Needed a PCM for my Jeep. They ordered it and had it the next day. Price was reasonable. My Jeep is running again.

Had the parts I needed. Very knowledge able of u talk to the right guys. New guys come close but I did have to return a few parts back to back because the size was an mm bigger.

I bought a 2.99 napa bucket to get 20% off the stuff I bought. I didnt get 20% off, I got charged for 2 buckets instead. The part I ordered was in and on time. So it was a 50/50 trip this time.

Napa always seems to have superior staff and parts compared to AutoZone and advanced Auto. These guys know what they are talking about and normally the part quality is always noticeably higher than the other box stores

Staff was not to bright they dont care if someone comes in and has no clue what they are looking for the staff dont offer any help at all and when trying to figure out a issue on a part they kinda are stumped
