Glass Doctor is great. The installation was done very professionally, and they were good about educating me on what my options were and associated costs. I have to say, they made the process easy. It’s a breath of fresh air to work with a company that deals with me as a person as opposed to just a job that needs done.

The staff made the repair in a timely manner and were very good to work with.

Replaced the window in my Tundra and left some glass in the door panel which rattled when you shut it. Also scratched inside the door panel multiple times. Called and they came back the next morning. Told me that the way the windows break it’s almost impossible to get all the glass pieces out. I find that hard to believe but using a 5 dollar vacuum is probably part of the problem. Anyways they left and when I checked the door, still rattling when I shut it..ohh and now the door won’t open from the inside. Had to call again for them to remove my panel again to fix the door handle. Not impressed in the slightest.
