Store was busy yet clean and organized well.

Long time customer of the georgia stores. Tried Altmontes today. Prices so high I immediately left. Wont be back. Fortunately an online retailer still has an abundance of mens cross training shoes in the 45 to 65 dollar range. This store seems most all those shoes are 85 and up. Wasted 45 minute drive to get there today. Huge disappointment that my go to shoe store only has high prices to choose from.

The Customer Service was good. They need more seating to try on footwear & cashiers. The purchase line was long.

Huge location inside of the first floor at Altamonte mall. They have shoes on shoes on shoes here....and pretty much every brand you can imagine. They have regular sales and they have a large clearance section in the back. Everything here is organized by style, brand and then size. So if you want boots, youll want to head to the boots area, look for the brand or style you like and then check for your size.Clearance is just broken out by size. I like this idea better, cause I hate when I find a shoe I like and they dont have my size. Id rather just see whats only available in my size to begin with personally. However, they will check for other sizes at different locations if you really fall in love with something and have to have it and they dont have your size in it on site.The staff was busy helping out other customers so I didnt interact with them on my last visit. I stopped off in the running shoe section to see if they had any good deals. They only had 3 styles of Saucony (my preferred running shoe) and I wasnt really feeling any of them.Overall: A-Huge store with a ton of selection. I bit difficult to shop by size as its all sorted by style and brand. Ask for help if you need it!

After buying some Nike Reax shoes at the altamonte shoe carnival they developed a loud squeek after about 3 weeks. I have not worn them out or beat them up. I have only worn them at the hospital for 9 shifts. The shoes carnival wont accept a return or exchange. After research this is a know default with these shoes. I was told they would accept the refund if i had the receipt and the box. I dont have either. I paid for the shoes with my credit card. I am unsatisfied with my shoes and the company. I will not be shopping at the Shoe Carnival anymore.

This store has a great selection of shoes and they have good sales. I went in to look for some sneakers, and ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes. The store is clean and organized. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience during my one and only visit to this store.My husband was waiting for me outside the store with our 19 month old son, he wanted him to run outside out of everyones way since the store was busy. While I was at the register paying for the shoes I heard a sales associate, whom I assume was a Manager make remark about a child touching the glass windows, he said Is he seriously touching all the windows?. As I looked I see it my was child and I signaled my husband through the glass to not let him touch the glass. The Manager went out and told my husband to keep him from touching the windows because they were just cleaned. To which my husband apologized.I also heard him make a rude comment about two girls that walked into the store when the alarm went off. I feel as a Manager or Customer service associate he should refrain from making such comments outloud for guests to hear. I also work in the service/retail industry and understand that it can be stressful and frustrating but Im pretty sure he is not out there every morning cleaning the windows. So is it worth it to make such remarks that will keep people from coming back? This definitely soured my experience and will keep me from shopping at this store again.

This store has horrible customer service. They will walk right past you and not say, “can I help you with anything.” I’ve been here 3 times in the last two weeks and each time I had to say excuse me more than once for the young ladies to help me. The guy at the register wasn’t any better. I had a question about some shoes and he said to ask one of the ladies on the floor. I then told him it was one of them that referred me to him. I took my business to Shoe Carnival in Oviedo where they greet you when you come in and don’t mind helping at all.

Although it was a 30 minute drive from my house it was well worth it. They had a great selection of shoes and great deals for amazing savings.

Had a great experience at this location! The representative, Addy, was very patient and helpful in my search for the right pair of holiday party heels. This excellent customer service continued even after having to return my purchases a couple times. I do wish the other members of staff would pick up this behavior, as my mom and I felt pretty ignored by all others-- which seems to be the general treatment judging by all of the other reviews Ive read for this location.

We came here today because my husband needed a pair of shoes for a party we were attending. My husband was assisted by Joshua; Joshua worked hard to assist my husband in finding a good comfortable pair of shoes. He was extremely kind and very helpful. When we checked out Logan assisted us; he was also very helpful and pleasant.

Buy one get one half off is a decent deal but did not have enough choices for Vans. Very limited on Dr Martins also. Rest of shoes they have a large selection and the prices are the same or cheaper as competition. Staff was super helpful and store was spotless.

Employees and especially the Manager are incompetent. Purchased new shoes online for pick up in store. When I came to pick up the shoes were clearly used and had creases all over. I refused the shoes, They did not offer a replacement or any customer service whatsoever. At that point I demanded a refund. The Manager on duty gave a fit that he had to stop what he was doing (putting together a display) to help. This place is a joke. Last time I will ever shop there. Makes me understand why retail is dying and online is thriving. Because of poor people skills and non existent customer service like at Shoe Carnival Altamonte Mall!

Three stars only because they always have a good sale on shoes. Customer service on the other hand is not so good. Ive gone there and felt like a ghost because no one acknowledged me. When I did ask for assistance the employee gave me major attitude.

They dont have more niche items like: fancy leather dress shoes, or epic sports shoes, but for a regular Joe its a good spot.Their shoes are comfortable, are appealing and have a moderate price tag. As for athletes and white-collars you may not find suitable shoes.

They dont carry slip resistant shoes .. But their a shoe store.. ???? I dont get it ? Do you?

Was busy due to school going back. Manger was a bit snippy with my mom because she didnt understand the sale they were doing. The cashier and other employees were nice and helpful.

Although my experience was good. I was severely disappointed by the fact there was no Carinval as stated in the business name. I brought all my shoes with me to have a good time and they were all let down.

They always seem to have great sales. Their staff is always friendly and willing to help you find whatever you need. If you cant find what you need in the store normally they can have it delivered to your house which is a really nice option.

Worst service ever. I was totally okay with not having help finding what I was looking for. Everything is already out, so cool, but when theres literally seven-people waiting to pay, and only one cashier, not cool. I asked the manager if someone else could come help, and she said all four other people were busy. I never had even one person ask to help, and like I said, everything is already out. I waited 30 minutes to pay for my shoes. I wouldve obviously left if it wasnt already so late, and if I didnt need them first thing in the morning. I will not ever go back to support this store. They have good deals, but horrible management...horrible.

Always find a great pair of shoes here. The staff doesnt stalk you but they are there when you need them. Very helpful especially when theyre out of stock on an item they check far and wide to try and appease.

Overpriced. I frequently go in here hoping to find a good deal but never do. Today I was searching for shoes for my 2 year old daughter. The same exact pair of Skechers cost $49. The same shoe at Journeys was $45 and that shoe was on sale at Skechers for $34. I have never seen a good prices at this store.

We went in tonight for new back to school shoes with all of our kiddos, the place was a wreck. We had trouble finding the right sizes and no one was any help. Then at check out an employee walked away from the register as we were approaching stating “ he can’t do it..?” I’m guessing the 3 young kids intimidated him. Not sure. Then a female employee comes to check us out and has an attitude. No hello, thanks for shopping with us, even freakin eye contact. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ll never be taking my business back to show carnival!

Ive gone to this store for a while since they opened at the mall. But I have never had such rude and bad customer service. The department lead was nasty and rude. So rude that as Im walking out the door she started talk bad about me. I was never rude or disrespectful to anyone just annoyed that they didnt have my order ready or couldnt find my order even with the confirmation#. Wont go there again if I could give no star they would get that.

Its ok its a shoe store

I cant believe people like this place. The shoes are very poor quality and the prices are way to high for what you get. They are clearly understaffed and the one employee I did interact with was clearly exausted and a little snippy. I asked for some stocking bootie things to try on shoes and was told they are at every meeting area for try on. Except there werent any boxes for the 3 areas I tried. I dont even blame the employee, this place is poorly managed and they were clearly overworked. Dont waste your time here.

This is the biggest joke of a company. And based on other reviews I am not the only one who feels this way. Poor Customer Service between both the store and call center. I order shoes on 3/21 for in store pick-up, and yet as of todays date 4/6 the shoes are still not available. They refuse to give a refund or cancel the order. When you call the Customer Service they can NEVER hear you. You will end up repeating yourself about 10 times, so speak slowly when talking to them. In the store, your lucky to have anyone help. I waited over 15 mins. Ordered the same shoes from Journeys in store pick-up, had them in 30 mins. Paid more, but WORTH it!!!
