There were only two employees. They were working their butts off however, the inside was kind of dirty and I am sure it is simply because they dont have time to clean. I live close to this location but probably will not go back for a while simply because I am in an at risk bracket for Covid and it just was not what I would say is safely clean

Girl who took my order today was very rude.Bad experience here today. Other than that the coffee was made ok. I used to manage a store, so I always ask for my espresso shot seperate. At first I was told it was in the cup but I knew it wasnt . It was given to me after.

They cant do anything Baskin Robbins wise and instead of putting signs out they have you waste your time. Take 10 minutes to get to you only to tell you they cant. Just buy your own damn ice cream.

The chocolate swirl tastes like tap water. Wouldnt recommend.

Best Baskin Robbins experience ever...and Ive been to quite a few! Ralph helped us find our happy place while searching for that perfect flavor! Junior was the manager and he went above and beyond and made us feel right at home. Shout out to Ralph and Junior....Thanks fellas!!!

This is the first time since the store opened that someone seemed to be trainned in customer service. Also she actually new the right size scoop to use. And she smiled the whole time.Thanks Kimmie for making my experience a pleasant one.

Customers in the lobby that were seated already had their orders. We stood at the counter for about 5-7 minutes before anyone appeared. Finally a gal came from the back with no smile and all of the attitude that said What do you need as Im busy. I cant stand Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin Donuts, not because of the food but the service stinks and the scoops are ridiculously small for what you pay. I paid for a regular scoop and this was like a kids scoop.

This place sucks. More than half of the selections are gone, the staff arent that friendly, and they lack many items that most of other baskin Robbins have. I gave it a second chance and they were worse. The overall quality of a service doesnt even deserve one star

Not surprised at this low rating. Long wait, ignored by some staff, took forever to make ice cream, and to top it off out of product for the first three things I ordered for myself do to lack of product. Obviously poorly managed, time to start looking for a new GM.

This place must be poorly managed. How can an ice cream store be out of vanilla and strawberry ice cream on a Saturday evening? I was going to substitute with another flavor but the only flavors they had available were a couple of odd varieties. I was surprised and figured this must be a one-off bad day, but after reading the other reviews I see this is common at this location. Very strange that management would continue to disappoint their customers.

Had the daquari ice. It was ok but could be much better.

So, went to the Baskin Robbins in Altamonte Springs, FL for the first time today. Won[t make that mistake again. First, we couldnt park in the regular parking lot in the handicapped spot because there was a huge delivery truck blocking the entire area. We parked over on the other side and walked in, surprised to find all of the chairs up on the tables and a young man mopping all the floors. It was 5 pm! The young lady at the counter was less than welcoming. I asked her for a large iced tea and her response was Were out of large cups and will have none until the truck finishes unloading. Really? I mean, is there some reason your store would ever not order enough cups to keep in stock? Its not like your not going to need them/use them. So I asked her what she *did* have and she very snottily waved at a bunch of cups and told me she had medium and small. I asked her what the difference in price was and she told me none. So, basically, I could get a medium tea but it would cost me the same as a large. I asked her how long until the truck was done unloading and she told me it could be an hour or more. I said Oh, okay, never mind, excuse us for bothering you and apparently she didnt understand sarcasm because she *laughed*. So we attempted to at least get some ice cream. Unfortunately, when my spouse said Id like a cone ... she interrupted to say We have no cones. They literally had no ice cream cones. Not a single one of any kind. Sounds like the manager of this store needs to learn how to manage their inventory and the young lady behind the counter today needs to check her attitude.

The people who work there are rude and dont know what theyre doing!! Limited flavors always... why ask what we “want” we they can just tell us what they have so we can order without them saying “oh we dont that, and that or that” they should just close the place!!!!

Hard to get in/out of.combination Dunkin doughnuts/Baskin-Robins limited offerings for each. Had to explain to server how to make banana split

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never go to this lication. We looked online at the Baskin Robbins hours and it stated this location closed at 10 pm. We were celebrating my birthday and left dinner at Bahamas Breeze and drove all the way from International Drive to this location because we live in Apopka. Got there at 9:15 pm and the girls told us they closed the Baskin Robins side at 9 pm. When we informed them the website stated 10 and informed them how far we drove the girls just blew us off instead of accommodating us. I will never step foot in this place again.

They put all ice cream away an hour before closing.....not sure why. After we were obviously irritated we came all this way for ice cream and there wasnt any, instead of being apologetic they were rude and offered donuts.

The staff is friendly, sometimes the wait can be long. There coffee is good.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. The staff did not know how to make ice cream or the Sundaes. The donuts were hard and they didnt know how to make a milkshake which was not properly made. Staff kept leaving and talking to each other and cursing in front of customers. Staff seem like they didnt want to be there.

The worst customer service ever!!Also you pay for 2 scoops and they give you 1!! The worst store ive been to.Never again!!!
