We found the bike we wanted on the website (website inventory was accurate), contacted them via the website, received a timely reply, and worked the details out in short order, including a trade. I showed up a couple of days later, the bike was ready to go, and it took less than 15 minutes to complete the transaction. We live a couple of hours from Altus, and I will not hesitate to make the drive again for future purchases. Honest, professional, and accommodating.

I Just bought a brand new ktm from here, let me tell you this is the place to get a bike or any off road toy staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles they had, especially my sales man Keaton helped me way all the cons and pros of each dirt bike to find the right one for me. I loved how he had personal experience with each brand so he able to point me in the right direction . Deborah the finance lady was awesome helped wrap the deal up with some great financing options that work out superb for my wallet.Any ways long story short this is the place to by any off-road toy I was recommended by a friend and definitely would suggest any one in the market go see Keaton and Deborah !!

Purchased a Svartpilen 701 almost completely through text and email from this dealer as I could not find one closer. They delivered the bike 8 hours away without any problem. A day after delivery, there was a mechanical issue that I reached out to the dealer about. The manager, Melian Williams, called me back to check on the bike and the issue in which I enquired and is working with me to try and find a service provider closer to me to accommodate the repair under warranty. I believe Ms. Williams has gone above and beyond and would recommend her and Altus Motorsports to anyone for your future purchase!

From start to finish, everything worked out and I walked out with the motorcycle I wanted and no hiccups. Usually you go to buy a vehicle or anything and it takes forever to get through the process, but I contacted Altus Motorsports, I talked to Mel and she hooked me up. I got approved within a few hours and I got my payments where I wanted them as well. Would buy here again.

I was blown away by the customer service and selection in this store. They had all the accessories I needed, and let me be as I walked throughout the store just browsing. Prices were pretty good too. Chad at the parts desk was especially helpful and not pushy.

They bashed the place we had bought our previous bike from saying they were dishonest, and didnt tell everything upfront. Yet that is exactly what Altus Motorsports does, too. We took our bike in for its first service. We asked the price and they tell us $130 for oil change and service. Afterwards we are billed $200 because apparently prices they quote DO NOT include oil or the filter. They said they only quote the price for the labor, after the fact, after your vehicle is serviced. WHO DOES THAT!?! I have never ever had a dealership tell me the price to change the oil and not include everything. And if they dont include something in the price theyre honest upfront that it will be more because oil amount isnt known or whatever. When we traded in our bike we asked for our tag (we just moved here from out of state) and they told us we dont keep it. I go a few weeks later to get the tag on the new bike and they charge me for not keeping my original tag. The dealership did end up sending us our tag but now it is useless.Edit: The dealership did reach to us on the phone, but The thing is we cant misunderstand something not said. The service department was very misleading, which is was ironic after they spoke about their dealership being upfront unlike the others.

Very poor service. I called them a half hour before bringing my motorcycle there to have a tube out in the tire. When I got there I explained again that it is on a street bike. My rear tire has a leak and still has most of the tread left on it. So I got the quote and left my bike there, and walked back to work. About 5:30 I still have not heard from them so I called them. And the person that answered told me that my bike has tubeless tires. I told him I know but my tire is to new for me to just toss it away and buy a new one. That is why I just wanted a tube out in for now. I have had it done several times in the past. He told me the tech refuses to put the tube in. So they have lost all my future business.

I have been around the motorcycles my entire life and never have had such a smooth easy transaction. I will be coming back for sure. Don’t let the drive keep you from working with this team.

When I purchased the Polaris 900 I had some problems with it. I called and they said to bring it back I did. There was no charge too fix it was just a belt and they brought it back to me in Texas. If I ever purchase a new one it will be at AltusMotoSports. Great People There.

If youre buying from this place they got great bikes. Ive had bike in the shop there for 2 months. I rode it there to get my carbs rebuilt. Went to pick it up it didnt run since then its costed almost 1800$ and every time its time to go pick it up they add another 200$ for service because they wait till last minute to complete the task and say theres another problem. They have ordered a wrong gasket twice.

Good place to shop for what your needs as are and very friendly people.

Service Department is snowed under. Youll wait at least two weeks to get a diagnosis. We had a machine that had a wiring problem. They recommended a complete wiring harness replacement at a cost of $1100 plus $400 labor. We opted to take it home and spent 10 minutes locating the problem and 5 minutes fixing it. We paid $89 for the diagnosis.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Customer oriented, if you want a metric bike this is the place if you live here. The store in Lawton is a sister store to this one.

Being stationed overseas, it was extremely difficult searching for a killer deal on the bike that I wanted, as most dealers avoided my emails or instructed me to call them (even after explaining I was stationed overseas). But Altus really had my back, understood my situation, and worked patiently w/ me in getting the bike/deal that I wanted. I was offered the best deal from Altus comparing to other dealerships in Lawton, El Reno, OKC, and even Dallas! In addition, Altus was willing to ship the motorcycle to the address I was planning on settling in, roughly an hour drive. Horrible customer service. The kid at the counter was nice, but a service guy came out and it took everything to not tell him off. I came to get some atv tires mounted. They were brand new wheels and tires. When the kid at the front desk asked the service guy if he had time to mount tires he said yes. Then he looked at the tires and wheels and said Im not going to mount those, theyre not worth my time. When he walked off the kid at the desk asked again, because I believe it caught him off guard too. So the service guy said it alot louder to make sure he knew that mounting these tires were a complete waist of his time. It is nice to know the owner allows their service guys enough say to turn away business, but it is inconvenient when you live in Altus with not many options. Well luckily my money WAS worth the time of Smiths Firestone. I will absolutely never give Altus Motorsports my business again based on this 1 transaction.

Bought a used RAZR for basically full book retail. Unit appeared clean and the sale was easy. Would have been 5 stars if the bushings and spacers on the lower rear A arms would not have been seized and worn out. It was supposed to have been serviced and I guess it got the version that Altus does. I would expect that from a Craigslist deal but not an established dealer who says they have great customer service. I called and voiced my concerns to the Sales Manager and got a heartfelt (ha) sorry. No big deal to fix--an hour repair at the most, which I did myself, but I think I am reasonable in expecting that even a used vehicle advertised as extremely clean at a major dealer would have been serviced properly before a full retail sale.

Nice place, seemed pretty average for a motorsports store.

I was out on road trip when back tire got bad. I call when they right opened. Explained to Mr.Krennen Stanley that I was 700 miles from home and 30 miles from him with a very bad back tire on a goldwing. He advised he had tire in stock, and put a trailer on stand by in case I wouldnt make it. Luckily at 30 mph I made it. The tire and techician was waiting for me and start working on bike right away. VERY AWESOME STAFF !! I had been to elk city to the motorcycle shop and was going to buy a brand new 2015 polaris 900 ranger and they did not give me the time of the day SO I called altas and told them what I was looking for and Bobby Payne had what i wanted worked out a deal over the phone and went to altas and all of the staff were friendly and most importantly weeks later went down there I went to get a few accessories and they remembered me and helped me out I just called and ordered $2k worth of stuff for my ranger today Thanks Altas Motorsports!

Staff was polite but, despite my painstaking effort to describe exactly what I wanted them to do and not do, they got it all wrong. I asked for nothing except the inspection to occur without a call to me. Two days after I dropped off the bike, I got a call politely explaining $250 worth of work that had been done beyond the inspection and a list of additional recommended work. I asked for no oil change as I had just accomplished one two days prior. In the phone call, they apologized for doing the oil change anyway and said that they would still have to charge me for the oil and filter, though they would comp the labor! No effort on my part would change their minds and I was stuck with a bill paying for work I never asked for. The main problem I brought the bike in for was not even addressed! Does anyone know a place in Altus that works on motorcycles?!
