They took car of two recall items quickly. Oil change prices are very competitive if not lower than I expected.
All I want to say is Erin F. In Service Department is a really good human being. When everything is going wrong, and you are stressed to the max, SHE alone makes everything better. In February of 2020, I went to Courtesy Nissan in Altoona for a new car. It was my first time buying a new car and Dan Estlow was amazing in helping my parents and I through the process.
A little disappointed, stopped in for a fast lane oil change(no tire rotation). Waited a little over an hour, I understand there was one customer ahead of me. Disappointing part was I lifted the hood when they were done, oil dripped everywhere, plus on the checklist the checked off on resetting the oil change indicator, which the didnt. Did the really check everything else or pencil whip the list? 7/5 update, I no longer will be a customer, I realized that the free oil changes that came with my new vehicle were not being done. I also doubt that they changed the oil filter. I know now I can not trust them to service my car as I wish. I also now know I cant believe anything they say.
Daniele Kuny was an amazing salesperson to work with. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to the day we drove our vehicle off the lot, she provided service above and beyond our expectations. She was quick to answer our questions, even when it meant going out of her way to track down equipment and service costs, and was very comfortable to deal with. No high pressure sales pitches or attempts to upsell. I will absolutely be seeking Daniele out when the time comes for another Nissan purchase.Chris Weyandt handled our financing and paperwork. The process was pain free and went as quickly as possible. Chris, despite not being able to come through with lifetime oil changes for our Nissan Leaf, made the experience of monotonous paperwork enjoyable with his upbeat personality and humor. I was in a very tough spot financially because I was upside down on my previous vehicle. I came to the dealership for repairs and answers and I left with a brand new vehicle, an amazing warranty, and a huge relief off of my shoulders! There is no other place that I would go to for a vehicle but here, and I couldn’t have done it without Jarvis Lawson. He was absolutely the most understanding, respectful, and genuine person that I have ever met in this business. I can’t express my gratitude for him and his quality of work. Just exceptional ! I now have a vehicle that is dependable, has everything I need plus some, an amazing warranty, and affordable!

Dan stayed over even though the car I bought did not bring much profit for him he just cared enough to help. Very compassionate and professional. Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop elsewhere. Nothing more than a snake pit.Sales department - only cares about closing the deal.Finance department - incapable of speaking to customers with dignity and respect.Service department - dont know the truth from a lie. They lied to us so often that they couldnt even keep their own lies straight.Owner is completely out of the loop on handling problems with vehicles that were sold. Doesnt follow through with a reasonable resolution.Recap - Run - support businesses that care about you after the sale and works diligently to correct issues in a timely manner. Courtesy Nissan is not that place from our experience.Last step is to retain legal representation to get our car serviced, or cancel our contract. Considering we had possession of our vehicle for under 48 hrs and have been without it for the past three weeks.Shame on you

Ive visited this car lot three times in the last week and a half. This last time I was there for 15 to 20 minutes. Not one time did anyone come out to see if I needed help . There are other dealerships around . Maybe they can help me find my new Nissan.
Excellent service. A++ Im a paralyzed Veteran and I have been there twice this past week for servicing and was treated with respect to the above and beyond. The only thing I would add is I wish you would not take up the two handicap parking spots to charge your electric or hybrid vehicles!! I had to park all the way to the other side of the building and push around the building in and out of parked cars. It wasnt the safest way to get my van serviced but the only way today because of a vehicle being charged.i mentioned it to your staff there and they agreed but it doesnt mean anything will change. Please consider either moving the charging ports or the handicap parking spots. Its not like you dont have the room?Thank you again for your help and concentrate staff there. Ill be a returning customer. Hopefully I will see a better parking lot/spot on my next visit?
