This company is amazing! The owner really cares about his customers and his workers are skilled. They made the seams invisible & left the job very clean. Lina was so helpful when I went to pick out my slab. If you use their sinks you will save a lot of money! Rafael was my installer and he could not have been more professional. Friendly, fast and he really wanted to make sure I was happy! Would definitely recommend working with this company!
I have to admit, I was nervous about using a place whose prices were this good, but I’m so glad we found them! Everyone was very nice, the process was easy, and the install guys (and girl!) were great. Happy to say I’d use them again!
The only thing good about 1895 Granite is that the granite itself is cheap as far as price. The service is terrible. They came to my house and measured my counter tops and got it wrong so the installers was only able to install one piece. They scheduled to come back between 3-5 pm on a Monday and at 4:40 I called and the lady said I’ll call you back in a couple of minutes and never called back they came to my house two hours after they were supposed to be there at my house at 7pm to install the remaining counter tops and they cut my sink out too wide. Now I’m trying to get in touch with them they tell me they will call me back and I have not heard from them. I call and spoke to one of the ladies that work there and they tell me to call back and no one picks up the phone. So I’m stock with busted granite that will leak water on my floor. If you look at the photo you see the light in the gap and the clips are barely touching the granite. I should have just paid the extra and went to Home Depot. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I don’t do review often. I have to say I had a good service. Rafael and Junior were awesome. My stop was after 5:00 pm. It was their last stop of the day. They still had the smile while working. During and after the installation, they kept the place clean. Thanks Rafael and Junior for the great job.
I am a Contractor, and We have used this company multiple times. I usually do not write reviews, but I was reading some of these reviews, and was shocked. Because I met the owner, and he was very professional, nice and helpful. I do agree, with Terrence Green below, that it would be a little more convenient to pay with a credit card, but I understand that this company is selling for rock bottom prices also. I have not been able to beat these prices, and we price shop a lot. I saw other granite companies picking up jobs for their customers, one of the installers that works for one of those companies told me that his company buys from $18.95 and marks it up almost double. I am willing to jump through a few hoops to get a rock bottom deal! You just need to be a little patient with the install times etc. I plan to keep using them in the future, and would highly suggest you try them out if you want the a rock bottom deal, and are not in a huge hurry. I am also attaching a few photos of the jobs they have done for us below. :)
Francisco was great and honored a hold that was not in their policy. Great to work with. Julie also asked fabrication supervisors to do the best they could on a close measure and they added stone to the project to make it work. Definitely will come back, and already am working on another project with 18.95 Granite.
Granite looks great. However, when they were selling us the slab, one slab was not enough so we had to buy another half of a slab. Two of the saleswomen in the office said we can take the leftovers. When the project was done they told us we never told them that we want the left over granite. After arguing on the phone they claimed we will get a call back from the owner. He never called us back, and my email was not answered either. Also, even though they give you an estimated arrival time they will not call you to tell you that they are running late. They expect you to sit home all day and wait for their arrival. The installers came 5 hours later than estimated. And when I called asking what time they would come, I got a rude answer indicating that the installers are busy, instead of an apology.
I cannot say enough good things about 1895 Granite. Julie was very knowledgeable and helpful in the office, the gentleman that came to do the measurements was informative and explained to me what to expect step by step, John and Matt did the install and were courteous, respectable of my home, fast, and the workmanship was without question. I would recommend 1895 Granite to anyone regardless if they are new install, remodel (like me), or an addition. I shopped two weeks and found the pricing at 1895 fantastic and the customer service even better.

I sent measurements to 1895 Granite by email after visiting the store. When a day had passed and I didnt receive an acknowledgement, I called and left a voicemail. No reply. I called two days later and asked when I could expect to receive an estimate based on my email. The person who answered the phone said if I sent an email, it would be answered. I asked when and noted it had been several business days, but she said they were busy and wouldnt answer my question. They still havent responded, and its been almost two weeks. I chose a different company. I would never work with 1895 after the poor customer service experience I had there.
The sales staff were very attentive and kept good communication. The installers were professional, courteous, and careful. I would definitely use this team again when I need granite.

Wow... I went out here to write a good review and saw all the bad reviews and am very surprised! We are very very pleased with the granite, the communication, and the service we received. The cost was much much lower than anything we had seen, and I suppose the lower price might mean problems elsewhere, but we just didnt run into any of them. Very very happy.

Starting with Julie in design and selection, and ending with Rafael and Diego for installation, I can highly recommend this company to anybody in the market for granite or quartzite. Ill never use this place EVER again. You know the saying you get what you pay for in this case its true. Very poor customer service and a couple hours later after the installers had already left I noticed several pieces of my granite countertops were not clued down and you could just lift the granite right off the cabinets. Also, for no apparent reason they removed the mirrors in all my bathrooms without consulting with me first. Mind you the mirrors would not have prevented them from installing the granite on my bathroom cabinets and there was no reason for them to be removed. Then they told me it was my responsibility to put the mirrors back up. To top it off when I called the office to express my concerns they had to nerve to hang-up on me. This place deserves zero stars.

Wow I wish I could select zero stars. If you’re into having your installation date moved 30 minutes after they’ve confirmed they’re on their way FOUR times, this is the place for you. If you’re in no hurry at all to get your countertops installed and awful customer service, this is definitely the place for you. And if you’re interested in the crew damaging your walls all around where they instal the granite then by all means please patron 1895 Granite. Seriously, please run, I would have rather paid anyone else to do this. This was absolutely terrible throughout the whole process.
I usually do not write reviews, but after reading some of these awful comments, I disagree, I had a different experience, Julie my project manager, was very professional from start to end. She took the time to cover every single detail in order for me to be ready for my countertops installation, she even called me on her day off to see how the installation went, if you are looking for an affordable price try them out !
I was skeptical of how great the price was. Install was messy and the sales reps are not terribly friendly but the finished product was great. I hung plastic sheeting around my kitchen so granite dust wouldn’t cover my house and it helped a ton. You get a great product, you just don’t get pleasant customer service or clean install. I will definitely use them again.
I really have no idea what those negative reviews are talking about. I’ve used this business 3 times and the product is nothing but exceptional. You are not going to find beautiful counters at this price anywhere. The girls in the office are helpful and nice. The install is quick and precise. I am very pleased with my granite. I stopped by 20 days ago and picked out my granite. They told me close to 3 weeks. It was installed today.Julie, up front, did a great job the day I visited. Andres measured a week after my first visit. Told me he’d let me know in 5 days when the install date would be. Last week he told me Wednesday this week. Yesterday they fixed the time at 10am.The guys were a little late in arrival. But, the installers, Rafael and Diego, did a fantastic job, very efficient, no damages, seams were excellent, caulking well done. 6 sinks mounted. 5 rooms of countertops with backsplash. They left the site clean. A little over 4 hours. Props to them. Recommend!Perfect experience? No. During my final clean, I found a 3 very small epoxy edge patches.
I wish there was a way to do Negative stars. I went there and picked out my granite, gave measurements and signed a contract. I was given a date in which formal measurements are to be done, and so i took waiting for them all day and called several times to see when my appointment will be. I finally got a hold of one of the ladies there and was told my appointment was rescheduled for Monday. she said she called and gave me the incorrect number she called. I then assured her I will have someone waiting for the measurements on Monday.Monday comes and I call to see what time they will come, and was told my appointment was canceled. And they can not come today. When asked why, they gave no answer.Never give them your money, they will not show up. I understand why they do not take credit or debit card payments. They will find a way to keep your money and since they require check and cash this is easy.Please do not waste your time!
My husband and I are new builders to the Atlanta area. We decided to give 1895 granite a try despite some of the mixed reviews. We are so glad we decided to only give them a try on one of our remodeling jobs to start. First of all we only got to see their fine print after we put down a deposit, and even then they have plenty of surprise charges that arent disclosed. They tell you that the charge for a sink cutout is $150, but thats only if you buy their overpriced cheap sink. The actual charge for a sink cutout is $300, and if youd like to give your customer their sink cutout as a cutting board, well too bad they dont let you keep it -despite the fact that you pay for the whole slab. Then when they come out to measure, thats when you find out youll be charged another $120 for any large piece of granite/quartzite. We both had to laugh when they tried to tell us we needed to purchase two slabs (equal to 140 sq ft) to accommodate 55 sq ft of countertop - they tried to tell a couple builders that they could only get about 48 sq ft from one 70 sq ft slab (and dont forget you cant keep any part of the remaining stone that you dont use). Congratulations to them for running quite a racket of a company. The final straw for us was when we were told that they couldnt do rounded corners and bar tops. So you pay what works out to be going rate if not higher for subpar manufacturing. Our recommendation is to use another company with upfront pricing and fees who can provide you or your customers with the product they want without all the hidden fees and shifty business practices.
It has been 18 months since I had granite counter tops and island installed and I couldnt be happier with all of it. This is not Home Depot or Lowes and the price certainly reflects that. They were very up front and very helpful but they arent going to plan everything for you. They come out and take measurements and then they cut the slabs you picked out and schedule delivery. The whole process was very pleasant and as long as you listen to what they say and do as asked, youll get the help you really need if youre doing this yourself. This is by far the largest home project I have done and it turned out spectacular. The counters are silky smooth to the touch and look great.
We have worked with 1895 Granite on 2 rental properties as well as, most recently, the kitchen at my own home. The first 2 times were fine. You cannot beat their prices with any countertop material except maybe the bottom tier laminate materials. The most recent experience however was most impressive. They have changed their pricing policies so that all granite materials are $18.95/ sq. ft. rather than $20-something forexotics. As ever, they offer a great deal for included sinks but now they also have faucets, and their operation is much more streamlined and organized now than it was before. They even have a very helpful software program to help figure out the layout and how much you need, and a larger selection than ever before. Were very satisfied!
I Rarely write reviews, but i felt a duty to do so.This is not related to the quality of their work to be fair to them as well. But their customer service.Their web site says they close at 6, i went initially there once before and one of their people told me, measure and come back, I did.I got there at 5:35 and the lady would not move from her desk and says can I help you? In the the most customer unfriendly way.She basically doesnt want to work with us because she wants to be out by 6, I asked for 5 minute to see the show room, she is like no.I get upset cause i drove 35 miles with my measurements.Again, i dont know their quality but they rate 0 star in customer service and if you are in this industry thats what get people to trust you.Hopefully they will use this as constructive feedback and seek to correct this behavior.The rudest person i have met in years.

We are so happy with our granite purchase! Everything went smoothly from picking our slab, measurements, and installation. They kept us updated and showed up for the measurements and installation at the time promised. We even had enough in the slab to do the kitchen and powder room and only spent $1200! We could not be happier with our purchase and experience with 1895 granite!!! From the first visit to look at the granite, to our conversations with Lauren (the contact from 1895 Granite), to installation--everything went exactly as described. The finished product is beautiful and well done. The installation was within the time frame they promised and went extremely well. We were prepared, with our cabinets covered, our counter tops removed, etc. and the installation moved without a hitch and the granite is beautiful. On top of a great experience, we saved a HUGE amount of money :) We could not be more pleased. If we ever need more granite, we will definitely use this company again.
I wanted to give these guys the credit they deserve. I have used them more than once and have been pleased each time. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because installation took a little longer then what was told to me when I first purchased the counter tops, but the was due to them being busy. I will use them again in another house we are remodeling. Thumbs up

Andres, the guy that came to our home was so kind.Our install was great also and the installers really knew what they were doing and did a very nice job. And they also speak Spanish. Im BrigadoonLLC Construction, Ive used these guys a few times on jobs their quality is builder grade but so is their price! Im taken back by the negative responses to the work done. Did they think they were getting a 40$ per square foot job? if thats what they wanted then thats what they should have paid. Bottom line is for the dollar its an outstanding job. Contact me if you want to pay more Ill send you a whole list of people that will charge twice as much and not be much better.
The granite we received looks like it was refurbished! In some spots the granite was cracked and it was visible where they tried fixing it. When we tried contacting them they were not willing to work with us! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!
We have used 1895 Granite several times for our rental homes, our lake house and have always been pleased with there work !! Will be using them again in the next week for our outdoor kitchen !! I highly recommend..
I was so scared to hire these guys after reading the really bad reviews. Customer service was great. The guys that installed did an awesome job. I have recommended them to others and would use them again without question. Just remember; youre not paying $40 sq/ft, so you wont get the fancy cuts and edges. I love my new kitchen counter tops. Oh. And they dont tell you they dont take credit cards until youre ready to pay, so keep that in mind.

Im a contractor and I have been using this company for years. They have always done such a good job and could not be more happier with them. They have always done a great job. It does take more time than other companies but if you compare the prices, that explains why they are so busy.
Owner wouldnt even fix the problem with the stone! DO NOT GO THERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND INSTALLERS! THE OWNER LITERALLY BITCHED ME OUT ON THE PHONE WITH 6 PEOPLE LISTENING. WOW. REALLY FUNNY WHEN THEY FOUND OUT YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IN SPANISH TOO.
Update 06/19/2019.On 05/24/2019 the manager, Francisco, called me and we had a good conversation about the incident I stated below. We set an appointment for 05/27/2019 at 5pm, so I could verify information and confirm the cuts. However, Francisco was in a meeting when I arrived, and was still in the meeting when I left at 5:30pm. My representative, Vanessa, was more than willing and able to help me out and go over where I wanted what parts cut for each section of my counters.The installation was scheduled for 06/05/2019. As informed, I received a call from Vanessa on 06/04/2019 letting me know the time window for the installation. The installation was done by 3 guys who could not have been more friendly, helpful and courteous. They installed with minimal dust, I expected far more from the cutting they did, caulked and sealed the seams. The cut seam was lined up with the granite features so its hardly noticeable, and they sanded and polished the epoxy. There were a few nicks in the granite, which the installers filled, sanded and buffed.Ive changed my rating from a 1 to a 4 due to Vanessa taking the reigns and Francisco taking action after I complained about my treatment. I have a few friends who are looking for granite countertops. I told them my entire story and informed them to ask for Vanessa. I hope they get treated from start to finish, how I was treated after my complaint.Original Post:GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!Though their contract states, at the top, We take pride in customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship, they do NOT care about customer satisfaction! They are only willing to move the first 2 or 3 slabs for you to choose which you want. If you dont like any of them, and some are very poor quality with sections cracked or with rough gouges in them, too bad! If you want your own sink, which you will when you see their selection, they charge $300.00 MORE, but they dont inform you that the $300.00 is ONLY for the cut out, NOT installation. Though they only sell undermount sinks, they will NOT install your undermount sink, only charge you to cut the section.Today, 05/23/2019 @ 12pm, the person to measure came out, on time (the only positive thing this company has done thus far!). I was informed by the measurer that they cant install my sink because its too heavy and that they cant get into my kitchen easily, so theyll have to cut my slab and give me a seam. After admitting that having 2 additional personnel, totaling 4, would resolve this issue, I was told to call my representative to see if thats an option. This is where the experience jumped into the fire. I spoke with Mary, who could not have been more rude and aggressive towards me, especially when I proved she was lying to me by quoting their contract verbatim. She kept saying that shes not my representative so theres nothing she can do. Apparently my representative is off today and wouldnt return until tomorrow, 05/24/2019. I asked to speak to someone who could assist me, and she stated that my representative wouldnt be in until tomorrow. I repeated my request to speak with someone who could assist and Mary stated that the manager, Francisco (sp?), wouldnt be back in until after 5:05pm. At this time Im nearing upset so I request she forward me to him or have him call me, to which she replied I cant make someone call you. My reply was to quote their contract: We take pride in customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship, I then said, if this is true, you informing Francisco of this issue should get him to call me right away, as any caring manager would, under these circumstances. She stated she might reach out to him, to which I responded that I plan on putting all this in reviews everywhere I can and she said Go ahead, I dont care.Now here we are...
STAY AWAY. Bait and switch. I placed an order in April for a Dallas White slab that I picked out in their back room. I was told it would be 4 weeks until they could install. Four weeks came and went and I was told that they didnt have Dallas White because there were people ahead of me that got the slab I picked out. They said I would have to wait until another shipment came in which would be another 6 weeks. They offered alternatives that looked nothing like Dallas White. They also said I could choose another similar granite for $29.95/sq. ft. They dont communicate. I should have figured $18.95 granite was too good to be true.
The owner knows they have fraudulent business practices and does not care!!! I ignored the negative reviews and Im so sorry I did! I was sent a final invoice (10/23) 5 days before installation reflecting a final balance of $270.78. I called the office to confirm this was the final amount owed and they said it was. They arrived on the day of installation (10/28) and began removing my old counter tops. One of the installers gave me a final invoice reflecting a final balance of $797.97. I called Bernice at 18.95 and asked why the balance had changed. She said an invoice for $270.78 had never been sent (see attached image). She also tried to claim that is was an old invoice based on the 10-9 invoice date on the invoice. The invoice reflects a payment made on 10-23 and was sent by email on 10-23. She told me that unless I gave them the check for $797.97, they would take the counter tops with them and leave me with no counter tops. I asked if I could discuss the charges with her supervisor. She said the supervisor was not in the office, but that if I wrote the check, the supervisor would contact me on Monday to discuss a possible refund. I did as I was told. I emailed and called 18.95 numerous times before finally hearing from the owner today (11/20). I explained the situation and he essentially said that he didnt care that I was unhappy, that there is nothing I can do, and that no matter how many people leave him negative reviews, he doesnt care because his prices are so low. I honestly think he spoke this way to me because I am a woman. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but I cant express enough how awful this experience has been. I know the prices are probably the best you will find, but the experience is so awful, it isnt worth it! Pay a bit more and have the peace of mind that your experience and happiness matter!
*response to the owner* You never called me, never left a voice mail, never sent an email. So you respond a month later saying you attempted to contact me, I believe is a lie! Your employees do treat customers like crap, you do not value the people that keep your business going. Every response I have read on here all you do is say how you tried to contact the person 6 months to a year later and say how their comments were harsh and mean, but never once have you started how you addressed the issue with your staff and corrected it and hope for a better experience in the future. Which tells me you really dont care. This company is horrible!This place is horrible!! They have no scene ofcustomer service, and the most rudest group I have ever come across. Mayra, Margarie, and Lauren are all horrible! Mayra failed to inform about the stores no debit or credit card transactions before I drove an hour one way. margarie told me that the manager didnt soak with customers and that I couldnt talk to him and demanded I tell her why I wanted to disk with a manager, then stated the manager was not in the office at the time and hung up on me. Lauren did the exact same, stating she was trying to leave for the day and I was holding her up and hung up. They seem to think they can treat people like crap because their prices are so low and people will but from them regardless. You pay for what you get and I will gladly pay a little extra for great customer service! This place is awful!
Great experience the installers were on time and very professional.The granite is of high quality and was cut very well.Only negative is the inconvenience of payment we had to drive to Alpharetta to pay because there is no option to pay by credit card.
We ordered Dallas White granite for our kitchen and two of our bathrooms. On the day of installation, a charcoal gray granite was off loaded for our kitchen--much darker and completely different granite than what we chose. The bathroom countertops were some other granite, also not Dallas White. At first we got the natural variations spiel but 1895 stopped arguing once we produced pictures. The installers removed everything and we did get 100% of our money. This outfit either is incompetent or bait and switch operators. When ithe price is too good to be true, it is!I scrolled through the reviews and noticed some employees we dealt with at 1895 posted reviews as customers. Wonder why??
I went back to the place after couple of years and they moved to different place and changed their policy on purchasing. Further, the lady who sat there was VERY rude and have no clue on handling customers. I wanted to buy different granite but they asked me to buy One large granite slab for bathroom and Kitchen OR but two slabs for two places if I need different design. The bathroom piece was small and it was pointless to but big piece. I may still could have bought one slab but the lady in the office was very unprofessional and disrespectful, which made me go to another place
They are not a turn-key installer...You need to ask lots of questions regarding how they will finish the installation so it looks professional. In most cases you will need a finish carpenter to put molding around the installation to make their job look good. They show no regard/concern for your house so you need to be home and ensure they cut and grind outside and clean up after completion. My installation was in May and I am still cleaning the dust. If you only speak english ensure they send an installer who speaks your langauge so you can communicate.....Bottom line my job finally looks good, but it was a lot of unnecessary work to get it there,,,,,I am not sure it was worth the 30% savings.

Just had out third install and just uploaded pictures of how the house was left. Backsplash falling off the wall and mess at the front door. Also nicked the cabinet. Also wanted to mention that both of the vanity tops were cut wrong. Never again. Not one to post reviews but sine I cant get a hold of a supervisor thought this would be the best way.
I dont think I have every had a worst experience with a business in my life. So I am from northeast AL about 3 1/2 hours away. I ordered a cooktop cutout, their sink, and other pieces for bathrooms. After picking up my granite I drove about 1 1/2 to 2 hour back home before I realized Lauren didnt give me my sink. So I called her and asked if I can find a sink online can I get refunded the money on the sink. She told me yes and went and got the measurements of the sink 34 1/4 by 18 1/2. I checked ebay found two sinks same shape similar measurements (34 1/2 by 18 1/2 and 34 1/4 by 18 1/2). I called back and confirmed the sizes and made sure I was good to go to buy it. Lauren told me that send me your full name and address and Monday we will get you a refund sent out. I ordered the sink after getting off the phone with Lauren. So then I get home to find out the didnt do my cooktop cutout. I called back the next day to tell Lauren. Lauren told me they would refund me the money the charged for both the sink and cooktop cutout. So the weekend goes by and on Monday Lauren tells me that the sink was none refundable. I told Lauren you are the one that told me that it was refundable before I ordered another sink. She said she would go and talk to the owner about it. So 3 days go by and then Lauren tells me she told the owner she told me it was refundable and she gave me the go ahead to buy another sink. I guess the owner didnt care. Well I hope the owner reads this. I am a disabled combat veteran with a family of 7. I have never seen a business not willing to fix their own mistakes.
DEFECTIVE GRANITE, DISHONORABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. SEE PHOTOS.I have purchased granite from Graniteand (AKA LAS Granite) once previously and so have my parents. On my first purchase, everything turned out well, and I got a good product for a good price. When my parents purchased, they also got a good price, but one piece of their granite had a prominent color defect, and after much haggling with the company, this piece was replaced.For my most recent purchase (last month) EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF GRANITE HAD PROMINENT COLOR DEFECTS. The granite looked nothing like the high-quality slabs I was shown. They have ruined my kitchen by cutting pieces of defective granite that any competent granite company would have discarded, and refuse to replace these pieces. See the photos for yourself on Yelp, they are impressive. Feel free to call Francisco, the manager, and mention my name, and verify that they installed the granite pictured in these photos. Youll be glad I saved you thousands of dollars you would have otherwise wasted. I will even let you see the the granite itself if it helps you avoid this dishonest and unscrupulous company. I hired LAS Granite, AKA GranteAnd, AKA 18.95 GRANITE, LLC 4 months ago to put granite in my entire home. 1 kitchen, 1 bar and 4 bathrooms. The first crew they sent to do my kitchen and bar did a decent job, however, Im not at all content with the seams, one of which is through the middle of my sink. The seams in previous homes of ours have been nearly invisible, and you couldnt feel them.The second crew is where this company really let me down. The crew they sent was a 2 man crew who didnt actually work for them. This guy stated that he actually owned his own granite company and he was doing a favor for them because they were so busy. I thought, great, I have the owner of another company doing my install, its going to look great. WRONG! He installed 5 bathroom sinks crooked. When I say crooked I mean some of them are actually cockeyed in the cutout, while others are straight, but moved to the left or right which means the drain isnt inline with the faucet holes. We installed 3 piece faucets on all of those sinks, for which he did the cut outs. Guess what... They are crooked as well. Not 1 faucet lines up with the drains in the sink... both of which are supposed to be in the center. The silicone he used where the back splash meets the counter was everywhere, and not neat. He didnt clean up after himself at all. All the cardboard and epoxy and tongue depressors that are used to mix the epoxy was everywhere. He wiped the excess epoxy into the faucet holes after he cut them out. It dried hard as a rock, as epoxy does so I had to chisel it our in order to even fit the faucets in the hole. In addition to this, he was so careless with the epoxy when attaching the sinks that it was everywhere. the seam of epoxy between the sink and bottom side of the granite was goupy, chunky and ugly.After all of this, I didnt even attempt to contact the company, because I figured, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If youre reading this review, then you likely know that this company offers the cheapest granite installation in Atlanta. I tried to save a buck by using a company with marginal reviews because they were cheap and it backfired. Not only did I not contact them, I didnt even leave them a bad review.Fast forward four months to today. I emailed them because the epoxy in one of the kitchen seams has deteriorated, there is a giant gap between the 2 pieces of granite, and worst yet, because the seam is directly in the middle of my kitchen sink and faucet, splashed water while doing the dishes drips through the seem into the cabinet below. They responded that its been too long to warranty the work. Mind you their warranty paperwork says nothing about a timeline.If you cant stand behind your workmanship for 4 months, you dont deserve to be in business. Google this company and all of their multiple names. Read their reviews, look at the pictures of other installations and remember that you get what you pay for.
Very bad customer service! No communication about your purchase. If there is an issue after the deposit is made (even if its their mistake), they will not make it right and will keep your deposit. They never called me about a change in the price until the day before the install and expected me to pay a big difference in the price. The manager/owner is of no help either so dont bother. Keep your money and save some stress. These people are very unprofessional especially Lauren in the office...very rude. I wouldnt recommend this company to an enemy.

Although the prices are cheap you get what you pay for, the service is horrible, On the day they came to install the granite they broke it so of course I had to wait 5 days, so that means I was not able to use the kitchen and on the 5 day I had an appointment time from 3 to 5 pm. The guy calls at 6:30 pm to day I am 10mins away, so I miss a days pay 💰 for what. But if I had to reschedule for something I had to do I would be charged extra. So what do I get Nothing..
They are thieves. I have pictures of the terrible job they did in my home. They are hiding behind several names. Las Granite, 18.95 Granite; Granite and. Run the other direction!
