Clean. Relaxed. Friendly. The cookies are amazing. I had the honey baked sandwich. My girlfriend had the cob salad with blue cheese dressing. Awesome food. Great service. Will definitely return for more.

I have been going to this store for years. Food is always good and the staff are usually awesome, very friendly. However, the god awful woman behind the counter today has made sure I will never be back. Literally rolling her eyes as I am trying to order then laughing when we tried to address the issue. The “manager” Todd was just as rude. Insane that this is how people are allowed (and apparently encouraged with managers like Todd) to treat people. Avoid this location!!

Loved my first time at this HBH! Jeremy was super helpful, thorough and the BEST part he got all 12 lunches spot on. Not one single error in the order. I strongly recommend anyone who was delicious sandwiches and food, to stop by and see Jeremy and the team in Altamonte Springs. I cannot say it enough..... AWESOME! I am coming back.

This is the gold standard in Ham. There is not better ham available anywhere. Your uncles smoked ham is not better. Your grandmother cannot make ham like this. Also, I had to change my reservation for my Easter dinner due to a death in the family. They made it happen, no problem whatsoever, and gave me a bigger ham than I paid for. They will have my business for the rest of my life.

Got a ham for Thanksgiving and it was so I went back and got another ham and turkey for Christmas. There was over 20 people in line, but it moved very quickly and everyone was able to be physically distanced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Even the armed guards were friendly. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a late lunch. I was greeted by Jeremy who provided top notch service and made delicious sandwiches.

The employees were nice and were a pleasure to deal with.The place was almost empty the week before Thanksgiving, I hope the store is making money. The employees were so great they deserve to get paid.

Even though the store was very busy, they have a good system worked out to serve their customers quickly. I was in an out in about 15 minutes with about 30 customers in line in front of me.

Counter person very helpful and friendly

Got us in and out quickly but the social distance is a joke. Your hearded in like cattle I was maybe 3 feet from the person < on the x> in front but side by side with the person on the other side of the rope. 3 year olds could have designed it better.. they are sanitizing between guests but you have to crossover people in the prepaid line to get out the door.. just my opinion but silly set up.

My wife and I walked in on 12-11-20 to order a ham for Christmas Eve. Upon greeting the workers (2 young ladies) and stating our purpose there, one started laughing, the other rudely said No!. When the laughter subsided, we were told they were booked up for Christmas Eve. WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Very rude, unprofessional and plain nasty. I will never go to this location ever again.

I stopped in to get a ham bone. And also got their new vegetarian sandwich (roasted tomato & cheddar cheese). That sandwich was sooo good. Although I tweaked it a bit it was the best sandwich I had in a long time that I didnt make. I highly recommend it. Plus the young lady at the Altamonte Springs store that made my sandwich was so helpful and nice, great customer service!

Great food but terrible customer service. I left pretty upset because of how we were treated. If you are going to have a sandwich made make sure you have a good amount of time. It takes a while to make 1 even if it’s a simple ham classic. If the ham wasn’t amazing I wouldn’t come back. You have so many options out there. Maybe next time I’ll order it ahead of time. The staff members just had a bad attitude. Like they were ready for the day to end.

I love their sandwiches... great ham... i was however very dissapointed that the mens bathroom was not wheelchair friendly. You can get in but cant close the door to the hallway because the bathroom is to small for my wheelchair. My wife had to come and keep my wheelchair in the hall and bring it back in when i was done.

We’re been going to this Honey Baked Ham store for YEARS!!! The staff inside & outside are friendly, very welcoming AND they have the shopping experience down to a science! You may arrive and see a line, but trust me, you won’t be still for long! Whatever the wait, it’s SO WORTH IT! The ham is incredible, the turkey breast is moist & delicious & makes great leftover sandwiches (much cheaper then deli meat!) Sides...in our family, the table is not complete without sweet potatoe soufflé & apples!!! We’ve NEVER had a bad experience or a bad bite of food, EVER!!! Very happy & we’ll continue at this location until they or us move away!!!

Stopped in while waiting for my sunrail train for lunch... I ordered the Turkey bacon sandwich and a combo with my favorite chips (harvest cheddar sunchips) and also got a mellow yellow flavor soft drink from thier fancy soda machine with 1000s of flavor combinations. Because it simply has no equal in my book. Around the holidays it get crazy there so order days ahead for pick up. The staff at the HB in Semoran blvd hwy 436 near the railroad tracks in Altamont Fl is fantastic. Theyre organized, love to solve any problems and to help you find the perfect ham for your get together. Everyone has kept in great humor Ive noticed even when the huge holiday crush is on. I hope it stays that way! Yum! Now off to order MY ham...
