My daughter is an enthused 6 month rider. We decided to get the right gear and this was just the place to get it. Not overwhelmed with product, we lucked out with some gently used paddocks and reasonably priced pants. We will be back for sure.

Love Love Love this store! Went by there this past Saturday and experienced the best customer service (per usual)! The team of young ladies working the store complimented each other extremely well and made me feel like I was the only customer there! It was apparent that all of us, customers, felt the same way! All of us were talking and laughing with each other each and it was the first time we met! Oh, and I love my new (used) reins😊!

I was the Lamb Queen of my town of four hundred people when I was 19. I met my husband because he drove my float in the Lamb Days parade down main street of Fountain Green, Utah, while kids on decorated four wheelers and folks hanging out the windows of hundred year old rolling sheep camps threw taffy to the crowd. On one of our first dates he took me to the Satisfied Ewe Cafe and I fell in love with him over piled high French toast and eggs.18 years later, far away from home, we walked into this place, and directly into those memories, except here they deep fry the french toast. I look at my husband with sideways eyes, hes got powdered sugar on his beard and a mouthful of those potatoes ...and Im pretty sure Ive got at least 18 more years of this romance in store...

What would we do without Snooty Fox? My farm starts off many little riders who outgrow boots and Hunt Coats every six months, thank God I have somewhere to send their parents that doesnt break the bank.I give new clients a New Riders Survival Guide which tells parents where to go and what to buy for kids just starting in horses. In big bold letters, it says Snooty Fox is always your first stop.Knowledgeable staff, great selection, great value, cute store.

Snooty Fox is a great place to buy or sell gently used tack. The merchandise is constantly changing. I have purchased breeches, halters, blankets, etc. here over the years. I recommend checking them out before paying full retail.

I have been a customer at Snooty Fox for more than a decade. As a new horse mom, I was always thankful for the helpful advice I always got from the knowledgable staff. After nearly 15 years, I am still learning. I always find helpful, friendly staff and an extremely wide variety of apparel, tack and equipment. We are lucky to have such a large consignment store in our area. For saddle purchases, it sure beats the search, ship, wait and hope method of on-line saddle trying. Thanks, particularly, to Nan. She has walked me through horse ownership, and always gone out of her way to be of help!

The Snooty Fox, an equestrian tack consignment store in Alpharetta, GA, receives generally positive feedback, so Im sorry to have to share this experience. (If you dont want to read the whole review, then please skip to the last paragraph.)On May 27, I went to the Snooty Fox to consign a pair of breeches Id worn only once. They were like new and retail for $99.00. While there, I bought three items and spent just over $300. I love two of the items purchased, but the third, a pair of breeches I paid $129 for, stunk. Literally. The fabric was sour, mildewed and likely rotten. The smell wasnt noticeable when I tried the breeches on---oh no---the sour stench comes out as the fabric dampens, which I discovered (to my embarrassment) during a riding lesson on a hot, humid summer day.Consignment stores typically dont accept returns, but in this case, since it seemed Id been sold an item that shouldnt have been for sale, or accepted for consignment, in the first place, I felt it couldnt hurt to ask. I emailed the store using the Contact Us section of its website, politely explaining the situation, but asking for a full refund. I clicked Send and received a pop-up confirmation that my message was successfully submitted. When there was no response after a couple of days, I called the store on June 10 and left a voice message, referencing the email Id sent, and saying I planned to come by that afternoon. As luck would have it, the stores owner was there when I arrived, but it was obvious that she wasnt happy to see me. She was there by herself, had two customers and her tone and demeanor toward me were very ugly. I expected some possible push-back, perhaps a little negotiation, but nothing like this. I was...dumbfounded. I waited patiently, thinking this might calm her down, while the owner finished with her two customers and helped others who came in after me. Finally, she was ready. My email to the store had apparently gotten lost, but instead of saying she never received it, the owner kept insisting I never sent one. At one point, she burst into tears, and divulged some difficulties she was having both at home and at work. Personally, I felt sorry for her, but as a customer, I just wanted my money back. And shed been extraordinarily rude. The owner gave me a full refund for the breeches, and in the end, she apologized. But what gets me is how poorly she handled the situation. I mean, she couldve refused a refund, or even a store credit, and Id have gone online and written this bad review, anyway, with a slightly different ending. Or, she couldve pointed out her stores No Return policy and offered me a store credit, which I wouldve accepted and eventually used (for anything but apparel!). But instead, she gave me a full refund, is out the money she already paid the consignor of the smelly breeches AND gets a bad review! Way to go, store owner. Hope you learn from this.
