Ledet is always friendly and helpful. She is always polite, provides amazing customer service, even when she is working alone handling money center and refund/returns. She provides great service to every customer in her line and keeps them informed about wait times. I would much rather wait for great service than have mediocre service quickly! Great job!

This is your regular Walmart superstore located right on busy Windward Parkway in Alpharetta. Great location and ample parking with many other stores and restaurants in that area if you are looking to get done multiple things in one trip. There is a Home Depot next to it and a Costco right across.The problem with the store is that sometime it is hard to find what you are looking for maybe because how they shelf or not shelf at all. Sometime not very organized. Worst thing is the line and in both checkout and customer service, very slow. Go with patience or just do self checkout like I do.

This location has most items in stock and well organized so easy to find things. It’s nice to have the to go deli section to pick up sandwich meats quickly. I like how there are a lot of registers in the self checkout so it’s easy to get in and out quick.

Listen. Its Walmart. Youre either going here or youre not. But the employees are always so damn happy and nice. I guess you earned these stars.

It’s an average walmart, not sketchy, but nothing fancy. Zero employee interaction due to 100% self checkout, which has downsides and perks. Shelves weren’t faced at all and kinda strewn about but other than that, it’s a walmart.

If I could leave this Walmart negative stars I would. The employees here are absolutely clueless about what they are doing and take advantage of customers. I was held up at this Walmart today for TWENTY minutes because the register ran out of printer paper and they thought I had not paid for my items. THERE IS AN EXTREMELY RUDE WOMEN WORKING THE SELF CHECKOUT LINE. This walmart will never get my business ever again.

The employees are very nice, kind, and helpful. I love the new look and the upgrade of the store, Awesome I enjoy going to self check all the registers are available and are functioning properly. All customers are aware of self-check and are very cooperative. The lines move very fast, the associates are very helpful and professional and are ready to assist any customer if needed ☺️.

This has to be the best one Ive shopped to date. Extremely clean and adequately stocked. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

I hate shopping at Walmart. It literally scares me to buy any food there 😳 😬. I try so many times to give them the benefit of the doubt but still disappointed. Publix is so much better...

Ive been in Walmarts all across the country, in many different socioeconomic areas. This walmart is by far the most disorganized out of all of them. Shelves are overstocked, messy, and cluttered in some sections. Floors are old, with stains and retail stickers as the decor on them. The overall appearance is extremely uncharacteristic of the Alpharetta area, but would be somewhat dismissible in normal operating conditions. But this store (1235pm on a Saturday in a major city) has five registers open, and four self-checkout stations working. The lines to each terminal have 10+ people waiting patiently. That is inexcusable. The only thing I could think of was how terrible it must be to be one of the few employees that were clearly struggling to keep that place open.

I always get better shopping experience here than at any other Walmarts. Neatly stacked shelves! I never return empty handed.

They have changed all checkout lanes to self checkout. When you have so many items in your cart it really isn’t efficient to do the self checkout. There was one cashier that was helping someone in an electric chair which I thought was nice but when you have kids and so many items in cart it becomes really stressful to check out.

The worst customer service ever. you hear different things from different employees. I bought a battery less than a six months from this location and I came back to exchange it since it was dead. unfortunately the auto center was closed and the lady at customer service told me I can come back the day after and get the warranty adjustment the day after for the old battery cause she couldn’t do it. But apparently that’s not the case the employee couldn’t do it at athe auto center the day after either, he got another manager and he couldn’t do it too. finally the last manager came and told me the lady at the customer service was wrong and they can’t do anything plus she was unprofessionally rude to tell me don’t get upset with an awful customer care . No coming back for auto service anymore.

The technicians (AUTO DEPARTMENT) needs lessons on time management and customer service, was there on an early morning for oil change and tire rotation it took them 2hrs 15mins, I can do better than that folks, teach them what to do please

I went to this store specifically for one item I needed - today. I found that the website said the item was in stock at the Windward location, so I went there straight away. After looking for the small item myself, I asked a team member if I was looking in the right place. Cedric came to look with me, then when we couldn’t find this small pack of wristbands, we went for more help. Cedric was able to speak with a manager and locate the correct aisle. There was only ONE PACK listed in inventory, and Cedric found them!! I am so thankful for his help. It’s just a small item, but I need them tonight, and Walmart’s $8 vs. Party City’s $25 was worth the hunt. Thank you, Cedric!!

This location has really changed. They have all self checkout counters now. There are no checkout lines with actual cashiers. Not sure if this is a pro or con yet, but the lines did move surprisingly much quicker.The store looks much more clean and spacious.

Dont expect ANY customer service or help. I asked an employee who was working in the kitchen department where I could find a can opener, pretty simple. The employee looks at me and says I dont know go look for it yourself. Umm.. wow. My prior visit while I was in the garden department I asked an employee for help reaching a box, this employee told me Sorry, I know nothing and walked off. This from employees and fungus on bread on the shelves. This Walmart is a hard pass.

Utter Confusion !!!!The store was built as a Super Wal-Mart,but then Corporate decided to demo the entire guts of the store. Not to mention super scale down the awesome garden center that used to be there.Every single aisle was was moved to an entirely different location. Prices, minus grocery, for the exact same product were EACH priced differently in various locations throughout the store.For example. Electrical tape in the marine section is a much lower $$$ than the exact same roll, length, and manufacturer that I found in the paint/tape departments, respectfully.So I took all 3 of the same, but differently priced rolls of tape to cust svc and asked.Oh no problem Sir. Ill fix that immediatelyWell she sure did, she charged me the $$$of the most expensive price. I asked why automatically the highest price, she said to me, brace yourself for this, Sir, when this, (exact same item, the bar code was an exact match) happens, which regrettably often. Wal-Marts policy is to select the higher/highest price of any item(s) that are priced differently. BUT ONLY when there is a difference of $4.99.Employees have ZERO idea where items are. Where the bicycles were, theyve been moved next to fertilizer, dirt, mulch etc and the automotive department, respectfully. The new layout is absurd.Makes it difficult for the consumer.Sadly, Ive elected to drop Wal-Mart & go back to Target.

I went to Walmart twice in one week several of the items I normally buy were not available. The store is clean But store associates are few but helpful.

The design and layout of this Walmart is terrible. Many things are hard to find and not well organized on the shelves.

Back of the checkout line at 9:05pm. All checkout lanes are closed except 4 self checkout lines and 1 employee to help all these people. If you closely in my photo, you can actually see the registers. DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 9 or be ready to wait 20-30 minutes to checkout

Garden - no discounts on clearance .. they are killing many indoor plants and outdoor plants… Walmart manager is giving only 10% discount. Very rude. Totally unhappy and killing and throwing unwanted plants and seeds

This walmart is good, it has mostly everything like pharmacy, auto center and nursery but dont have walmart gas stations. One thing I notice that this center have low milk prices compared to other walmarts.

I hate hate hate the complete self checkout approach. It is so much less customer friendly. This location is off my list of places to shop.

This Walmart has the LAZIEST employees. You ask a question and they immediately try to argue with you. We went back to back days to get an item that was on sale, even took the tag to them and she still wanted to argue saying “Well this is what it scans for.” I brought her the tag that even matches the barcode on the item. I have worked retail before and this was just insane. Finally the manager goes tot he back to check the tag and sure enough it was on sale. Told her that she needs to have her employees to ask for assistance rather than sit there and argue and NOT even take the time to go back and check themselves. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

Please tell me why do yall throw anyone to work at the pick up area? You need fast pace people who are tech savvy. You got old folks working the grocery pick up area thats taking there SWEET time if your a dasher your wait time will be crazy not worth it

Unbelievably terrible service. The pick up app doesnt work anymore after their recent update and you cant ever get ahold of anyone at the location. So disappointing!!! Wal-Mart for a company your size, you need to do better.

If you really wanna get frustrated or upset, come straight here to that store. The store is loaded with a bunch of NOTHING ! The most crucial items that you find at other walmart stores, you WONT find here. This store is 100% inconsistent compared to other walmarts. The items on the shelves lack price tags. They are constantly moving items around the store, so it will take FOREVER to find your items that were at a different spot on the last time you came in. This has been going on for a long time. They STRUGGLE to get this store working properly. They are always hiring incompetent managers, who has no clue or experience in the business. Right now, their new manager is not even 20 years old !The walmart at windward Pkwy is a straight up JOKE !!!!

One of the cleanest most organized Walmart’s I have been to in awhile.

There are no Walmarts in NYC, so I always like to pop in when I am travelling. But never seem to realize that if you fill a cart at Wally World w seemingly cheap things, you still end up spending $100 or more, because you cant resist all the bargains. This is the only store that I experience this with. Cant figure it out. I think it starts with the oversized cart! Where are all the tiny shopping baskets when you need them. First trip $126. Second $245. Gotta stay away!!!

I got there I went to automotive and no one was there so I had to walk to go find an employee and asked him to get me some help he act like I was bothering him!!! After that about 3 ppl showed up and they didnt have my tire😤

Manager was FANTASTIC!! Every employee I came in contact with was absolutely courteous, professional, and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. Great example of a Wal-Mart.

Went for 2 specific outdoor things. Outdoor Attendant was VERY helpful! Told me exactly where to go and found a cart for me. Made my shopping experience WONDERFUL!!

OMG, I must point out one employee who went above and beyond and mind you...they are all very kind and helpful but Ruby was determined to find what I had my heart set on..the mask. I wasnt able to find them and I was all ready to check out when she came over to my friend and I and there it was in her hands. She made my year and I wanted to hug her but we cant because of COVID. How wonderful of Ruby to go above and beyond for a customer, GOD BLESS HER, she really made my day a beautiful one. Please tell her how grateful I am and how much shes appreciated.

After the (what is quickly becoming standard) awful experience I had encountered TWICE yesterday dealing with the customer service team at the Walmart on Mansell Rd in Roswell, GA, it wouldnt be too farfetched to believe this location and the Mansell Rd location are literal, physical embodiments of the Before & After of Training Employees on the Importance of Practicing Good Customer Service. BUT, all that being said, this store and its team of employees have always shined. Its almost as though they (*gasp*) LIKE their job and (*gasp again*) actually ENJOY helping people...maybe even (*pearl clutch*) CARE about sales a la repeat business. Good people. Clean store. Always stocked. And big! In a nutshell, anyone living in the Roswell/Alpharetta/Johns Creek area would be doing themselves a big favor by bypassing the Walmart on Mansell and driving the few extra miles to the Windward Pkwy location. Trust me.

Awesome fresh produce, really. Fair prices for organic. Every employee I interacted with was so helpful and smiling, except the electronic section. Kinda nasty and acted like it was not their job to help me.

Walmart is always the best place to shop, no body can beat their price. We got some good bargains from this Walmart Super center.

I like this location. One thing that stood out to me is the expanded self checkout section-I’ve never seen a spacious self check out like that especially at Walmart.The only issue for me is that it seems very unorganized, like they just opened and are still figuring things out. Also, the hygiene aisle had a strong piss odor during my first visit at the beginning of April. I was shocked because I’m sure some employees walked in that area and could’ve gotten someone to take care of it, or did it themselves.All in all, I still go but it needs better organization. They’re still trying to figure out where they want to put things and how to best occupy the entire layout from the looks of it-mainly in the grocery area.

This Walmart is easy to access. It is not so busy that you can’t shop. I was able to return an item easily which at other places seems to be a chore. As most stores, they have everything you need. They will do your shopping for you and you can pick it up. The restroom was clean as well which is always a good thing.

Service was good this time; we got plants and mulch for our garden.

Did my monthly grocery shopping. Loaded my buggy up with what I needed, too much to fit in any self checkout. I went to the 1 checkout that was open. After loading the belt and the young lady had scanned a quarter if the groceries, the register quit scanning. They told me I would have to take everything to the self checkout. No Im not loading everything back up and scanning it bagging it and loading it by myself. I walked out. WalMart doesnt care to them they only lost a $400 order it to me it was a miserable waste of time for someone who works 60 hours a week and rarely gets a day off. Im never going back

Uploaded to walmart website, a passport size picture to make print outs, paid online for one hour pick up. When visited to pick up after two hours, they are saying no printing paper. Next day received an email saying print outs ready to pick up. Visited again and this time too no printing paper. 😒 walmart at winward parkway. I nust say this woman working at the store tried her best (she is a musician too) did her best finding out ways to get matter solved but the employee at the desk who was on leave had spread out hundreds of pics here and there without any organization. Well, after all walmart.

I live in Roswell. Our Wal-Mart on Mansell is horrible. It is worth it to go out our way to this location. Its cleaner. Fresher. And the staff is so nice. This is my new favorite Wal-Marts

Zero customer service. I asked 4, (FOUR!) employees where I could find disposal face masks. Three: “I don’t know.” The 4th one, “they are over there.” Me: “I don’t see them. Can you take me to them?” We walk around to where they should be. No masks. 4th employee: “I don’t know where they are.” AND NO ONE CARES! Typical of Walmart. Customer service is non-existent.
