Very rude workers. Asked if they could help my situation with my guitar and instead of hearing me out decided to interrupt me mid sentence and exclaimed with attitude that they dont repair guitars. While understood i tried to explain my situation a little saying that i probably only needed basic tools to fix it.. but i was interrupted again with more attitude this time, saying we dont fix guitars. Period. I was just hoping to gain a little insight but thats asking too much apparently.

These guys are great. They cleaned up my Peavey JSX that was all rusty, changed my tubes and replaced my broken FX Loop jacks! They kept in contact with me the whole time and had a super fast turnaround. My amp is like brand new and sounds amazing. Thanks Amp Guys!

90$ diagnostic fee and some bullcrap about my tubes being weak. I find out later they test fine. Only went to these guys because at the time I bought a used VT Savannah which I happily sold.

I brought them a Kurzweil Keyboard PC3 Le8.They were recommended to me by a National Pro and by Kurzweil. They went through the entire keyboard, updated the operating system and cleaned the contacts while they had it on the bench. They are very thorough. Check out their line of Custom Amplifiers, they are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I sure am missing Peter Wells, at Wells electronics. He recommended these guys. Im not impressed. Unlike Wells you cant talk with the guys actually fixing the stuff they hide in the back and you have to deal with the gate keeper,,, not my kind of place. They got me for $ 80.00 just to tell me after two weeks it would be a minimum of $270.00 but probably more. I could of bought a used one in working condition for less.

Brought my amp in due to shutting off by itself after it warms up. Told them that I think its a cold solder joint problem. I told them that I tried replacing the tubes still had the same problem. After a couple of weeks they called me and to tell me that the amp was fixed. I asked them what they found and they said bad tubes. I told them please recheck them amp since I already tried replacing tubes and that I live 1 1/2 hour away. They assured me that it was fixed. Took it home and worked for 20 minutes guess what same problem.. Now Im out $150 for three tubes and still have the same problem. High price and repair service men dont fully test their work. Especially since I told them what Ive done.. Total rip off.

Awful customer service. Paid $100 for my keyboard to sit for three months to be told “There is nothing to be done, you need to rattle Roland’s cage to get them to do anything.”Do NOT take your Roland equipment here. I took the board to Donald Lee in Kissimmee and he had the solution in a few hours, called Roland and they sent the parts. Once parts arrived, Keyboard was fixed perfectly the same day the parts arrived.Do not bring your gear to this store.

Rick and his expert team were able to completely fix my synth, deemed a lost cause by other techs! He is the only guy to go to in the Central Florida area, in my opinion. Great value and a fair price.
