So today I took a piece of glass from my china closet over to have it replicated, as the 2nd peice had been broken during our move. I was met by a friendly guy who told me itd be a whole $12 to replicate and I asked about how long could I expect it? A week or so? No, they said an hour! I was expecting it to cost more and take a week or so, it cost $12 and had it in the hour! Great service, would definitely recommend!

My gf had a door at home she was converting into a desk and needed a glass inlay to make the desk top flush. The gentleman who helped us came out to the car, took a few needed measurements, and was confident he had all the information he needed to cut our glass. We got the glass 4-5 days (weekend included) after we placed the order. Once we took the glass to place into the door, we found that the glass fit damn near perfect. Imperfections in the door prevented the glass from sitting perfectly flush. We were very happy with the outcome of the glass and would go back. Definitely recommend.

The absolute worst customer service on the planet! I dropped off a pattern for a desk top that I wanted to cover with plate glass back in June. Its now mid August and they havent done anything and every time I have called they give me some song and dance about how much labor its going to take. OK, well, I am willing to pay the labor SO JUST GET THE THING DONE!I finally told them to forget about it. What a joke.
