My experience at this piercing Pagoda was great! It was the kiosk on the 2nd floor, A young man by the name of Joey that took care of everything and made sure I left with something I absolutely loved he was so polite and really seemed to know what he was talking about. His costumer service was the best I’ve had in a long time especially while the pandemic has been going on so it was lovely to be treated with such kindness ! I’ll definitely be coming back for more

I’ve been to the piercing Pagoda at altamonte mall on the second floor a few times now and each visit is super pleasant. There’s usually the same guy there that goes by “Joey” I believe when I go, he’s very polite and always makes sure I know everything about the product and that I love what I’m getting making me of course want to come back for more jewelry ! This store should feel very lucky to have a employee like this on their team !

This was the one on the top floor at the altamonte mall. There was a young man there working and he was just super nice and friendly.

This review is for the Pagoda on the 1st floor. The guy and girl on this day, March 19th at about 12:30pm. These two assisted a woman with a young daughter who was there to get her ears pierced for about 10 min without even checking on the other customers waiting. The girl looked at me and didnt say anything and the guy said something after 5 minutes of me standing there.. I was really irate bc these two were more focused on the little girl who obviously was too terrified to want her ears pierced. Stay focused and keep it moving. I work at a hotel so I know when Im being ignored and the service there needs hella improvement.

They selling us fake jewelry don’t believe them their jewelry hold metal. I paid 600 for a chain only to find out it’s plated !

The woman who pierced my daughters ears was an awesome professional who took the time to make sure it was perfectly straight. She also made sure my daughter was very comfortable. Can’t say enough great things about the experience!

I’m not sure of the name of the woman who helped us today but thank you so much! My daughter got her ears pierced here and she made the experience so enjoyable. Especially dealing with my particular mother in law haha! Again thank you so much for your patience and professionalism 🙂

Went two weeks ago to get my ears pierced and ended up having to go to the emergency room because the earring became embedded in my ear . It turns out the post for the earrings I was sold was way to small and the nurse said it didn’t seem like the earring was sterilized.

Second time it has broken in one month. Low grade, low quality necklaces and chains. I do not recommend.

Theresa was very personable and polite. She has a very positive attitude and her customer service is superb. Keep up the great job. Thank you for the service.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced at Claire’s a few months back. One of the holes got infected and we had to take it out. I went back to Claire’s recently to re-pierce the one side. They told me they could not use the gold stud I had bought the 1st time ($80) and I had to buy a sterilized new one for $48. I didn’t like what I was hearing so I left.After that I called Piercing Pagoda and spoke to Jessica who was very helpful, and also an actual adult! She was amazing,Jessica and Suher were really great to my daughter and me. They were real with us and professional. I wound getting the top of my ear pierced too, alongside my daughters re-pierce for the same price as one earring at Clairs (land of children).Great experience Jessica, I would go back to her anytime.

Wonderful staff and nice selection of jewelry! The staff is always willing to work a deal with you and make the customer happy! I definitely recommend getting the warranty though.

Professional service with a smile and humor. Got my seven year old to relax, and patiently answered all my million questions. Very good service. Was not rushed even with a lot of people there!

I got my ears pierced for the very first time. The staff was friendly, explained what they were doing, and gentle when I told them that I was a bit nervous. They were very professional and explained how to take care of the piercing afterward as well.

I got my second lobe done here and the staff was great. My piercer was very funny and polite. However, the piercing was not done in the spot it was marked, and both my piercings are way too close to my first hole, not to mention they are uneven and on my right ear my second almost overlaps my first.

No customer service!!!

They didnt have enough models for white or yellow gold and when I asked them to tell me whether they will bring they looked at me very disturbed.Then, another person came and even if I just paid for two gold pieces they rather turned their back to me and went to the other person while I was still asking them about some other medallions.I also bought from them a lot of things in December and my daughter just lost one of the earrings few days after I bought it (and they wouldnt replace it even though I told them the earrings had a problem) and I paid warranty for it!!!!!So.... Really bad experience!!!!

I’ve been a costumer for 8 years. However I went to buy my bridal rings and the women were super great and patient with me since I couldn’t make a decision. It confirmed why I always buy my jewelry from them.

I went to this establishment to purchase my daughter some jewelry for her Senior pictures. I was charged twice ($600 total) and it took 1 week to get my money returned to my account. Let me just mention I ended up leaving the store without the merchandise and my money. During the 1 week span I was given the run around and treated as if I had stolen something from them. I requested to speak to district manager twice because the store manager could care less. Needless to say I never received that call. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone. I must say Savannah rocks! She was an employee there however it was only so much she could do. She went out of her way to assist me. Too bad management didnt have the same care, and concern in assisting a paying customer as Savannah.

Quick, easy, clean cheap and also had no issues with infections.

My five year old granddaughter was getting her ears pierced and I was hesitant because it was a guy, but he was gentle and very professional. My granddaughter loved him and was super happy with her new earrings!
