Manager here is an old white guy on a power trip, stood behind me and waited and watched while I bought cigarettes and newsprint. Not sure if he was watching me or the girl ringing me out but it was extremely unsettling and uncomfortable either way. Theres no reason to be that close behind a customer while they are checking out. Will avoid this store for a while, go to CVS or Walgreens on state street. Genuinely feel bad for the women working at this store.

Got my 3 COVID shot and did some shopping for pain relievers, vitamins and cookies.

I had a *confirmed* covid-19 testing appointment, drove an hour to get to it, and was told AFTER ARRIVAL that they were closed. No explanation. No apology. No plan B.

Terrible customer service!! Had to wait for the store manager to do a return of an online purchase with receipt. Rude and unfriendly person who said her name was Brook and that she was the shift manager processed my return acting as if I stole the item and she was doing me a huge favor. She did not wear a name tag or badge and said that the store manager was out. She wouldnt give me a refund on my purchase even though it was within 30 days of receiving it because it was just over 30 days of when I ordered it! I had to accept in store credit.

Rude pharmacy staff especially the head female pharmacist.. Very slow service in the main pharmacy lobby and drive through. When you call expect to be on hold for a good 10 up to 20 minutes, dont get an apology for the wait or staff member name. Wrong pill counts have happened in the past, never received any explanation nor call back. Very close to switching pharmacy services.

This is the absolute slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to in my old life. You wait in the drive through or the lobby for 15-20 minutes and sometimes more. Get some more help in there and it will be fine.

The manager Dale does not belong in customer service. In all my 40 plus years of living, I have never felt so enraged by someones baseless condescension. I am usually not one to complain, but I had to call corporate on this chauvinistic jerk. A man who does not like to be proven wrong by a woman.

Incompetence...prescriptions never get refilled if my doctors office needs to be called. They are very slow and and there is one pharmacist who has no common sense to even apply proper coupon codes.

Courtesy and friendly staff, great prices.

Pharmacists are the worst! Every one of them have an attitude when you ask them questions. also, I had a question about a medication that we had been dealing with 2 months and the pharmacist hung up on me after saying mmmhmm when I told her thank you.

Pharmacy worker was so rude on the phone! Went 2 hrs later to pick up meds, she proceeds to tell me they dont have my meds in stock. Wondering why she didnt call me and tell me that????? Awful customer service!!! Will never use this Walgreens again.

Pharmacy is the worst. Avoid at all costs if possible. If my insurance didn’t force us to use I would go anywhere else.

Trying to follow directions to send photos to be developed was frustrating.

I dont like the new girl in the pharmacy. Shes rude and acts like she doesnt want to be there.

Pharmacists are very rude every time. Step it up Walgreens. If you have bad customer service you wont have any customers!
