Lots of cool costumes. They had a section for kids costumes (away from all the spooky, creepy adult Halloween decorations and costumes which I really liked (due to having 3 kids under 8 yrs of age. A lot of choices but then again we did go 2 weeks prior to Halloween. I would recommend this place for people looking for different ideas. Lots of accessories as well and make up to choose from.

I had to return two outfits that my roommate and I bought for a Halloween party when we found other costumes that worked better for our gag idea. I always feel bad having to return merchandise, but Lily and the young gentleman at the counter were nothing but helpful. Lily tried to help me find another costume for an exchange that could work for me- but nothing this visit. The fact they didn’t give me a hard time though about the return when I couldn’t find anything meant a lot though, and I have no doubt in my mind I’ll be back. Thank you Lily and gentleman-who’s-name-I-forgot-with-the-beige-polo, you both are very appreciated!

The red-haired sales associate needs to look elsewhere for employment cause customer service is not her thing. Asked her two questions on separate occasions and she was just rude. She never bothered to ask follow up questions to my inquiry or even offered to find the answer from someone else. Her answer was simply I dont know. The gentleman on the other hand heard my question and intervened on her behalf. He then rung up my order and was very kind and informative while also being fast. Too bad that one person can ruin the experience for the an entire team.

Man wish I could put down NEGATIVE INFINTY this place is the RUDEST place here the STAFF is so over board it is not even funny. THEY REFUSED to let my PREGANT WIFE use the restroom nor my small little girl. THEY say its not for PUBLIC but it is FLORIDA STATE LAW they are supposed to let us. I will be filling a COMLIANT with the better BUISNESS BUREAU and the CITY OF ALTAMONTE> And how RUDE these ppl are there DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this COMPANY they are a JOKE and Need to be SHUT DOWN!

I dropped why wallet at the counter dont know if it was stolen or if I kicked it. But I couldnt find it so I was more than mad. The mgr said I lied. Had a horrible attitude because I would not leave the counter until I had my wallet. Would not look at the camera then called the cops on me. The guy that checked me out was helping me look but the mgr made him stop. Horrible mgr she should be fired immediately.

Was not to happy about having to take an hour drive to find skimpy stock, very few masks, home decor/props. The set up that usually greets you at the door with anamatronics was almost nothing. If doors are open for business the business should be 100% ready. So figuring it may be a fluke with that particular store I drove 20 min. To another Spirit and it was basically the same. Unfortunately I think this customer has to give up on Spirit for this year, and utilize other Halloween vendors.

Store was alright, semi empty and had a variety of items, however, right as we walked outside a guy called out to us and seemed shady and wasn’t dressed like an employee called to us, assuming we were stealing right outside, saying “yeah you guys aren’t slick, you could of at least payed for something” we honestly thought this guy was creepy and didn’t work there, we went inside to the cashier and pulled everything out and when the cashier confirmed we didn’t steal he only muttered a sorry. This kind lady was on our side telling the cashier for this to never happen again and that it was demeaning, and it honestly was. I won’t go back to this location.

Wow weird looking guy followed me and my son throughout the whole store. Everywhere we went he magically appeared .We knew what time it was.Left my mask and went to Party City in Apopka.

I got a Harry Potter robe here. A lot of choices here - can get something extravagant or something simple.

I love spirit Halloween I just wish they were always open just not around October.

First three staff members we saw couldn’t be bothered to wear a mask so we left. Ridiculous.

The atmosphere was nice...the people was extra nice

Great and friendly service from sales associates, however manager on duty should learn from them how to handle customers instead of acting bothered, annoyed, and condescending to paying clientele.
