Gorgeous arrangement with a designer’s touch, the recipient loved it ! A major flower chain couldn’t take care of a simple order over a 12hr period but this shop took the order in the morning and delivered it on time.

It’s 7:41 PM on the day a plant arrangement was supposed to be delivered. Don’t think I’m getting anything tonight. Party for my wife was ruined. Thanks a lot. Charges $10 for delivery? The date and address on the order is correct. I will make an amendment if the order is delivered tonight.I have a camera system that records any and all deliveries. I had a couple of deliveries. An arrangement was not one if them. Was not delivered. It’s now 7:45 PM.Thought I would help out local vendors during the pandemic. First time I’ve been screwed over.Arrrgh!

The worst customer service I have ever received! The order was delivered on the wrong day with the wrong name on it. I tried to email them using the link on the website: address doesnt work. I called them, spent 20 minutes and all I got was excuses (Its Telefloras fault! (I didnt use Teleflora); Thats the wrong email address! (its the one on your website); Weve been here 34 years and never had this before! (So?!!)) Finally, when I said Ive still not received a word of apology, she put the phone down on me!!! Best of luck getting any satisfaction if anything goes wrong with your order.

Flower shop by day, available to rent for private parties by night. Went to a 25 person engagement party here and w the flowers and art already decorating it, quite genius to make money and have it as an extra space. Has speakers too and ample parking for the Mission.
