Gigantic shoe selection for good prices

Went to Altoona Payless this evening. Bought a pair of shoes. But was surprised the cashier did not open the box or check the shoes for matching size. Also at checkout she told told me to use a coupon on my phone She had to have my email address, could not use my coupon unless I gave her my address. Never had to do that at any other store.
