Follow up texts were also appreciated! The installer was exceptional!! As a landscaper himself he was able to establish lovely borders! The team worked together so well and did so thoughtfully, obviously taking pride in the results! Cleanup was great! Mulch Pros will have my repeat business as well as my recommendations to friends!!

Mulch Pros has fast delivery service and I had the mulch delivered the next day. The problem is that it rained after I received the mulch and 50% of it lost its color completely. I talked to Mulch Pros and they were going to deliver additional mulch free of charge but they never showed up. Not recommended.

The ordering process is super easy, this is the main reason we decided on Mulch Pros. I have never had mulch delivered before and had lots of questions; the customer service is great and they are very informative. There was rain in the forecast so prior to delivering our order, Chris called explaining their hesitancy to deliver because of the rain forecast. This allowed us (hubby and I) to make an informed decision about delivery. Chris arrived shortly after the conversation and was very helpful and gave us tips on how the spread the mulch. We used tarps to protect the mulch from the rain and are very happy with the results.

Color faded within two weeks. Looks worse now than before we put the mulch down. I wouldn’t recommend

Mulch Pros are saved in our address book as our go to for mulch! Their website is easy to use, delivery was on time, mulch was nice quality, and our delivery guy was sweet and educational in letting us know the best ways to spread the mulch. After he left, he called to let me know that it was raining where he was and how to deal with rain in the middle of our job. He also wore his mask which was a comfort during the pandemic.

Amazing company to work with! The guy who delivered was so nice and accommodating. They will call you to warn you if it is going to be raining, and will offer to reschedule delivery if you want. Will 100% be using them in the future. Mulch is beautiful!

Easy website to use, very timely in delivery, and high quality material. I’ve had issues with ants in my pine straw with other places, but had a great product delivered again. Will continue to utilize annually.

We initially ordered pine bark mulch and about a week later, and based on the good experience, long needle pine straw. Both products were of exceptionally high quality, delivered on time and with care (i.e. in the right spot without damage to the driveway, etc.) and the pine straw bales were stacked neatly. I am very impressed with Chris and his team and will order again next year!
