Both staff members were courteous, friendly and helpful. It is nice to see smiles and thoughtful employees concerned about the customer.

Very pleased with the employees. I was in need of help to make my mom something special for Christmas this year.. I showed them a picture of what I was trying to do and they helped me pick out all of the items I needed. Gave me some tips on a few other projects I was going to do. These were the finished projects that I did. One was very special since it was the first Christmas my dad spent in heaven. It made my moms Christmas a little better all thanks to the employees at this store!

I love Joanns! They have great sales on yarn and even without the sales the prices are pretty fair. They have a pretty nice selection of yarn compared to other local stores

The employees are pretty frustrating. Theyll help you but they do it so reluctantly. Also small notions are pretty pricey for lack of quality. Alot of their trimmings and notions are outdated. Id rather have bought the patterns on sale online and have wasted my money at hobby lobby.

They have great items for decor, but not as much crafting supplies unless you are into fabric crafts. They definitely did not have any items I needed.

This is a craft store. Most people know they sell fabrics but they sell artificial plants and flowers, cricut accessories, paints, craft sets for beginners to advanced crafters. There is much more here than fabric. Check them out.

Was able to get my headliner material for the mk4 VDub Golf. Good material and foam backed. The girl that helped me out hooked me up on the pricing which I greatly appreciate. Would definitely return.

I can’t wear a mask due to health reasons and yes Dr said so, I was VERY RUDELY told to leave and said I couldn’t be there. I have shopped here MANY MANY MANY times WITHOUT a mask and it was never a problem.

The customer service of this particular store was wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. Joanns also sells exceptional products.

I havent been in JoAnns in a long while, but I finally decided to tackle a sewing project and needed fabric. I got everything for my project, but I was disappointed in the selection of interior fabrics; it seemed like a much smaller selection than in the past

Small but they have a lot of material and notions.

Was able to purchase utility canvas here which is something you may not immediately consider. Needed for wedging table for pottery. Prices arent too bad, though other bigger stores like Walmart may be cheaper.

So rotatlly awesome. My aunt was looking for an extremly specific fabric (washing machines and ironing boards for her laundry room ) and we found it!!!!! We were out of town shopping, this Joanns has an immense selection of fabrics. Love love love. The women working were sweetie pies despite being busy.

I cant wear a mask due to health concerns....employee talked to mgr and said yes I could shop...they couldnt legally deny me. In rear of the store I hear manager in her office in a tirade about me!!!!!; How I should have stayed the hell home. Then 2 employees wearing masks below nose, and checkout has hers off entirely!!! I have to say the Facebook stories are true..whoever manages this store should be terminated. Smdh

I had to get foam and material for a chair I was making in school. I went here and the ladies working helped me out with everything. They were very nice and the place has tons of different materials and different types of foam. I would go here again.

I love their customer service. Im colorblind but I still love to do crafts. Any time I need to have help to match colors, the staff are willing to drop what theyre doing and help me, and theyre also very amenable to helping new shoppers figure out where something is if they cant find it themselves. Above and beyond, excellent customer service.

Great place to shop for material they have so much to choose from. And you can get really good coupons to use to help pay for you stuff

I dont go into Joannes very often but I came thru while on my way to New York and I had this really sweet woman help me with everything. Tiffany was not only helpful but knowledgeable as well! She made me laugh and her smile lights up the store! Thumbs up Tiffany!! Thank you again for the amazing service!

My wife loves this place. Would get higher score but there always is only 1 check out and constant register mistakes that has to be address after purchase time and again. Needs to update the computer system so items scan at correct sale prices. Check your receipt.

The checkout process at JOANNs is awful. One cashier with 8 people in line, consistent for 10 plus minutes. Once the line dwindles down, a second cashier shows up. Same thing almost everytime I go there.

While the store itself is fun to go through, and has quite a lot of different items from Hobby Lobby, Michaels, & A.C. Moore, it is always grossly understaffed. The wait time to get checked out at registers or for getting material cut is painful. I applaud the staff that work there. They generally have amazing attitudes and are exceedingly helpful to their customers needs. That is why I continue to shop at this store.My advice if this is your crafting destination, go there with plenty of time. Especially if it is evening or weekend hours. It generally is never a quick in & out trip.

I wouldve given 2 stars simply for the selection of holiday and seasonal items, but the employees at our location are extremely rude and unpleasant. Quite a few times Ive left the store without a purchase because I couldnt find certain items and when I asked all I got was down that isle over there. The prices are ridiculous and Im not a fan of them fooling people with their so called 40-60% off overpriced items

I only give a 4 star because there was a sale on yarn. Caron was 2 for $5. At the register it rang at regular price. If i was not paying attention I would not have gotten the discount

This is a busy store, I was disappointed to see that there was a long line and only one employee working at the cash register. When the 2nd one finally came she was VERY disgruntled at having to ring out customers and how long the line was. Had she come out sooner Im sure the customers would be easier to deal with and the lines would have been shorter.

Joann Fabrics has most everything you would need for sewing and crafts. The store is easy to see, and shop at. The clerks are very helpful.

The fabric selection is best in the area, prices are reasonable. Some of the staff are borderline rude and somewhat unprofessional at times. I dont like to hear staff complaining about co-workers....save it for when customers arent around.

It is an older store and as described in the name has fabrics.. alot of fabrics. Thier yarn supplies are moderate and they do have a nice selextion of seasonal decorations. If your looking for a deal i do recommend trying thier app or website to make purchases because sometimes i know i get better deals on my yarn from there.

This is the crafty place for bare bones Do it yourself folks. Large selection of materials to make different pieces of art or crafts. Clothes, bare wood, paints, even stencils to help with certain designs

The store is quite nice, but the true draw is the employees! They are a wonderful bunch of fellow crafters who are always happy to help. This Joanns is my go to craft store!
