Tried to call to see if they were hiring and ask about prices on their floral arrangement prices because I have my wedding in less than a year and Lisa told me she’d sue me if I put her business on my unemployment paperwork.. lol little bit confused and dumbfounded because they had such great reviews. Just moved into town and people here are so nice so it definitely took me by surprise. She was probably just having a bad day but I felt I needed to post so maybe this doesn’t happen to anyone else..

Lisa is amazing. I went in to get something for my grandkids for Valentines. She went above and beyond to help me order 4 separate trays of delicious treats for them! I was pleased how fast it went. I even get to pick it up on Sunday perfect for Valentines day. Thank you Lisa for all you do!

I love Petal Pushers!! Every time Ive been in, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and my arrangements have always been beautiful. They are my go-to for flowers in Altus. I always recommend them when anyone asks me for my favorite florist in Altus.

I stopped by the store today to grab a single wrapped rose for my mom and to take a look at some ideas for Valentine’s for my mom. I walked in first no greeting at all, but I noticed the lady was on tht phone. I heard the entire conversation that she was waiting for Christy to show up etc. By the time she got off the phone I had looked around and was coming out the cooler when she approached me. I then told her I wanted a single wrap rose and I was trying to decide if I wanted to put a order in for Valentine’s well, a gentleman walked in and the lady totally forgot I was a paying customer started talking to the gentleman never even said thank you come back nothing. Not the service I want especially in a small town.

When ordering through Sympathy Store I chose a certain spread of flowers with a crystal cross, and left a very specific way to signing the card that would be attached to the arrangement. When Petal Pushers was given the order, they took it upon themselves to change the cross and replace it with a white ceramic angel that looked very tacky. I was disappointed because The decision was made without ever contacting me to make sure the replacement would be ok. Adding insult to injury, they butchered the way they signed the card for our family. One might think it shouldn’t be a big deal how the card was signed, but it completely took away the special meaning because it was done incorrectly.

Sent really nice bouquet of roses to my wife on Valentines day. A bit expensive, but the roses lasted a fair amount of time.

I was told they could only make live arrangements, and they didnt have nor could assure me that if they ordered the color it may not be the exact color.

They fixed there mistake fast but they need to train staff better
