Visited this location tonight and was not impressed. Not because of the product, the customer service was horrible! There was two younger girls and one older woman. The older woman was ridiculously rude! Hopefully she was not a manager, just to think someone leading a team and not wanting to help. I just do not understand, it is very apparent she did not want to be at work, she just should not be there if that is the case. She acted miserable and pathetic, please go home if you do not want to be bothered.

I visited this location today and I was appalled with the customer service. Horrible attitudes from the employees. Neither of the ladies during the morning shift even acknowledged my presence in the store and one walked right beside me! I needed to return an item and was told that they dont do returns on purses but that is not one of the items listed on the policy. The lady told me that she would return it as a one time courtesy. Safe to say that I wont be returning to this location.

I was hoping to have a successful time at windsor but was unfortunately greeted by a gate that was lowered half way before the store even closed. I then proceeded to find a homecoming dress but was stopped by workers telling me the they were closing the fitting room because they were closing in 20 minutes. Workers were rude, wouldn’t help me, chose to ignore me, and now I have wasted my time still with no dress two days before homecoming. will not be coming back to a place I am not welcome.

My wife and I went there this morning to return some dresses we bought online. The posted hours show the store opens at 11:00 am. At 11:10 my wife knocked on the door and all 3 employees appeared to be looking at their phones. A woman yelled from the back of the store that they needed a few more minutes. Every other store within eyesight was already open. They finally opened at 11:15. The experience was very, very frustrating.

I shop here all the time, this is actually one of my favorite stores! I was just recently there and though it was very busy all of the workers were patient and kind.

Miserable attitudes from the employees. You are made to feel like a burden. Always told “I’ll be over there after I’m done” when working on mannequins/visuals/talking to their friends when I’m trying to get a fitting room or ready to checkout. Never a “thank you” or “you’re welcome” just “mmhmm” and an eye roll. Never welcomed in, never thanked for my purchase, never asked if I need any help but be damn sure they will make sure you’re wearing your mask. Absolutely worst customer service. I’ve given this location an opportunity a few times thinking maybe they were having a tough day but won’t be coming back.

The employees are the absolute worst. Just order online because they won’t help you and they’ll look at you like you’re an idiot. 🙄

I place on hold, but they returned it to the rack. I was able to find it.

If you don’t want to get masked shamed, don’t go here! Terrible customer service! I went in today with my friend who wanted to BUY a dress for homecoming. I had my mask on but didn’t cover my nose due to a health condition I have. The ladies in the store went crazy and I told her if I cover my nose I will pass out. She said “I am going to have to ask you to leave”. They kicked me out after mask shaming me. Every time I go in there they have terrible customer service! If you have a health condition where you cannot where a mask, you will be discriminated against and kicked out of the store. Windsor needs to concentrate on hiring better people who care about their customers and treat them with respect. There is no reason there should be anyone mask shaming you if they themselves are covering themselves and protecting themselves. WINDSOR EMPLOYEES OF ALPHARETTA I will be contacting the headquarters and letting your directors know about this situation. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service I got today. You officially have lost my business.

OMG!!! The absolute, BEST shopping experience Ive ever had in my entire adult life. Sales associate Brittany Johnson was phenomenal!!! She was super professional and extremely knowledgeable of the material in the store. She helped me put together a few outfits that Im simply amazed by. I wouldnt have even thought to put these garments together. This was my first time visiting this store and I will definitely be returning with friends thanks to Brittanys advice. The set up of the store is nice and neat. Very clean with great lighting. Clothes werent all over the floor and everything was in order. Great items, clean store, and even better customer service. You cant go wrong with that. Brittany, thank you so much for all of your help and Ill be seeing you again.

I love Windsor, and I love shopping in their stores. That being said, this particular location is a huge hit or miss in terms of customer service. Today’s shopping experience was dismal at best. Apart from no greeting or acknowledgement from the associate when I came in (I’m not sure of the name, because she didn’t have a name tag on), when I asked for a dressing room, she brushed me off with a monosyllabic grunt. I took that as “I’ll be there in a minute.” I walked to the dressing rooms, and an associate stepped out of the dressing room with a handful of pieces. It looked like she was trying them on, but I’m not completely sure. She did open the door for me to try on the items I had picked. When I went to check out, the first associate continued to do her task while I waited for several minutes at the register. When she did check me out, she might’ve said 3-4 words. I’m not saying any of this to get anyone in trouble, but brick and mortar stores are dying for a reason (Charlotte Russe is literally 30 yards away from this Windsor). Retail and basic customer service training is desperately needed at this location. I hope y’all continue to do good business, because I would love to continue to buy your clothes.

Love this store,they actually let you take your time and shop,even its 2 minutes before closing.

My first time coming into the store and I did not have a very pleasant experience. Me and my friends came in potentially looking for some dresses. We were taking some off the rack to go try them in the dressing room when an employee walked by and told us that we should not be trying on dresses if we don’t have money to purchase them. Yes we we’re middle schoolers but that gives no right to believe a customer can’t buy a dress just because they look young. They told us to leave (pretty much kicked us out) and I was very upset.

Great service and lovely dresses. I will definitely be buying again online and in store when I visit the US again.

Stood at the front checkout with no employees in sight there wasn’t anyone in the showroom so I thought they were just grabbing something in back but I waited for 6 minutes and still no one I had to knock on the employees only door for her to come out she didn’t care that I stood up there, no sorry or anything she only said “what do you want” very rude can’t believe that’s their customer service
