I provided detailed measurements to Cynthia Harry for installation of laundry room cabinets to duplicate exactly the kitchen installation by my builder. She insisted what I was requesting wouldnt fit. I reluctantly let her have her say so thinking she must be seeing something I am not. Afterall, she came out and measured with the washer and dryer in place. The cabinets were to be installed from the ceiling down. I took measurements multiple times and also measured what was in the kitchen knowing I would have to make a slight adjustment, which I did. I believe my drawing was as accurate and professional as any drawing can be. Yesterday, their installer came and realized Cynthia Harrys measurement was 3 short because she changed my drawing to reflect a shorter stacked cabinet by 3. You can see where she crossed out and penciled in her change. Albeit, I finally agreed with her on this order thinking she is the lead designer and should know what she is doing. Turns out, she doesnt. Now a filler has to be ordered to be put in place to have the cabinet reach the ceiling with crown moulding. She also shorted another piece of stacker material and missed a skin covering for a shorter cabinet. It will probably take at least another 3 weeks for the material to arrive and the installer to complete the job. I also had roll out shelving installed and brackets were missing from one box...not their fault. When having this job done, my main focus and verbalization was to DUPLICATE THE KITCHEN LOOK IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. I did not get what I asked for and lost needed space. I also cannot comprehend how a price change would not have occurred if I am getting smaller cabinets. Because of her mistakes, I incurred a higher cost other than what was quoted to me. On another note, kudos to the installer who gave great advise and did great work so far. I will leave his name out. He need not be involved, as this was not his measuring and still has to complete the job because of bad estimating and measuring.

After a little snafu at the beginning of our carpeting experience which delayed the process 2 days, the W to W folks were wonderful. The carpet layers were very quick but still precise in their cutting and laying the pad and the carpet itself. They even stayed later to totally finish the job. It was a great experience! We had Wall to Wall remove 1200 sq ft of floor tile and install engineered wood floors. They got all the old tile removed in 1 day and installed all the wood floors in 2 days. They also installed new bathroom floor tile and we bought bathroom vanity cabinets from them. They installed new carpet in all of the bedrooms. They have a great selection of flooring materials, good prices and were great to work with. Their workers showed up when promised and did a great job on everything.

Great looking install at a great price. We were managing a project from out of town and they were very easy to work with. I got an overstock deal on an engineered floor from them and I was nervous about the engineered wood floors sounding hollow and cheap. We have just had new flooring put in our home. Everyone at Wall to Wall was so patient. I brought a number of samples home at various times over about 6 months before I made up my mind. We had our master bedroom done first and then we knew that we wanted the rest of the house done. We had used another company 3 years ago for carpet and it buckled within 1 year and never did anything about it. We now have new flooring that looks so good. The team doing the installation was so patient with me also. Everyone was so friendly and worked with us through it all. Thanks Wall to Wall for my new floors.

I love the new carpet in the family room.It was done in one day and really looks nice. The tile in the office didnt come in on time so I had to wait a week. The existing flooring was very hard to get up so it took a little longer to get it done. It looks so nice and Im happy with it.

I used Wall to Wall in 2005 to install a wood floor in my walkways, dining, living room and kitchen. Their company was very profession in covering every detail of the job and cost. They took the necessary steps to make sure the floor was level before installing. I dont feel the other companies that I had had bids for would have done the job as well at all. After they finished I hired them for other work doing my floor boards, and trim.When I began needing to replace my bedroom carpets in 2014, I hired them again for doing the work! They are hard working, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend their company.

We recently used Wall to Wall to tile an existing bathroom and install hardwood flooring. throughout the house. The hardwood, was originally planned continue with an already existing hardwood that was installed by another company years prior. W were never really happy with that installation because of the many hollow spots that came up after the job was completed and that company would not fix the problem and eventually went out of business. Mark suggested that we remove the flooring and install a new hardwood because matching the existing would be hard and we would probably not be happy, so we did. I cannot tell you how professional his installers were and how precise and meticulous they were during the install. The job was done right and the outcome outstanding. The installer was never late and worked until 8 pm one night, staring at 7 am in order to get to a stopping point that he was satisfied with and was back the next day, a holiday for another very long day. He was a true craftsman, we even decided to do another room, an office/bedroom because of his work.The bathroom was done the next few days by two different installers who were as fantastic as the hardwood installer, always willing to do whatever they could to make it a smooth process. The installer was a perfectionist in tile work and did a beautiful job, again working long hours, always on time and never taking a break, except for a short lunch and always working neat and clean, protecting our investment as if their own.We also had carpeting installed in the master bedroom which again the installers were very good.We were so happy with the project that we decided a week later to carpet the back two bedrooms with the same carpet used in the master something we were going to do later on in time but because great job that Mark and Wall to Wall Flooring did, it was a no brainer to do it now.A small issue arose during demolition, which had nothing to do with the installers, and when addressed with Mark, it was taken care of immediately and this showed me that this was a company that backed up what they said and followed through on it. We could not have been happier and I would recommend Wall to Wall Flooring to anyone especially because of the people they use, the quality of their work and the integrity of the company.

We had Wall to Wall install hardwood in our great room, dining room and office several years ago. They also installed carpeting in our three bedrooms. They did such an excellent job. The installers were hard-working, professional and friendly. To this day, every time I look at the hardwood, I admire the work they did to get it right. Ive had friends have carpet installed that buckled within a year...not ours...it still looks great. The hardwood will last for a good long time, but if and when I need to replace the carpeting, Ill be calling them.

Be careful of hidden fees. They knew how many square feet we needed and they also Google mapped where we live while we were in the store. After the guy came to measure we got an estimate with almost 100 dollars more. 50 for under the square footage which was never mentioned at the store and 25 for over the bridge. The little bridge from Sanford to Deltona no tolls. I asked the owner if he could do something we werent expecting these charges he said no it was there mistake but he wasnt making money off us. Terrible way to run a business

The owner did not deliver what he offered, they supposed to pick up the old tile flooring with the grout, well he was willing to tell fairy tails why not its necessary, very disappointing. It took his team to come back 3 times to finally do what we agreed on the beginning on the work. And also watch out, they dont offer and/or not doing any protection on your new grout between the tiles, the costumer has to go in they knees to do the entire new floor!
