Horrible store. Manager Rihanna absolutely rude and unprofessional. I called with a question and she didnt like it. Conversation was very uncomfortable. And at the end she said well whatever Rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Rihanna. You need better Managers at your store!!

Don’t you love when Signage states items are for sale and you stand in a checkout line for 30 minutes for the sales associate to tell you those signs weren’t supposed to be up and they are wrong. Last time I checked if you make a mistake it isn’t the customer who suffers. Maybe management should train their employees to correctly place and remove signs around a store!! Will NEVER return to this store!

Excellent store and staff is always courteous. I recently made a purchase and was over charged. This location is over 40 minutes away, so I called the location near me (Kennesaw)to get it corrected($1). I was told, I had to go back to this location. I called this store, explained the situation and they were kind enough to straighten out the situation by calling the Kennesaw location. (New employee not familiar with policy under $20 limit). Still love the store, because they take the time to correct errors. Much appreciated.

The place is huge.. Found everything we were looking for. Great selection of products. Lots of holiday stuff on sale. Fast and Great customer service. Will definitely go back there to do my Christmas shopping. Definitely recommend everyone to check it out.

I love the variety here and the shelves are generally pretty well kept. Its easy to get carried away and spend more than you intended because there are so many interesting things. Their inventory of holiday knick knacks and sundries is unmatched and Ive always found the staff to be really helpful. Thats a good thing, because if youre looking for something specific the store can be a bit overwhelming. Plan on spending at least another 10 minutes then you expected because it could take that long to find what youre looking for.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was just in there for almost two hours, was the only customer in the store and not a single employee spoke, including the greeter and the cashier. I go to Hobby Lobby about 3x a week so this experience was extremely out of the ordinary to me. I notified the cashier of my experience and all I got was “Hm, I don’t know” even though SHE was also one who didn’t speak the entire time checking me out!!! I will never go to this location again, it’s worth driving farther to get treated like an actual human and get your existence acknowledged.

This was my first time there. I was looking for a full time position but what I found instead was beauty. They belong at North Point it was captivating and the price was right.BTW (((only seasonal positions she said and the 1 FT opening was going to whomever had been there longest))) what a shame I would have loved to work there.

Ive been stalking Hobby Lobby for weeks for this vinyl transfer. Apparently its a hot item. They need to have more on hand. Ive had an unfinished project for weeks and Im perturbed. They have great 50% off sales! Love them.

As a scale model enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised to see the large selection of kits and supplies. My only gripe is the eternity it takes to be served at the registers.

They have everything you could ever want and the staff is friendly but they only keep one or two registers open. This last experience was especially frustrating because I asked one of the women if her line was still open (she had a sign saying closed) because the other two lines were so long. One was taking a 30+ item return and the other was taking a special order from someone. After she proceeded to point at her sign and say no she wasnt taking anyone else she then went and took someone as I walked away! I was shocked that she told me no that she was closed and then proceeded to take the person who was waiting behind me. Dont expect to get in and out quickly.

This afternoon I went to buy some fabrics in the Alfareta lobby hobby store, when we started looking at all the fabrics, we found one that had been unpacked from the Atlanta falcons. We asked, and the lady who was cutting the fabric told us to touch it, that that cloth that they had not inventoried, until the other person who was cutting arrived, suddenly the lady came with a rude tone to ask what it was we needed I told her what Falcon fabric and she told me how much I asked for 5 yards and she told me that she only sold me two yards, that this fabric was reserved for other customers, next to me there was another person who also wanted that fabric and said that she had already sold, that the man who was there came with me and she did not want to sell, we had to clarify that she did not come with me, I do not understand why they reserve the fabric for people and they do not let people who take the time to go to the store to find what we need to buy what he wants. I am very sad with the experience, since I buy fabric once a week.

Not sure what rock I have been living under to have only been to Hobby Lobby once. They have an amazing selections of different items for DIY.Reason for the 2 stars is their customer service. After purchasing over $300 worth of things for a small wedding, I had to eventually return since the venue provided all decorations.The associate and the manager were upset about my return. I understand - it was a big return, but I couldnt help it. They were unhelpful about finding items that I was allowed to purchase without barcodes. Even after I told them exactly where I found it. Then, when it came time to return the amount to my card, they tried to short me about $30 bucks and said it was due to the taxes. Even though this is the location I bought items from, so same tax rate.They eventually fixed the issue, turns out the associate forgot to return a few items to my card.I am a new lover of Hobby Lobby, just not THIS one. Will do both that associate/manager amd myself a favor, and drive the extra miles to another location to avoid being treated the way I was that night.

Best place ever for all you artist out there if it has anything to do with anything art, thus is the place your gonna find it. I swear if I had a million dollars I could easily walk in there and spend every last penny if it in one wool! Love this place to death, some awesome stuff and always has the newest stuff out!!!!

Great deals and helpful staff!

Very cold, very impersonal, hard to find anything at all. Didnt see a single salesperson the whole time I was there. Was never once greeted until I was in the checkout line. Four employees were talking at the customer service register but there was only one cashier working so we had to wait in line while the employees chatted off to the side. Very unprofessional. One employee just stared me down until I felt nervous and uncomfortable. Kinda the opposite of customer service yall.

Its hard to spend less than an hour here. Great sales on decorations, and I love to decorate. Seasonal items are unique, yet they have traditional items as well. I really appreciate that there are lots of things that reflect the true meaning of Easter and Christmas. A huge store with lots to choose from.

I love Hobby Lobby, but the staff at this new location was very disappointing. I was actively trying to find an employee for over fifteen minutes and each one that I found walked the other way. When I did finally flag one down, his whole body language was negative. Thankfully, a kind hearted fellow shopper came alongside me and helped me find what I was looking for. We both were commiserating over the lack of help in the store.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont know what youre asking about, they can generally find someone who does! Store is always clean and neat. Very happy whenever I come in.

Its hobby lobby! Decor, crafts, nic nacs. I blackout as soon as I enter and awake $200 poorer in the parking lot with 2 carts full. So many fun things and great prices. Definitely check it out. Service at this location is pretty good, satisfactory floor coverage and willingness to help. Friendly staff.

Love this place! Everyone is so pleasant, and the music is so soothing and uplifting. It makes it a nice place to shop because I do not like shopping. The store is well organized and well stocked. I especially love this place during the holidays.

I absolutely love the choice of homeware stuff at Hobby Lobby.Ive spent many hours at this store browsing the aisles and filling cart after cart of goodies.The only thing I would say as a negative is that the stock doesnt change much and I can go in months later and its still the same stuff.The staff are always friendly at this store.Definitely my go to when I need homeware.

Hobby Lobby never disappoints! No matter what project Im working on I can always find what I need (or more) to complete it. Be sure to check online for coupons as there are often deals going on. Also, seasonal items are typically on sale. Whether you are looking for completed decor or items to create your own project, there is something for everyone and all styles. Dont go on Sundays though...they are closed.

My mom went yesterday to this location in north point Alpharetta GA and the lady on the fabric section initial “ RB” ( I don’t know the full name) didn’t want to sell more the 2 yard on a falcon fabric, she was rude. I’m very disappoint, we are a loyal customer on this store and never happen this before. If this employee want the fabric by herself she should take it before not when my mom found it. She even said that is because the pandemic everyone wants to buy everything! Come on! its a fabric if I’m going to do a shirt I need more than 2 yard. Assistance manager said that this is not permitted but once she went back and talked to the employe she come back saying the fabric was reserve by another customer. Ok can I reverse some fabric my mom ask?! Oh no we don’t do that (assistance manager) ok so what’s going on she just said a customer reserve it but now she said I cannot do that Because they don’t have that option.

Store is great and loaded with awesome stuff, but the young cashier was rude. We stood in line for 10 minutes while he chatted with some lady about every single item she bought. So we talked amongst ourselves and before she even moved her buggy ot off the way, he yelled annoyingly if we were ready to check out. We were waiting on him, not the other way around....

I went for 2 jars of Testors model paint and came out with 10 and a bunch of other modeling stuff. Very useful for modeling supplies and even some more advanced ones. I always find here something that I did not I need it. And using the 40% off coupons make for some great finds!

Surprised at some of their good prices. It wasnt even a sale on this curtain accessory and the price beat most others including on line. I enjoy shopping here in general. Lots of choices and things that are new to me. The floral selection is always good. I use them for decoration on a mosoleum.

New location needs a new attitude. First visit to this location and I was in need of assistance. We passed by 8 employees and two managers, not one of them even said hi. Let alone ask if I needed help. In fact, they tried their best to avoid eye contact. This is beyond unprofessional. It’s unfriendly.

I visited this store with low expectations, really missing the forner location in Roswell. Boy, pleasantly surprised, it was bigger, shinier, more selections, like a dream where my favorite store got bigger and even more economical. See the clearance deals for yourself! Just outstanding, my favorites are the models and rhe amazing array of holiday decor. Go Hobby Lobby!
