Was highly disappointed in the service and staff here this afternoon. Went in with my wife to pickup a repair job that I was told could not be fixed only to find out that my warranty i purchased would only get me the purchase price back to put toward something new, but that I had to give up my original ring. Granted it wasnt a top quality item, but it meant a great deal to us and thats why I purchased the lifetime guarantee for it for my wife. We had this item inspected regularly and now had to let it go just to get anything out of the warranty. 2 stones had fallen out and the reason was prongs were worn down too much to repair. To top that all off we were not treated well at the visit. I had some questions and felt like I was always given a matter of fact answer with no options at all. I felt like my situation could have been handled much better. I was discussing jewelry for my wife, but was treated like I was returning moldy bread to Walmart. People cherish something they wear on their hands for years and I really thought Kays would have had my back on that notion. Not the case. All business. Anyway...keep that in mind when purchasing the protection warranty and if you feel like you arent being treated correctly ask to work with someone else. I see there are some reviews mentioning some good experiences...I wish I would have switched. Will be hard for me to shop for my wife with confidence here again.

I have NEVER left happy. It’s not necessarily the ladies who work there, it’s the company. Between waiting an hour to order my rings and them not being able to do it due to computer problems, the size being wrong, then when i got it back the inscription was wrong, THEN we bought the outrageously expensive insurance on them but when they got dropped and crushed in the parking lot they say it only covers normal wear and tear. I actually HATE this company.

People at Kays were very nice but took a bracelet to be repaired the clasp was broken. They didnt make that clasp anymore so it was replaced for free, the only problem was the clasp on the new bracelet wasnt tight and it fell off the first day and was never found!!! So disappointed!!

I have always went to Kay Jewelers for my jewelry. I love the quality of their jewelry and they are so helpful and have a lot of patience with you. And I would not go anywhere else.

Everyone is EXTREMELY rude. Every time I go in I am mistreated and talked down to. Would not recommend going here at all.

Will never go back. they messed up the ring i got 3 times within the last month. just went back for the same issue an got told it was our fault that the band they fixed broke again when it was worn once after getting fixed. then get told we should just buy a new one. Never go to them they will rip you off an constantly mess up the repair.

Please change your open and close hours to reflect the hand written sign on your door. 1 week yall were open until 5 another week 6 website says 7 so we went in to altoona and the sign has 6pm.

Waited nearly 20 minutes to be barely noticed. Three sales people and they did have customers, but at least find out why Im there. I needed my rings cleaned before vacation and that could have easily been done while they waited on other customers. My intent was to also get the new wedding set that Ive been wanting and can finally afford, but it wont be from Kay Jewelers. My purchase would have been this fall and been $10,000+ but my business will go elsewhere now.

After taking a Leo diamond in for the 4th time due to diamonds that fell out and another diamond ring to be send back for the 3rd time due to diamonds that fell out of it I really didnt appreciate the Male employee rolling his at me when I asked to see an item..unacceptable. He needs to learn customer service skills.

Dont buy your tungsten jewelry here. Same exact items can be found elsewhere on the internet for under $30. $400 is a blatant rip off.

Hope the new manager can complement the new location.Always buy the warranty, and tust them to help.
