Nice store. Decent selection of shoes. Wish they had a slightly larger variety of converse gear besides the few small racks, but they only have so much space.

They didnt have what we were looking for but were super attentive and helpful.

When I found out that the Converse Outlet was closed near me - I searched the closest one - which is the Outlet of Des Moines. I called to ensure the shoe I was looking for was available. Many store workers assisted me in this process. I want to give a huge shout out to Josie (who took my calls!) Dharma who rang me up and Ada who was also in the store working while I was there. Driving 2 hrs was worth it! Your store staff were all very helpful and kind. They took the time to look for my shoes when I called and while I was there find additional items. I will ABSOLUTELY be back! Although I do wish the Gretna Outlet Converse store didnt close - However, am grateful there is a store within driving distance!

Only problem was they didnt have the shoe the wife was looking for. Otherwise employees were polite and asked if they could help find a different shoe.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Ive worn Converse since I was a kid, and its great to have an outlet store with such a large selection for my kids to grab a pair of Converse from themselves.

Loved looking at the HUGE variety of Converse shoes! I had no idea they made so many crazy styles of Chucks! Staff was super nice and would have given 5 stars if i had not been given bad info that ALL t shirts were $5 when it was only the clearance racks! But still a fun place to shop!

The staff was great!! I wish I had asked for the 2 males that worked those 2 times i visited...All I am going to say is that they went out of their way to make sure the shoes you bought were the right ones. Walked out and bought 3 pairs for myself and my 2 kids even the Clearance rack shirts of $5...They both deserve a raise for going the extra mile!

Great staff and service, however my son wears a size 14 & altho I realize thats a uncommon size, they only had 3 pr in that size. Would appreciate a better selection for larger ppl.

Got a great deal on my shoes! Sounds like they have big sales quarterly throughout the year. That was a huge thing for me. Love sales. Staff was very friendly. I give it 4 stars because my boyfriend also got a pair of shoes. He didnt wear them everyday. But the soles started falling out after 6 months wear. I will go back to this store, but the boyfriend is not impressed.

So many shoes to choose from! Not only that, there are clothes and accessories to go along with it. I enjoy coming in, but because its from the actual converse store it is a little expensive; its worth it to me though
