I was very disappointed...I waited for over a half hour to have someone help me find a correct foundation and they kept telling me someone would be right with me but nobody ever helped me so I walked out and they lost my sale. It would have only taken a minute to find my correct tone. The makeup person was to busy chatting and walking around with one person the entire hour I spent in there. The staff NEEDS to be more attentive or they either need to hire more makeup people. Very unhappy, I wont go there again.

Horrible customer service in the five minutes I was there I was asked why I wanted a new foundation ( does it matter) told that my make up was to light, duh thats why Im here.... told that I was sun burnt when Im very sure that Im not my chest just has red spots! And then to top it off she took of a couple spots of my make up and proceeded to tell me that my skin was to splotchy to get a good read on the correct shade!!!! Thank god people came in to buy products and saves me from having to deal with this rude woman any longer.

Sephora is my favorite make up place to go and buy make up and people always help me when I need to help find the color of foundation for my skin tone and gave me samples of different foundations and primers to try out and I will be going back there to shop some more

I either come across very pleasant staff or unwelcoming staff. Its 50/50. Good store, average staff.

This is my favorite makeup store! I love their color matching systems so u get the perfect color for ur skin. The beauty consultants really spend time finding ur skin type & ask questions help u get the right products. I also love that they will give u free samples of foundation...so u can try them at home for a couple days. That way u can see which products are ur favorite & u like them, I think the consultants really try to help & show u attention and help u find what ur looking for. Great store!

Some workers and completely rude and disrespectful and do not take customers seriously. Some are nice though and give great tips.

If the staff was more helpful and friendly I would love to spend my money here. Until then Ill just shop online.

I would much rather go to Ulta......this Sephora is never stocked......I stop in occasionally and everything I want is never there
