Every time I come to this location, there is a sign on the door reading “bathroom break, back in 10 minutes”. Doesn’t matter what time of day. I came at 2 PM one day, 4 PM another. So I wait for 15. Look at my phone. Wait another 5. Nothing. How can you operate a business if the doors always locked, and nobody is ever there to sell anything? Never coming here again.

I started vaping about the same time these guys started making juice in the back of a little store in Sandy Springs. I wanted menthol at first after quitting cigarettes but the selection and flavors tempted me to more sweet flavors that like my current fave Canoli Be One. But their in-house flavors were great too like Buttermilk Cream and Nuevo Casto. Most of their staff over the years has been quite friendly and the guys there know their stuff, like advising idiots who set the custom mod up for higher voltage without any experience. I’ve probably spent well over $10,000 with them over the past 10 years from mods to juice. And I’ve probably saved some $2,000 with their points system. I’ve tried others but this place keeps flavors around a little longer before switching out. For example, I loved this chocolate flavor called the Duke of NY but they stopped carrying it after telling me I was literally the only person buying the flavor. They try 3 flavors of a brand for a few months to see which is the favorite and drop the other 2. Same happened the Gentlemen Jacks Mocha which was a fave of mine too. The fact they share this with me and every time I go I have good convo at the vape bar keeps me a solid customer. Keep up the good work!

I am new to the whole vaping concept but Tom was really helpful and eager to help. He helped me better understand the device and had a lot of suggestions. Thanks Tom bro you were awesome.

I don’t know who the big guy in hoodie is that cannot remember a customer less than 24 hours ago but I won’t be back here. There is customer service and then there is not. You can be polite about things and it goes a long way. The one guy with longer hair is SUPER nice always thanks you for your business and always helpful...wish he would have been there this last time.

This is my go to Vape Shop at the moment. Its got a great selection, the shop is really nice, and the staff is always very helpful. I could definitely save money by buying online but have a good experience and its super convenient shopping at this store.

Great place to shop, been coming to the big bang shops for about 3 years now and have always received excellent service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to take the time to make sure you are set up properly and know all you should about any of your purchases. The atmosphere is very welcoming with lots of comfortable seating if you have some time to kill

This place has everything you need to get started, upgrade your kit, get into mods and rebuilding, and theyre always willing to chat and answer questions. Theyve got some drippers laid out with disposable drip tips so you can sample all the flavors before you buy, all at 0mg nicotine and totally free. Definitely recommend.

Still not too fond of Manager in Alpharetta location hung up in my face and told me i was banned from all store because she could handle a customer issue. I visited the Alpharetta location today for the first time. The manager who introduced himself as Bobby was extremely helpful, he seemed knowledgeable and promptly helped me with everything I needed . At other vape stores I have often felt judged but the staff here was helpful and answered all my questions with ease. Definitely a great spot!

Big bang in alpharetta is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable vape shop in the area. They have great products and good prices. The staff is extremely nice and always very prompt to help you. This place has my business indefinitely and if you go here I guarantee you wont be sorry. Went in looking for a battery; Brian was super knowledgeable and friendly and had exactly what we were looking for. He even gave us a demo of the product that we had chosen and made sure we knew how to work it before we took it home.

Asked for a specific strength ejuice. They had to search but found it. When I got home, not only was it NOT what I asked for, it was the opposite, useless. The kid probably just wasnt paying attention but I still wouldnt risk it again if I have other choices of shops.

I only go for the juice. Would give 5 stars but they only carry kanthol coils forcing me to drive another 2mi away to get stainless steal. They guy tried to tell me that temp control isnt popular enough for them to carry those coils. Everyone I know uses temp control and SS coils...

Tal and Dalien provided me with with amazing customer service. I came through town from Arkansas and found this shop. The staff was incredibly engaging and clearly passionate about their products. They carry premium and house lines for juices and push both. The juice is a little expensive but its Alpharetta I expected that. Their rent is probably crazy $$$. I will definitely be back

I purchased a KangerTech Subox on 10/12/15 after returning my eGo One which had broken due to a defect. I had to return the Subox today (11/8/15) due to another defect in the battery case. I brought in the original packaging and receipt (within 30 days as their sign says returns are accepted) and requested a refund from the employee. After tinkering with the item for 10 minutes he was able to get it to work again. I again requested a refund as I was unhappy with the product breaking in the first place. I was told that since it was working now if were were to refund my purchase he would get fired. So now I am stuck with a $100 item that may break again at any time that I do not want. The truly sad thing is that I was spending over $100 a month in juice and coils at the same store that I will never enter again.
