Love this place! Another awesome coffee place shoved into a super random, nondescript strip mall.Extremely nice staff, some unique drinks. The Iced Chagacino is my favorite. It’s so unique andy full of umami goodness.

I come here probably once a week whenever I’m in the area and always try to get a different drink each time. The baristas are always super helpful with recommendations and very knowledgeable. This place never disappoints

Visited unincorporated Coffee Roasters a few weeks about because my normal coffee shop was closed for the week. The staff here were very friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding their drinks. The vanilla latte I order came out great! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Best place for coffee and pasteries

Got a bag of the Ethiopian light roast the other day. My girlfriend made it as a pour over the next day. I thought she was making blueberry muffins. The smell was that strong.It’s insane. The tasting notes are extremely prominent. They must do some sort of alchemy. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Their cold brew and nitro cold brew are my favorites but you really cant go wrong with anything on their menu. They also have great pastries (get there early because sometimes they sell out quick). Plus, all the guys are really friendly and they play great music. Overall an awesome local place and one of my favorite coffee shops around.

Best coffee shop I have been to! I seek out different roasters. And try every coffee shop I can find from diners to first wave to third wave. These guys nail it with consistent beans and quality. There drinks are on point and the services is quality without being pretentious. We are moving across town and I will still be a customer after I leave.

Great coffee shop and roaster. The Quiet Prophet roast quickly became a favourite and has been in rotation at my home for a couple of months now. Well worth the trip, even if it’s not local.

The staff was very friendly. They did an excellent job on two whole milk cortados. I enjoyed my visit quite a bit. Look forward to going back.

This is a great roastery. The folks that run the place and those that work there are just greatamd friendly. The coffee is wonderful and the staff is very knowledgeable to help you pick the roast that suits you best. I highly recommend this place.

Their Quiet Prophet espresso blend is my favorite! I used it at a wedding party and the guests loved it! I also use it for my every day pour over and for my lattes. Their other coffee options are great too and everyone is very kind there.Would highly recommend Unincorporated Coffee!

Pretty good coffee and great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They roast their own coffee at the shop. The coffee comes from various parts in Latin America and Africa. Prices range from $16-20 for a 12 oz bag. They mainly have single origin coffee and a few blends thrown in there. Definitely recommend.

Reviewing after my second visit. So far very happy! First visit tried the Chemex blend of the day, second visit was a Guatamalan pour over. The first had unexpected fruity notes, which gave the coffee a refreshing quality. The second had some chocolate notes with a hint of honeydew as the coffee cooled. I also sampled a Columbian, which had a good, solid rich flavor. I will be back! The shop is definitely off the beaten path, but worth the diversion!

Very friendly service, nice vibes all around. I got the fancy latte, although I dont usually prefer almond milk, but it was quite tasty. We also ordered just a regular cup of coffee which was also delicious! I love that they freshly make the pour over in front of you.

It’s a great place because the coffee is so fresh and simple. Iced coffee tastes fresh and delicious, and the espresso is good to drink and to buy.

Great coffee. Nice environment. The patio seats look into the parking lot, but if you can ignore that and look up the views of the mountain are amazing. You can get a pastry, but wish they had a few more food options.

Best latte I had in my life! The latte was soooo creamy and flavorful. Also the first time I had hemp milk. Darth was nice and helpful, had a nice chat about different kinds of coffee.

I love this place! Unincorporated Coffee is a solid shop in a beautiful city. They roast for our coffee business and are always a pleasure to have business to business relationships with. Prior to partnering with Alan and Arthur I would drive from the east side to try their Lelemon and of course the coffee.These guys and gals really know whats up and customer service is outstanding.Parking is available in their lot, behind the building and on the street. Super hastle free.They are offering pre orders and contactless for everything going on and to top it off their attitude towards this whole pandemic is super positive.I highly recommend them for any coffee lover! Good coffee, great baristas- and as everyone knows, the baristas can make or break a good brew :) Stop by here with my sister when she comes home, she loves the La Lemon! Its vegan (as is she) and super refreshing for hot days. I’m predictable so i go for iced lattes. Theyve got milk alternatives and some seating too!

This neighborhood coffee roaster serves great coffee for reasonable prices. Perfect rest stop after some mountain biking or hiking, and outdoor seating so canine companions can enjoy your coffee trip as much as you. Highly recommended.

Id been looking for a coffee shop with a great Ethiopian coffee & I found it. They roast their coffee in house and do pour overs & espresso, and etc. Place is small, so seating is limited. I will be back. Telling my coworkers too!

This is one of the most friendly small coffee shops Ive been to in the area.The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, the drinks are delicious and their cookies are to die for.Its a small shop so there arent a ton of options, but they still have enough variety to keep anyone happy, and everything is delicious.

Love this place and the best coffee I have found (certainly in the Pasadena/Altadena area). I’m addictive to their Ethiopian Chemex poor. You can tell they are passionate about great coffee and they get some really interesting and unique beans which they roast in small batches in house. Everyone who works there is also super friendly (and unpretentious which I appreciate!).
