Excellent short range with good knowledgeable staff and great service

Checked this range out for the first time. I enjoyed myself. The staff was welcoming. I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, nice place to go pop off a few rounds to keep sharp. Rifle calibers limited to a cap of .556 / .223, so be mindful. (They take that quite seriously.) As an indoor range goes, one of my favorites.

This was my first time coming an me and my wife was surprise how nice an how friendly the staff was how clean the place was, and he had bullets for what ever you need... I truly will be coming back too shoot an buy ammo...

Pretty good place to shoot. Close to home and prices are good too. The only thing that I don’t like they don’t allow to shoot shotguns anymore.

First time here had a good time, the guy at the counter was nice and knowledgeable. 15 bucks for an hour is a really good price and you get to choose a target. I got the killer clown(lol). I will be back many times.

I love Big Kountry!! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and they have a wide range of rental selections to choose from. What makes them even better is the fact theyve opened another location closer to home!! Theyre truly the best!!

Good indoor shooting range. I go just about every weekend. Its a fair price, and kept well. Customer service is great and friendly.It would be nicer if more people cleaned up after themselves though.

This was my first time at a shooting range and shooting a gun. I had the best experience here and did not feel pressured. The employee was awesome! He was very detailed and explained everything.

Paid $54,00 to shoot with daughter and 3 grandkids. The motors that move the targets back and forth3 of the 6 lanes didnt work right we had to wait until 2 other shooters finished so we could have 2 lanes to shoot with our group of 5. I mentioned it to the employee who was behind the counter and he acknowledged that they had troubles with them.Didnt try to make it right iin reimbursement. :(:(:(

Great staff great prices. Went last night had fun the only downside I had was people from shooting during the day didnt police their brass and clean up after themselves other than that great time

It was my first time ever in a gun range and shooting a real gun, so I was very excited about it. The reception I received was awesome and highly professional. The owner provided me with as much information and support as I needed for a first-timer. I had an exciting time and would definitely go back.

Great guys, and girls always willing to help! Good prices of Firearms, and other items related. Shooting range has always been super clean every time I go, and plenty of lanes. This is a must stop & shop/shoot for everyone in and around Alvin.

Went on 12-29-18 to take conceal permit test and the instructors were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable...... shooting range was extremely safe and I would recomend this place to anyone and everyone........

I have gone to this range a few times because its about 30 minutes away, but I have to say its really worth it. This might be the only place in the Houston Area that treats their customers like adults, the only other I can think of is Marksman in Pasadena. I go in and tell them what I want to do and thats it. They let me go to my lane and enjoy my time. I talked to the gentleman in the counter and he sounded like he knew his stuff and did not try to talk down to me.If youre in the area check them out. Worth a drive if you are in the surrounding areas too.

The people are friendly and helpful. Its 20 miles from my house but its worth the drive. Good people.

Loud in range no sound proofing. Very Very loud! Staff was okay very young guy in front did a good job. Same set up in Alvin and Lake Jackson small. Not bad! No wear near the Arms Room set up or Athena. But still close.

Three of us went to shoot a new 22 rifle. The staff was friendly and helpful, as were the other patrons. The range was free from loose brass. We enjoyed the visit and will be back.

They were in the process of closing when I arrived. They opened the doors, had the pistol Id been all over town searching for at an awesome price, gave me free case since the box was already put away,gave me a free box of ammo and asked that I return following day to get the box. 5th or 6th gun Ive purchased from Big Kountry and they are absolute CLASS ACTS!!! I will forever be a customer.

Ive been there only one time to take a class with the instruction, we were also shooting after class. I enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly too.

Only gun range in the area I go to great staff pretty decent range costs only thing negative Id have to say is if u pay to rent the firearms u must buy their ammo (not the cheapest compared to online or instore) so u will pay an arm and a leg renting but other than that great atmosphere I love it
