Ate at this location today for lunch. The inside is like a small little cafe style dining area which was a very nice atmosphere. There were several tables and high tops to choose from. I got the BBQ Smoke Stacked sandwich for the first time which was so delicious! This may be my favorite sandwich now from Honey Baked Ham. If you like ham, bacon and barbecue sauce you will love this sandwich! Keep up the awesome work you guys

Picked up my Easter order and absolutely had the nicest staff...order was perfect and they even helped me with additional sides. The young man who checked me out was so wonderful and polite. Really customer service that is few and far between these days.

We picked up a ham and sides for Christmas on Christmas Eve. It was super busy but surprisingly super organized. The staff was warm and friendly. We were in and out pretty quickly. We tried some side dishes for the first time. Mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli. Both were outstanding! We couldn’t get over how good the potatoes were. So creamy and tasty! And of course, the ham is like no other. Never a wrong choice! It wouldn’t be Christmas without a Honey Baked ham!

This is by far the best Honey Baked Ham location in the greater Atlanta area. The food, staff, and layout is the best Ive seen. Keep up the good work!

Staff is friendly!! They greeted me at the door, which was nice during the holiday season. Also I told them how many people for dinner- who was a vegetarian, who was a picky eater, and they made recommendations (no pressure). I thank them for helping me plan my meal quickly and easily.

Getting HBH is tradition, for our family, during the holidays. And it’s always delicious. Bone in/out. Varying weights to accommodate party size. The counter help is courteous and awesome. I definitely recommend!

Curbside pickup worked great. They were very nice and got me my order quickly. It was best to try to go when they aren’t busy.

It was an absolute madhouse, lines going out the doors. But thats what I get for picking up food the day before Thanksgiving.Positives: I got a qr code when I paid online so the friendly employees just scanned it and grabbed my stuff for me. I ordered it yesterday and it was ready today. Once I got past the line it was smooth sailing.Negatives: there were no signs stating which line to be in so there was some confusion and some very angry customers.

Catered from Honey Baked today! Food was amazing! Delivered 15mins early! Entire experience was easy and food was delicious! They were even willing to swap cookies for chips! Cookies were delicious!Thank you!

Very disappointed! The meal I ordered for 10 associate were no where near the portion size expected. I had to go to Boston’s Market to make up the difference between “feeds 6-8”!The only saving grace to this Company Christmas Dinner was the jam itself.The girls at the counter were wonderful!It’s going to be hard to come back to my favorite place for holiday meals again!! 😤

Great friendly service, lots of options, and tasty food. This was my first visit and was impressed. My only complaint would be the potato salad. I hope they revamp the recipe. I pulled it out the bag and didn’t even recognize it as potato salad 😳 All in all a great location. I would definitely return.

A madhouse during Thanksgiving but do you honestly think it wouldnt be? Do yourself a favor, bring cash and get the smoked turkey breast. I eat a vegetarian diet but not like Im 100% committed to it. This is the worlds best ham, so one of the only days out of the year that Ill make an exception, Thanksgiving or Christmas, to actually eat meat. its addictive, but like any drug habit, expensive. Totally worth the money. Buy their ham!!

Worst customer service. Felt very unwelcomed before I even started to order. I asked for the 1/2 sandwich and soup combo. They didnt ask which soup I wanted they just gave me one and then gave me attitude when I said I wanted the other soup even though I was never asked. They said they were out of mustard even though there were packets sitting out in their condiments section. The two women that were working there today should not be in customer service. I left and did not take or pay for the food they made it was that bad. Had to go to Jasons Deli afterwards to get my lunch.

Service was awful! The manager was so mean! I was incredibly nice to her and she asked me and my friends what the hell was wrong with us! We felt uncomfortable just being around her. We came back 2 hours later asking about a bathroom and when she saw us she went Oh lord what do you want? in a condescending tone. I am never ever coming back here. Ever

I would give a five stars if it wasnt so expensive, but it is well worth it. The store at North Point and the traffic very efficiently. Hardly any wait to pick up. Ordering online is very easy. The boneless ham is excellent.
