This is the only place that I will take my Mac! These guys were great. Price was reasonable. Mac runs like new again.

Honestly, I was very disappointed with my repair. I was recommended this place from Best Buy to get my laptop fixed as I am a college student and needed a quick hardware fix. I assumed I was going to get a new part to be placed on the keyboard of my laptop, but it seemed they only just stuck the part back on. I could understand the quick fix for a cheap price, but 100$ total for them to just stick the part back on was outrageous. Then a day later half of the keys on my keyboard where not working. I asked for a refund as the part was not repaired but just plainly stuck back on, then called and received an attitude in response. Would not recommend this place or come here anymore.

3 weeks work on water cooling system. It achieve everything I want for a watercooling system PC. ELeet help me build a better slution that even if you are not so good at computer, you can still change water for it.

We were referred to Eleet computer solutions by one of the people at Bestbuy after getting ripped off by Ktaadn out passed Walmart. My dad took it to Eleet and had the computer fixed in 2 days like brand new. It ended up being windows crashed and a setting was wrong in the settings. The guy saved all of our pictures and everything. We are very happy. Very professional, store is nice but they must be steelers fans cause everything is black and yellow lol. What I really loved was the 2 dogs that come to work with the owner everyday. I wasnt able to get a picture of the other dog, they said she was sleeping. This boy is so nice I just love him. I may come back and steal him he is soooo cute j/k! Awesome that dogs are allowed to come to work. thanks again!

Great staff. Professional. Timely service. Returned my laptop to me better than I left it. Im a lifetime customer now. Im just amazed at how clean my laptop is and how spotless the screen is. I dont know how they did that. I would go back and pay just to have my laptop cleaned. It looks and works like new again.

Lou is one of the smartest men I have ever met! I have brought several machines in for repair, and each one has come back to me in pristine condition, and much cleaner than when it was brought there. Each one of my machines was just as clean on the inside as it was the outside, courtesy of a wipedown which is one of many services eLeet seems to offer. Any computer question I threw his way, he was able to break it down, and explain it very simply and thoroughly so that I could understand. The amount of computer knowledge Lou has is purely amazing. He certainly seems to have mastered computers! Every time I brought one of my machines in for work to be done he has had some kind of diagnosis to me by the following day. This place is quick, and I know I can trust taking my computers here!!! Each one of the computers I have taken there hasnt had an issue since, and has been running faster than ever, so keep it up LOU!! Amazing job.The receptionist is great! She always has a smile on her face when I walk in, and she is very professional!Overall I highly recommend this place, great small business that you can really depend on and trust! 5 Stars!!

I needed a new hard drive with operating system installed on my Alienware 14. I had bought a Hard Drive already and tried to do it my self but could not get the operating system to transfer correctly. I took it in to eLeet and Scott greeted me and was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond by cleaning my laptop and installing Steam for me already. Scott is my new computer GURU!!! While they were able to find out what was wrong with my computer as I suspected, the girl at the front desk wasn’t super knowledgeable with most of the questions I asked in person or on the phone. Also, while everyone is entitled to their political opinions, I’m not sure what a trump shrine has to do with repairing computers or what purpose it has at a repair shop? Not everyone in Altoona supports him, especially the young crowd ( what I would imagine a good chunk of your would-be customers are). Really made me want to look somewhere else to have my computer looked at the moment I walked in but sadly I think other than Geek Squad this is the only place. My advice would be to go somewhere else not politically-charged if you can.

I took my broken Macbook here to get a new monitor put in it. It took them about 4 days to fix it since the parts were not in stock and they had to order them. Very satisfied, I cant even tell my Mac was ever broke. They even smoothed out a big dent I had on the bottom of it. Price was a little up there but they were still much cheaper and faster than the apple store, I say about 15-20% less. Better than paying over 2 grand to get a new one. Staff was very nice. All in all, a great place. They took the time to explain everything in detail, how this or that works, etc. When picking up he even assisted me with an issue I was having in excell, it took him like 10 seconds to show me what I was doing wrong. Thanks guys!

Sent a friend of mine to eLeet who was having some serious issues with a computer he uses for a DJ business. He couldn’t figure out the problem but the techs at eLeet were able to fix the problem with no problems. He was thrilled with their work, the cost and the professional way in which he was treated.

Dropped my computer and it wouldnt boot for me after that and I almost had a heart-attack. Called up several places including eLeet people. Checked their Google reviews and looked like they were nice people to go for my laptop and got recommended for eLeet from few other businesses as well.Left my laptop with them and they checked everything and told me that it was only a loose connection internally and it only costed my 45$ which included a full inspection and cleaning of my laptop which was pending from a long time. Glad to know that there are some honest business out there whom you can rely on completely. Would recommend them in a heart beat!

Im new to town and ran all over the place looking for a place that was open and wasnt a wreck. Thank god my gf found this place They were able to fix my computer and get me a new email since my yahoo was hacked and I couldnt get in it. It took them a couple days and they called when it was done. Price was okay, cost me 90.09 for diagnostics and optimization.
