Melissa and the girls were so helpful! I went in to get me and my son a phone on my own plan after many years of being on my moms and they were very patient with us while we browsed phones and asked questions about the differences and prices! This my sons first phone and these girls made it so quick and easy for him to pick one he loved! And for that I am grateful because i really thought he would be in there forever trying to decide on one!

Cricket wireless has great service but the reason I gave 3 stars is because the new customers get better deals on the newer phones. Ive been with cricket for a year and a half and if I want to upgrade I pretty much have to pay full price for one of the newer phones and they shouldnt even charge you an upgrade fee that is should be so.ething free especially when youve been with them for a while

At first they were kinda yucky with attitude but there were only two people working one was a new employee and they had a full house but they still keep composer and were friendly

Daniel Cosway was great at his service, and gave me his undivided attention. He helped me make a whole new google account, and helped me step by step how to operate a brand new iPhone. I rate him 10-10 with customer satisfaction!!!

Daniel was a true gentleman, he helped me through everything. Explained step by step how to work my new devices, even went as far to make me two new Gmails!! Excellent customer service, and I recommend him to anyone going to altus cricket!!

I have been a Cricket customer for years and have been coming to the Altus store to get my deezer fixed. The girls are always nice and the manager is really sweet. She can fix my phone better than anyone can. I recommend Cricket to all my friends and use the app to save money. I love it!

I like the service of cricket itself however going into the Altus location is frustrating. I know what I want when I come in but the associate that I always have the pleasure of working with either wants to sell me something I dont need and didnt ask for or she spends all of her time helping every customer but her own.

Tho not serviced with them, their staff was friendly & most intent on trying to help...definitely something to consider as other commitments wane.

New store setup, staff is alot better and helpful then the last time I went in over a year ago.criket is a great phone service with great phones at great prices.they now have leasing options witch helps on getting a new phone

Im going to give them 3 stars because the people that helped me were nice however Im not a big fan of cricket whatsoever once I found out what they were all about I feel like some of their advertising is misleading but its not the people work in there its not their fault they do the best with what theyve got it might be perfect for you it just wasnt perfect for me if it wasnt for the people being so nice I would have given a 2 star because cricket certainly was not meeting my needs the employees were

We switched both of our phones from Verizon the customer service was fast courteous and we are very pleased with our phones and service so far no more dropped calls or delayed texts.

Worst Manager, Anyssia was very rude and said she was a manager of the store. I was going to switch lines to this company but after the experience with her. Never again. Customer service should be the first step to management.
