I recommend always checking your oil level on the dipstick after an oil change. You cant be too careful on this. Also when it comes to the oversize tires that some people put on their trucks. It would benefit you to know what air pressure needs to be in those tires. It is usually not the same as what is on the drivers door frame.

When you order tires online, go to the tire center not the tower as instructed on the app or email...also, i would give more stars but! I waited over 20 minutes at the tower to be told to go to the tire center... then picked up there to wait outside for another 15 minutes (in +100° F Texas weather) to be told there is three cars in front of me so it will be 2 hours for them to finish mine. On top of that the girl in front of me comes out to complain she had been waiting 90 minutes which was the time she was told she would have to wait. FUN FUNN

I ordered tires online and had them delivered to the store. I received an email confirmation letting me know when I could have them installed. There was no wait for me to get them installed. It was a very simple and pleasant experience. I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but I had some shopping to do so I didnt mind. Overall great experience. The staff was friendly.

Always get my oil change here and never have a problem. A little tip though.....get here early to avoid a wait.

The worst customer service I received by the Auto care manager Daniel. He was rude and unprofessional. He offered no assistance in making my experience better or to make me want to return even after becoming aware that issues and inconveniences were caused by his staff. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for your auto care needs. Walmart auto care center in Alvin Texas do not want your business.

Ill tell you what, Im not a huge fan of Wal-Mart to begin with. I also usually do my own oil changes, but the wife insisted I let someone else do it for me this time. I went to get an oil change in my truck. They asked me the mileage which (on the chassis) is 300k+. Now I said on the chassis because the motor has maybe 100k. I told them this. All they heard was 300k miles and denied the oil change, because they dont service vehicles over 300k. Even after me reiterating the motor was a swap. So Wal-Mart can take a flying leap.

The lead auto guy is incredibly nice and honest! I always go here to get my tires changed!

Their customer service is horrible was on hold for 1 hour and then went into the store they didn’t even help me

Must of the people that works there is not really trained to do the job

Tire rotation and balance took 4 hours and when I checked the psi on my tires after the service one tire had 20 less PSI than the other 3 which makes me think they didnt check tire pressure at all.

To long of a wait for oil change. An 1 1/2 is way too long.
