Doug and his entire team are exceptionally skilled at what they do and their attention to detail is second to none. All of that gives them 4 stars in my book. Then you add the great customer service and extreme patience they have with their customers in the spirit of getting it right the first time. That earns them the final 5th star.Were an advertising and marketing agency with many years under our belt so were very selective with whom we work with. After our first project with them, they became our exclusive source for embroidery.
I took my bridesmaids robes here for embroidery and would definitely recommend, they turned out great! Not a bad price either. Originally the owner said they would be ready by end of the week, they were done early on Thursday and he even offered to deliver. Would use again.
I recently had some work shirts and hats made at All Custom Embroidery for my real estate business. I really am thrilled with the workmanship and quality, they did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that still cares about the end product and good customer service.
Gentlemen was very nice and my jacket was done by the date i was told. Embroidery is nicely done with the size and font I wanted.

I have been using All Custom Embroiderys services for over a decade, The quality of work is good and the price is fair. I am sick of reviews where people get their feelings hurt. When did we become a nation of cry babies? Wait, I know, when people were given the power of online reviews. Five months to pay an invoice and they have the audacity to write a negative review. Whether they were invoiced or not they knew they owed the business and should have paid the small business in a timely manner. GROW UP online reviewers, be constructive or be silent.I wish this person had named their business so I could avoid supporting them in any way.
In response to Stanley Paynes review. The shirts were completed within the time frame desired and the invoice was emailed upon completion of the order. I tried to explain to his wife or as he describes her his boss that the invoice was sent which was notification that the order was complete and ready for pickup. I have the sent email in my sent email folder but he was not interested in listening to anything I had to say so the conversation became pointless. I have and always do whatever is humanly possible to accommodate requests but have learned in 20+ years of business that no matter what you do you just cannot please everyone.

To bad I had to give a star at all. What ever you do, do not use this company. The company owner is rude to the point of obnoxious. I dropped off shirts on 3/12 and waited for a call or email notifying me the order was complete and neither came. I needed the shirts for work so why would I not pick them up as soon as they were done? I came by on 19th to find out the status and was told by a staff member (a woman) that I would need to wait until the guy (owner) gets back because she could not find the shirts. I asked if the order is not done, can I add two shirts to the order and was told OK.According to the owner, the order was done on the 17th. If the shirts were done on the 17th, then why didnt the lady give them to me on the 19th? After the 19th, I then waited a week or more and decided to just stop by and get status. The owner said the order was ready and had been for some time. I told him I had not been notified.The owner told my boss he called me and thats a lie. He did not call me or email or sent any smoke signals of any kind.The following is what the owner said to my boss in an email after she told him they took too long. Taking so long.. That is funny. The 7 shirts were dropped off on 3/12 and the order was complete on 3/17. That’s a 3 working day turnaround... Then the 2 pcs. were dropped off on 3/19 and were completed on 3/23 which is a 2 working day turnaround. Please tell me where you can get quicker service than that? What is taking so long is the 5 month for payment on the invoices.He didnt sent the invoice to the company until 4 months later then complained about how long the company was taking to pay him. Now That is Funny
