins from my work). When my husband realized I still hadnt gotten the arrangement by 2pm he called them and was told it was out for delivery and would get to me by 5pm. He had to RUIN the surprise and tell me about the screw up. I called them and they told me that the delivery guy wasnt finished with the first delivery run... meaning they certainly COULD have delivered my arrangement by 2pm, AND they said it was STILL AT THE STORE! They lied to my husband telling him it was out for delivery. I had to go pick up my own arrangement which totally ruined the surprise factor. AND the young woman at the store was really rude, she never apologized or anything. She said Enjoy in a flat uncaring voice. Way to ruin my birthday surprise. This was our first experience with edible arrangements and will certainly be our last!

Called at 9:09 a.m. for a $42.00 box of chocolate covered fruit to be delivered 2 miles away to an elementary school and they said they like to have a two day order in so they can guarantee delivery by 3:00 pm instead of 5:00.Man if this were my business and I was loosing almost $50 plus on orders for delivery 2 miles away because I didnt get a two day warning, I would hope someone would tell me I may be in the wrong business!Didnt get my business.

Seriously the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I️ tried to place an order for delivery over the phone. Frankly I️ would have been so much better off doing it myself in line. The employee was not helpful at all, didn’t make any helpful suggestions, acted bothered that she had to go back into the system to add balloons. Geez. When I️ asked about delivery time the conversation went further south. Argumentative and defensive. Wow.Thought I’d do the right thing and speak to the manager. Nope. Apparently they went to the same customer service training.I️ canceled my order and will NEVER order from them again. Good luck to you if you do.

Cant get a hold of the store, called several times and line is busy, they tried to deliver to the person I ordered birthday gift for but couldnt. Trying to get them to deliver again, not sure why I cant get a hold of anyone?!

I recently used this location to order a treat for a customer in Alpharetta, GA and they did a great job! I ordered it around lunchtime the day prior. Octavia did a great job placing my order and was quick to email me the invoice for my companies records. Also, she said their deliveries are usually sent out between 10am-5pm. I asked if it could go on the first truck and she said yes... and it did!!The day of delivery the delivery driver called bc the contact the fruit was for was not answering her phone and he was at her office. He ended up staying there for 30 minutes until she answered to make sure the items got delivered on time.... and he called to say all was good, that the items were delivered.Great job!!
